Steven, the owner, is super nice and helpful. Was looking for a part for my transmission and not only did he have it and was super helpful and patient finding it, he found the part closer to me (I'm in redford) from another store. Then proceeded to call me back to make sure I was able to get it ordered from them. This is definitely a place I'm going to refer to people. Keep up the great customer service!!

While I was shopping heard the cashier speaking audible racial slurs. I came in for exhaust pipe, not to build a time machine back into 1950. I will not shop at a business that tolerates their employees using explicit hate speech. I'm not the thought police, but behavior like that is unacceptable in a customer service setting. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

My favorite place for parts and especially there chemical, car wash aisle. They have everyting in that aisle, not the dabbling like some competitors. I heard the owner prides himself on this aisle. Always very helpful and find what I need.

Oh wow, there is still a Murray's! I didn't know this place was here. And, oh my goodness, it is *amazingly* well stocked with many choices for whatever you are shopping for.And I was *so* impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff!I am listing this store in my "favorite places" because I want to return here for my future auto-shopping needs!Oct2023 and a special trip to Murray's. Different staff member today and once again, extremely friendly and helpful! I love coming here!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Deep inventory in stock, as near as I can tell. Clean, bright store. Fair prices relatively speaking, though this administration has watched the price of everything explode to the upside.

The best customer service I've had in a parts store. I was looking for some detailing spray for my truck and the owner came over and gave me some great feedback on what I was getting. Recommended a few other products and even came back out with a couple small sample bottles of product to try out. Top quality customer care with a huge selection of inventory. I've always preferred to support local, small businesses and this is why.

Still personal and more that willing to be more than helpful� I've been using them for any vehicle repair parts since 2004! I still deal with a few people who are still working at this location. If you ask me that says alot about a business that has long-term loyal employees.

The owner is a crook. He sells used cars with branded titles out of the back of his store. Asked him prior to coming in if the title was clean and he assured me. Drove 45 minutes there only to have a friend call ke after running the Vin and informing me it was a "Branded Title" Then when he was caught he played dumb and swore he would fix it. JERKED ME AND MY SON AROUND FOR 2 WEEKS AND THEN FOUND ANOTHER UNSESPECTING PERSON TO BY IT WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE TITLE ISSUES TO THEM!! Completely illegal and doesn't have a license to sell used cars. In the process with state of michigan and the bbb to have this man punished so he doesnt defraud others.

Only place I'll go for anything automotive related. Well stocked, awesome staff... Etc.. Etc.*Edit* I've found their prices on parts are usually lower by a few dollars than the other "ya-whoos"

Purchased a new battery. Staff was friendly and very helpful too. I plan to go back soon to shop. This a true Murray store. Prices are awesome too.

Best place to get any part for your car. Staff is second to none and we'll go out of their way to help you even if you don't ask. I love driving past AutoZone to go to go there.Last time I went Murry himself was there. It was an honor to meet him. Such a legendary pioneer in the auto parts industry .

One of the Most Reliable auto parts shop. I've always had honest and knowledgeable service with each visit. Prices are fair and they stand behind their products. I've had to try different parts and ended up returning them each time without a single problem (obviously i return them back immediately once i realize it's wrong). It's my 1st "to-go" place with any mechanic problems. If they don't have a product, they get it for you ASAP. Best management and best help & advice! Highly recommend to all. P.s.- they have the best detailing products.

Great employees here, care about the customer a lot. They went to great trouble to help me with my car battery issue despite the extreme cold weather, even going as far as to let me wear their jacket since I was unprepared for my car trouble. I'll be back for sure, and wish there was more I could do in support.

They were great! Walked in looking for wipers. No idea what to get. They found my wipers and the young man put them on the car for me. I highly recommend

Battery went bad after 1 year 4 months. Said the warranty expired . Never had that happen in all my years. Got the 2 year warranty battery now if this doesn't last I'm not returning. But they did replace it in parking lot for me.

Brad was a great help. I m a single mom who does not have all the tools to work on my car. I would never had been able to change out my battery for the simple fact of not having an extension to release a bracket that stabilizes my battery. On January 24, 2021 I had to go and get a new battery. In the cold and the snow he changed out my battery because I had a dead cell. He was awesome I assisted him in doing so holding the positive so it didn t create a problem. I just wish the owner had a place on the property for them to work on cars where they are sheltered from the elements of weather. Restaurants have igloos why can t they have a heated tent or be able to utilize the garage door where they have receiving.. That would be so awesome. Take care of your employees they go above and beyond to help your customers.

As a BMW owner, I was running Castrol 10W-60 oil. This store was the only store around that would regularly have it in stock!

Awesome people great prices, been going there for years and there's no other Auto part store I would go 2 plus they 99% of the time have what your looking for in stock if not ASAP same day or next day...Murray's Walled Lake 100% 5 stars ..good job guys for years of great work thx for always getting me the correct parts and great pricing :)

Murray's has a lot of parts..that being said, sometimes they can be helpful... today I figured everything out for myself.the salesperson was clueless about the exhaust fittings that I needed.

WOW! Went in today for help with my muffler, the associate Brad was incredibly helpful. He found I needed an expander to make my new pipe fit. His knowledge, helpfulness and kindness will not be forgotten. I will gladly send my friends and family to Murrays in Walled Lake and tell them to ask for Brad.

Bradley at Murray's was extremely helpful and professional. If you need any diagnostics that they can help with he is your man. Great service and will be buying all future parts from this store.
