This place is awesome. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will happily order anything they don't have in stock and it usually comes the next day. Highly recommend!

Ordered from Napa online for the first time and did an in store pickup. Wasn t the exact part I needed, so I figured I d just return it at this location. When I went in, the guy at the counter asked me how he could help me. Told him I d like to return the tool and put it on the counter with my receipt. His cell phone rings and he answers it and has a good 45 second long conversation while I stand there slightly insulted and ignored. Once he hangs up, he only says that they do not do returns on tools. Thanks for answering the call and making me wait to just tell me that you weren t going to do the return... FYI Napa customer service says they absolutely do returns on tools (especially unused and still packaged ones) and to try to return to another store. Save your time and go to Auto Zone 30 seconds down the street. They treat you with more respect.

This wonderful store has been an amazing resource to the essential workers in the hospital. They have been sending much needed PPE to ensure our safety while we care for critically ill patients. I can't thank them enough for the contributions they have made.

Took a flywheel in to get resurfaced on a Saturday, called ahead shortly after they opened asking if they were able to do a same day resurface. The guy on the phone said yes if you get it to us ASAP. Within 20min I was at the counter with my flywheel to be resurfaced. The two gentleman working were very very rude and acted though as if they didn't want to do the job, I left the flywheel and got a call back roughly 5 hours later saying it was ready for pickup, when I arrived for pick up the same two gentleman were there, I approached the counter and one of them just looked at me and said "you want your flywheel back?" I replied with yes please, I proceeded to overpay for a simple flywheel resurface after payment the employee goes its over there on the ground, odd. I walked to the back of the shop grabbed it off of the ground and walked out. I am a ASE certified master technician and have been in the business for over 15 years, and this is my first bad experience with this machine shop. I will never give them my business again.

This company is the best. They helped nurses get much needed masks to help care for others. Us nurses will never be able to thank you enough. This family owned business cares about the community.

Counter staff are knowledgeable, store is clean and typically has what I'm looking for in-stock or available nearby at another location. They seem a bit more pricey than the competition but the location is easy access and the bottom line is I'm able to get what I need and get what I'm working on repaired.

I don't know why all the bad reviews. They have had almost everything I needed. The parts they didn't have were there in a few hours. They were Specialty filters. Thanks for the prompt service

If you're working on an older or non-automotive vehicle I'd strongly recommend these guys over the big chains. Knowledgeable, helpful, and usually better-quality parts.

Employees need to be trained ,understand napa products. its the worst napa i have been to UNPROFESSIONAL on the napa name
