What a Bunch of Rip-Offs! To the Owner / Manager: Better watch your Service Department! Bureau of Automotive Regulations would be Very Interested to know that you are charging Twice the Allowed Labor Hours on your Service Invoices! Specifically 2 Hours to Install Front Rotors and Brake Pads (both sides) ... Book Rate is 1 Hour!Also, charging customers to Rotate Tires while performing Brake Work? The tires are already off the vehicle, Einstein!Customers BEWARE! Check Over your Service Invoices for, "Oh So Many Extra this's and that's!" Do Not bring your vehicle here!Wish I could Give Zero Stars.

I made an appointment for noon to have a tire replaced that was covered under warranty. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked for an update and was given nothing but an attitude. After another hour of waiting I asked again and was ignored. If anyone can justify 2 1/2+ hours to replace a tire I d love to hear it. I was planning on buying a new jeep for my wife in the near future and it definitely won t be from here.Service: Tires

Took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service employee, Andrew Jackson, greeted me by name and was friendly and courteous. After my car was ready he came to get me in the customer waiting area and was friendly and courteous. My 1st visit with LaFontaine was a good experience.

June 11th 2022 I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia from Walled Lake, MI dealership for over $32,000. After having my for one day the tire sensors lit on different tires. But the wasn't anything wrong with my tires. I ignore it for a few days until my AC went out found out my car also need a tune up. The 5th day I called the dealer and explained to Mrs. Lisa Alexander what was going on. She told me to take it to the service center. Once I got to the service center they told me no one told them I was coming and they're 2 1/2 - 3 weeks out. I then went across the street to the dealership to speak with the dealer Mrs. Lisa Alexander. She seemed very disappointed and disturbed by what she was hearing. She also tried to get this matter resolved. She then asked for assistance from a guy name Will he tried for hrs to get another vehicle until my car got fixed. They couldn't get me an another Vehicle until the next day. Therefore, leaving me to have to drive 35 mins back home and another 35 mins back to the dealership the next day to get another vehicle with gas prices being so high this was ridiculous. They kept my car for two days only to fixed the AC. The next day I picked up my car to find the rubber part on my key was broken, they couldn't find my second key, my tires sensor light came back on, my car still needed a tune up and I begin to have a slow leak in my left front tire. However, The tire sensor was giving the wrong reading. Showing my right side front tire was low. I, Immediately called back for Mrs. Lisa to tell me to bring the back up to the service center. So, I called the service center before I went only for them to tell me they were 2 weeks out again. I left a message with the service center manager that day, and two days after that. It's now July 2nd It's now been 3 weeks and only thing been resolved is my AC working again. I haven't even made my 1st payment, Haven't had the car long and I'm already experiencing problems with my car and the dealership. I admit I didn't do my research on this dealership nor did I read the reviews until after I bought the car. I was told about this dealership by my child's father. Although, He decided to buy his car someone else only because they didn't have what he was looking for. PLEASE DON'T BUY A CAR FROM ANY DEALERSHIP WITH THIS NAME!! This have been a very stressful and inconvenient experience with no resolution and still waiting for a call from someone!!!La Veta Simmons
