Grand Rapids location closed down now and lifetime "free' replacement costs $30. I guess the lifetime they were referring to is the lifetime of whichever location you buy it from. I'll just skip the screwing around and buy one from one of their more stable competitors.

I was searching for a radiator for my '96 Ford Explorer and found this site. I received a prompt call-back to help me find the right one, so I decided to give them a try. Picked up my radiator and got it home to install and ran into a problem with the couplers for the transmission lines (bad fit). Went back the next day and received very courteous service while trying to resolve the issue (owner took the time to find the right fit).Needless to say I am very happy with the parts and service. My Explorer is back on the road, and I would definitely buy here again.
