My family and I have bought several used vehicles from Chris and his crew at Wise Auto 2! They are very informative and caring and always helped with special financing!! They have a great selection of used vehicles too! Chris even helped to grow my credit score over 60 points!!! I know one thing is for sure, when my credit was not so good, he was there for me!! That s why I ve referred many of my friends and family over to see Chris!! I love my Dodge Charger!! Thanks Chris!!

Just went and got myself a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and I am already in love with it. The owner Chris was super awesome and worked with me and my mom on getting the best deal for our budget. I definitely recommend checking this place out. I promise you won't leave disappointed.

Hate to say it but my experience with wise auto was not great. Paying $1500 for repair work not even two weeks after purchasing the truck.. not great. Noticing the thing leaking oil all up and down my driveway immediately after purchasing a $25,000 vehicle. Just all bad. Wish I could give Chris the benefit of the doubt but he told me there was nothing wrong with the truck c mon dude. Chris (the owner) told me he was using it as his daily driver and he just got an oil change days before I bought it. I m just having a hard time believing he didn t know. Pretty sure he did and probably why he was so desperate to sell it. Thing is I feel like it probably would have cost him much less than it cost me. They had no interest in making things right dude hung up on me twice. Then the lady in the office called me but again no interest in it neither so what else am I supposed to do? I sometimes travel for work. What happens to a vehicle that runs out of oil going 70+mph on the freeway? Buyer beware I guess, right, guys? Just know I m not happy about it and know I ll be sharing my experience with people I know in this area. Guess the $1500 was worth it. Pics will show the oil stains. There s more. But you ll see my point. Sure this wasn t happening in your driveway Chris? Sure buddy.

Chris is the man! This is the second time coming here and Chris is always taking great care of us. I appreciate you big time!Came in with no car and $1500 but wanting a reliable truck for work. Chris worked his magic and got me into one better then I was picking!We stayed late just to get it right and it happened.Thank you a million times!

Chris and his team are great! He s a very honest and upfront guy, who will help you out with the whole process. He treats his customers great, he doesn't try to upsell you, but instead you ll drive off the lot in a great vehicle that is also affordable for your own self! 10/10 recommend.

I just bought my daughter her first Jeep from Chris at Wise Auto. We could not be happier. Chris and Tracy are an asset to our community! They made the entire process easy as pie. Chris made sure to get us a payment we could afford. Again, we just could not be happier. This is the beginning of a great relationship with Chris and Tracy at Wise Auto. We WILL be back when my daughter is ready for a trade in. : )

Chris always treats his customers right! He will bend over backwards to get his clients into a vehicle and help in anyway he can! I bought my Ford Edge from Chris and i have had zero problems with it and it has a lot of great features that I enjoy everyday! I highly recommend going to his dealership for your vehicle!

I've bought a few cars from Chris at Wise Auto! He's helped me improve my credit and upgrade a couple times already!! Now I'm driving a 2017 suburban that runs and drives absolutely perfect!! No complaints here and I highly recommend to anyone that needs a reliable car or special financing!!

Sold me a real lemon.Bought a 2017 Dodge Journey for 6000ish. After putting over 4000 into it in less than a year, it now sits in the driveway, not running once again. We put money into this Crapper longer than we should have. Like money isn't tight enough already, then you get scammed.

Chris along with his staff were extremely caring, patient and informative when I was purchasing my ram 1500. As a first time car buyer it was extremely nerve racking but they made the process extremely enjoyable and helped me every single step along the way. They have a customer for life! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!When things seem to be too good to be true, that s exactly what it is.. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! December 2021 I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. 124k miles, well kept (so I was told), nice riding (so I was told), and smooth (so I was told) vehicle. For whatever reason, the financing company wouldn t approve me as they swore my documents were fishy and a bunch of other excuses. I m still working at the same job, receiving the same pay and same stubs! At that moment, I should ve just walked away but instead I was approved through the local credit union to purchase the Jeep from Chris. Here I am, 7 months later STILL paying more for car repairs than I am on the auto loan! I ve reached out to CHRIS W. 5 separate times and have yet to hear back. I had to reach out to the credit union for them to contact CHRIS W. to help assist me with contacting him. If I were you, I d stay away! Yes used cars are the obvious, USED but this lot doesn t care too much about the customers only the money. If they cared, they d help with assisting or fixing the problem instead of ignoring people. I ve been told by 3 different dealerships that this Jeep should ve never been sold. I m also done finalizing paperwork for legal actions! This is unacceptable. Don t go here!!! Ever!

I don t even have words right now. Chris is amazing, my car broke down, my credit is not great, it just wasn t a great time for me. I walked into his building, literally expecting nothing to work out. He said he was going to make it happen and he did.. I really appreciate him going above and beyond! Today I purchased a vehicle from Chris W. My experience was amazing. He found my daughters and I the right vehicle that accomodated our lifestyle and our budget. Non rushed, very consultive experience. He picked us up from 45 mins away, had multiple vehicles gassed up and prepared for us to check out, and was very patient w us. I highly recommend Wise Auto 2 in Utica for anybody looking for a vehicle. Very professional and welcoming atmosphere. Chris is incredible. I've never experienced a dealership like this. I recently bought a used 2014 GMC Acadia with Chris, he made the process so easy and even with the small issue it had, got me right into a shop to have it checked out and fixed.Can t thank wise auto and truck enough! My experience with Chris was very pleasant. A good friend of mine that I trust referred me to his car lot. Not only was he great to work with in finding the right vehicle for me. Very reasonable, flexible with payments, and honest. He even got the car detailed. I ended up settling for a newer Mercury Milan. Had it for over a year and still no complaints or surprise's. All in all I would referrer anyone and everyone I know to his dealership. Even my mom can't stop talking about how she loves her new truck she picked up from his lot. She's had it for a few months and wont stop bugging me about her new baby. If your ever in a need for a newer used car that's reliable. Chris is the guy to see.

Wise auto is a great place to shop for a nice clean used car. Staff is friendly and will do everything they can to get you into the car you want. They have easy financing and approve just about anyone. They take care of everything for you, if you need insurance they got it, need financing they got it. If they dont have it they will try there best to find it. They always have new inventory coming in. Just an all around great place to shop for a car.I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years from them and have always had good cars.

I love this place! Was looking for a cheap car with good gas mileage and found these guys online! Chris and his team had me in and out in less than an hour!! I ended up getting a Ford Fiesta and it s saved me so much money, especially with the current gas prices! Thanks for the service !!

As far as going there and getting the sale taken care of, they do a good efficient job and really no complaints there. I bought a truck for over 30k and made it 2500 miles before having 0 compression on cylinder 2. I understand I bought a used vehicle and I signed the paper saying that I am buying as is, but I m a very unhappy customer after numerous attempts to get ahold of nick, the owner, and here I am 2500 miles later with a no joke $10,000 bill to go down the road in the truck I just paid over 30k for. And for nick to not even respond or call back is a joke to me.
