I have gone to many quick oil change places and this is by far the best, they really take good care of your car and I have been only changing oil at this place over the past three years even after moving 10 miles away! I highly recommend their service.

I love this place. The staff is amazing, and knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance. Normally, I expect to be pressured into purchasing additional services, or equipment like wipers..........but the guys here never pressure you, they simply suggest. The guys here also have great attitudes, in general. They're good guys. I wish they did more heavy duty work to vehicles, I would definitely bring my car here, knowing that I won't be cheated. Thanks Utica Oil Change Center! See you soon.*NEWI wrote the above review in January of 2018, it is now November, and I am headed out of town for a wedding 9hrs away. Of course I stopped to get an oil change at my favorite "TRUSTED" oil change spot, and behold..........the technicians found issues with my battery. Hass (I think he is the Manager), went above and beyond to make sure my family was on the road in no time!!! Calling around for replacement parts, he even tried to repair the blown battery fuse, to avoid more costs to us!!! The service provided by this specific location is astounding, and consistent. My first oil change from this place was 3yrs ago, and it is awesome that I am just as impressed today, as I was 3yrs ago. VERY RARE! Keep up the good work guys, see you at the next oil change!

Went to this place and I don't think they understood how much they made my day! Super friendly and super professional. My wash fluid hasn't worked in over a yr and they hooked up a line and now it works! Came in for a oil change and they went above and beyond. Seriously the best!

Received an oil change on 5/25/2023 about 3 pm. Haas and Miguel had set me straight. Their customer service was on point. Very courteous and professional. They had me in and out of there in 20 minutes. They also let me use my 10 percent off card, which helped. I will be returning.

I looked up reviews for all the oil change shops from Rochester to Shelby and this place came up as the best. I certainly was not disappointed! They are one of the only shops that carry Royal Purple and that s the only oil I will use in my Camaro. It took a little bit of time to get in but once in, the service was fast and professional! Best oil change in the area!

This is the only place I take my car for oil changes. The same guys are always in there working and it's super quick. I take my kids most times and we are in and out in about ten minutes. They do a great job. Also, sincere in the work and recommendations with the vehicle. Reasonable pricing and honest work.

I've been going to this place for a long time. I get all my vehicles oil changed here. The techs at Utica oil have always done a great job. Their courteous. knowledgeable and caring.Just recently I brought in my truck for its scheduled oil change. I told Hass I was taking the truck to Florida and back on a vacation.Which brings me to writing this review. Its was like a nascar pit stop. I had three techs going over every aspect of vehicle . Inspecting everything within their limits. Even checked my spare tire and filled it back to correct pressure. Just a complete professional service experience. Which left me leaving with confidence and piece of mind.Great job guys! As always.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Although the service was excellent, they installed the wrong oil filter on my vehicle. The filter was not the right size. As shown in the photo, the blue OEM Hyundai filter on the right has a much wider diameter than the yellow Pennzoil filter installed by Utica. The shape of the seal is also slightly different. The Pennzoil filter did not seal properly and developed a small leak. The engine also developed a valve tapping or clicking noise that disappeared when the correct filter was installed. If you have a Hyundai, some of their engines are really sensitive to low-quality filters. Insufficient oil flow will cause the valve lifters to click. The flow characteristics of cheap filters isn't worth the risk.

Absolutely would not go anywhere else for an oil change, all the guys that work here are always nice and extremely helpful.Update over a year laterI still absolutely love this place and all the guys that work here. Hass is the person I usually see when I stop in, he always kind and patient with my questions. He is the biggest reason why I will always come here for an oil change. I can not express how kind he is and will honestly make you feel like you re family. All guys that work there make taking your car in are fun and always put a smile on my face whenever I stop in. They are very intelligent and will break it down for you so you know what is happening and what should be done soon on your car.Service: Oil change

I always go to this place for my oil changes because they are very fast and efficient. I never feel like they re trying overcharge or scare me into getting service that I don t want or feel like I need. The crew there are super friendly and really engaging. I recommend this place to all my friends & family and my car runs beautifully. This definitely is the place to go for your routine vehicle maintenance.

Had to post that these guys are awesome. We are lucky to have this business in our community. The staff is great, service is great, the work is always trust worthy and the cute also makes my family very happy when we visit. She is so well behaved and my children love watching how well mannered she is. Great job guys. Kudos for making something like an oil change enjoyable.

These guys deserve a raise. They told me everything they were doing and the levels of fluids/ tire pressure. Very knowledgeable and willing to help you. They don t pressure you to buy things. They explained my air filter was recommended for a change but they weren t pushy about buying one.The dog Diamond in the shop is so cute and such a sweetheart!I wouldn t go anywhere else to get my oil changed!

Johnny and his staff run a great shop. Discovered this location a few years ago and my whole family has brought our cars in for oil changes and other maintenance since then. They're very helpful when it comes to recommending maintenance that does need to be done and by making sure the rest of the car is in good shape. Keep up the good work!

Haas and the rest of the crew here don't just do their job well but they do it with pride. They are all informative and never try to up sell you anything. They are honest and upfront, they don't sugar coat anything but they don't try to scare you into a purchase either. They are completely thorough with the work they do and are always courteous. I've seen them on their slow days and on some incredibly busy days and their demeanor never changes. If your vehicle needs some extra love they will not rush you through the door.All in all, these guys are great and this store should serve as the model for all Pennzoil locations. I live about 30 miles away now and I still drive all the way there just to get my car's maintenance taken care of. Keep up the great work!

Literally the best and fastest place to go if you are in need of a oil change. So friendly and efficient, I always have the worst anxiety about getting my oil changed but every time I pull in it all goes out the window with their fast friendly service. HIGHLY recommend!

Johnny and his crew were very professional and informative. I thought I was due for a tire rotation but they informed me I could wait until my next oil change. They could have easily rotated my tires and I would have not known the difference. It s good to know there is still honest mechanics out there. Thanks again.

Best experience I've had at an oil change shop, competitive prices, super fast and excellent staff. Especially being a girl who doesn't know much about cars I left my other place because they always screwed me around. Here, they were honest and to the point. Will forsure be coming back :)

Johnny was awesome! Friendly and very helpful! I know absolutely nothing about cars so when he was educating me I believed him and felt no pressure to buy or fix anything.. took his advice and went to dealership and a family-friend mechanic they told me the same thing but the dealer ship told me absolute nonsense and was WAY overpriced. Went back to see Johnny and he fixed it up for me! Saved me a lot of money and time !! He is amazing!

This place has the most honest, professional, well mannered staff I have ever dealt with. My son and myself always rely on their honesty and knowledge not only for a oil change but can answer any question you have about different areas of your vehicle. I trust and would recommend his Pennzoil Oil change shop to everyone.

This place was awesome for an oil change. I was hesitant trying it out at first but when I got there I appreciate the quick, fast, and friendly service and a good price for an oil change. Also happy not to have the usually pushy up sales tactic! This will be my new go to place for car services :)
