You can't find a place like this anymore.But, here it is!Real car audio. Touch, feel, smell the appliances. An experience you can't get scrolling websites.Talk to real people. Sharing real knowledge.Kyle knows more about 12V than Nikolai Tesla.Scott will safely McGyver your hooptie to propel it into the future.Let's face it. You can't do that radio install yourself. And if you buy that garbage off of the Amazoo; the unit has 98% chance of setting your car on fire.Great work done on my Honda Ridgeline!Edit: Almost forgot!! Say hello to Aneta and watch her rock the sales floor!

Haven't had service there yet, but definitely will. Talked at length to Kyle on the phone just now and he was exceptional. Very busy since the only one on the floor but still took the time to research and answer every question that I had. With a lot of detail!I can see why Yelp has so many great comments about him. I just hope they are paying him what he is worth!!

Very professional and just overall very nice people! They have installed my dashcam on my 2021 BMW X7 M50i they also installed LED lighting in my 2019 Land Rover Range Rover that was phenomenal. They never cut corners and want to make sure that they deliver excellent results. I have new projects that I will be using them for my 2022 Bronco Kraken.

Can't say enough good things. I have a chevrolet express work van that they recently gave me advice on. they got me set up with the missing items i needed to complete my somewhat involved install. They are very knowledgeable and have a huge selection of products with competitive pricing. the current owner/owners have owned it for 20+ years. definitely will refer anybody I know to them.

Kyle and his crew installed a Sony head unit in my 2015 Silverado. It s been working fantastic ever since with no problems. They ve been a huge help with other speaker projects of mine. I highly recommend.

Dion and the crew at Civic Audio do an amazing job. They're very knowledgeable in what they do. I went in there looking for a whole new sound system for my 2014 Honda Accord. Came out with a system that has great clean sound. They did an amazing job with everything. These guys will do anything to make the customer happy.

Traffic Jams is my go to car audio store Recently my head unitcar audio quit working. Kyle hooked me up with a new head unit. While installing a modern unit they took care of some issues that had appeared over time. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! They'll be my go to car audio as long as we're both around. Highly recommend Traffic Jams (Civic Audio).

This place is great, I walked in with some questions regarding a navigation screen and was recommended to a excellent product made in the U.S. , after the order came in i called again and they scheduled me within about a week, i dropped my vehicle off at 10 am and they had everything installed properly within a few hours and had my vehicle back same day! Everything works and looks amazing! These guys are awesome, i am extremely satisfied with the work and price was very fair, don t hesitate to stop in, great job! Thank you

Big shot out to civic audio and their amazing install skills. What I paid is irrelevant, but was in the thousands. Had to pull the install apart today to find silly issues and handy craftwork due to speakers going in and out. Less than quality materials were used and industry standard practices were definitely not evident, from trying to fix broken panels with silicone to using drywall screws to mount speakers, taping wires to whatever they can find to attach them to and completely removing factory sound deadener because it is just easier to throw out. What a show! If I knew beforehand this was the quality craftsmanship I was to receive, I would have walked. Btw, this was an appointment and not a walk In. Should be ashamed to call yourselves professionals. Went back for the initial issue and Kyle, the owner told me it was my fault water got into the door and caused issues with tweeters. Come to find out the window trim wasn t reinstalled properly with their amazing installation and he did me a favor by not charging me for warranty work.

Been waiting 3 weeks for a box to arrive for my Silverado.Was told 5-7 days. Not a single phone call or text. Absolute silence from these guys. Keep the 50 bucks I paid for a deposit and forget my number. Don't go here.

I'd highly recommend Traffic Jams, previously known as Civic Audio, they take pride in their work and their team is very kind and helpful. They are very honest up front, and their pricing was very fair for the work they did. I've been a customer for years, and will forever be a constant customer. Auggie, Kyle, Lisa, and Mike all took very great care of me. FYI, Don't ever go to mickey mouse! You'll be shorely disappointed. This place, is the place!

Gentleman at the shop did some recent work on my F150. I was was very skeptical at first due to reviews of bad installs in the past. I will say they eased my mind and handled everything like class acts. My truck sounds amazing and I couldn t be happier. If you re like me and read all the reviews, please don t let this deter you from doing business. There is a reason why their shop is always busy, what s that tell you? The owner is a knowledgeable guy and very personable as well. Special shout-out to my installer, Scott. Dude knows his stuff and very attentive to detail. I definitely will be back to upgrade my radio. Nice work!!!!

I took my son here to get speakers in his car and he spent a lot of money there for the equipment and installation. They did not install the wiring correctly. He went back multiple times, the employees were rude and they did not fix the problem. He ended up taking his car to Wow Electronics who promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem Traffic Jams could not. I would not recommend this business.

Traffic jams did a fantastic job with my sons new stereo system. Kyle was awesome to work with and helped pick out a system that was perfect for him. Very professional and he took the time to walk through everything with us. I would highly recommend if you re looking for a new stereo system for your car.

Outstanding store. Very informative and pleasant to talk to.Selection is good.More then likely will be back.Had a receiver installed.Purchased front speakers as well but they weren t able to install due to not having the correct tool. Scheduled to return for that service.Would recommend Civic Audio to others. All in all, pretty good experience.Jim U

I went here to get my speakers and deck installed along with 0 gauge wire and im inpressed with how clean they make everything look. Im having a custom box built through them currently and cant wait to see the results.Update: had another shop install a new set of speakers and had a look at the sound deadening job that was done previously and turns out it wasn t even put on right to begin with and had began melting off the door, on top of that I paid for dynamat extreme kit and looks like some SoundSkins was used instead. Very disappointed in the previous install and can not recommend others go here. I ll attach a picture below.I should add they did a decent job on the amp rack and box but i cant get over the initial job on the speaker install.

Very helpful. I went in not really knowing what i wanted in my car and by the end of the day my entire vehicles sound system was upgraded. 10/10 for service, quality, and helpfulness. Definitely a customer for life now.

I just bought a used vehicle and came into the store to inquire about a backup cam and an Apple CarPlay radio. Dion and Scott were quick to help and were able to complete the installation SAME DAY! Price was reasonable and they did not pressure me into any unnecessary upgrades. They made great recommendations and were beyond easy to work with!

Took an entire day off to drive 45 minutes to have them put in a radio and backup camera only for them to charge me $700 for just the radio and never put in the backup camera. When I questioned them about it they denied everything and then when I went and looked at the receipt I seen that they not only overcharge me for everything but a $350 radio ended up turning into $700. They are very misleading and obviously mismanaged and very unorganized. if you want to get anything within a Reasonable price or dealed with honest People don't go here

I'm 39 now but have been going to this place since I was 16. Owner, tech, and staff are extremely knowledgeable, let me take sub setups out to my car to check fitment. They will match any reputable companies price (Crutchfield, bestbuy, amazon) but will most likely beat it. Was given a deal on an item (jl dual 8's in powered ported enclosure) that never goes on sale. Also, let me use some tools to install on site (wires in place already), and tuned the radio and subs for me and will do again free in 2 weeks once i break them in. This is after hours of looking at reviews and not sure which route to go, so made everything a breeze. Lastly, they have an internal extended warranty and if you don't like what you got, will swap out for you. Granted, I assume this is within reason, I believe it was 30 days return and 1 year exchang...don't quote me on that.

Deon and Scott did an amazing job on my suburban. they installed a period correct deck in and an amplifier as well. All sounds great and I will be bringing my other vehicles to them for more upgrades. tyvm. awesome service and quality work. I am not easily impressed but I tell you what they did today. tytytyty. E

Fast. Professional. Reliable. Needed an adjustment on my remote start installed by someone else. Not only we re they accommodating, but they were quick and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
