Quick and Friendly service that makes you feel welcome. I enjoyed Thompson Chevrolet s excellent service when they sold me my 2021 Chevy Tahoe. I also went there for a scheduled oil change and to pickup a mesh cargo net I had purchased for the back lift-gate area of my Tahoe. I m always pleased with Thompson Chevrolet, five star Quality

After half the other service departments destroy and hack job your vehicle, and try 4 times and still don t fix your issue, go to Jeff and have it fixed once and right. Jeff is the man. Straightest shooter around

Thompson provides car pick up & return. I couldn't ask to be treated any better then the way I have been treated by Thompson. I have had a car with them for 7 years & I would give them a high 10 & recommend them highly, witch I have done. Everyone there is Great

Jeff, a service manager, squeezed me into a time slot for an oil change to accommodate my request. As usual I received a friendly greeting and the work was completed timely. Ed, the other service manager, checked me out and made sure I received a discount via a coupon I received in the mail.

Took FIVE (5) months to get warranty work done on my truck. Totally unacceptable and there was no sense of urgency by the dealership or their affiliated body shop. Work performed on truck to repair rust-through damage is subpar and I cannot get a direct answer on whether the repair work is warrantied. Changed my perception of Thompson Chevrolet and I don't think they will get any more business from me.

Had an absolutely wonderful buyers experience! Family owned, operated & cared for in a way no big location has ever been!! We actually ended up trading in a lease for a new 2020 lease AND buying a new vehicle. Great people, place, service and great vehicles! Mike picked up my truck when he said he would, and dropped it off when he said he would. Great service!!! That was for a recall to install chips for heated seats.

We have purchased two vehicles through Rick now; our second one was delivered yesterday. We will go to him in the future, as well. He is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, fair and goes the extra mile for his customers. I would recommend anyone who wants a gm vehicle to go to Thompson.
