I started using Coyne Oil & Propane in 2011 because they had some of the best propane pricing that I could find. I have not changed providers because they have me on a monitor and bring gas just when I need it, I don't have to worry about checking my tank all of the time. They even give me a discount if I pay early, which is important to a retired person on a limited income. In the fall they have a customer appreciation day and offer a free lunch, usually delicious brats or pulled pork, chips, and drinks while I wait for them to fill my 20 lb BBQ grill tank for ONLY $5. They have always treated me well, and they have a customer for life.

Experience with Coyne in Cadillac has been excellent over the past 5 years. They are always willing to help with anything I've contacted them on. Propane pricing has been competitive and a sensor on our tank let's them know when it needs filling. I would and do frequently recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I have had nothing but a positive experience since signing on with this company last year. The customer service staff is professional, kind, and patient. The delivery drivers are conscientious and thorough. I would highly recommend them to anybody out there that is looking to change propane providers. Their service is the best, hands-down.

Great to work with. Super helpful and accommodating. Friendly staff. Field people went above and beyond to insure I had heat in my home in the coldest part if winter! Thanks for helping me keep my pipes from freezing!
