The service team at Suburban Volvo is second to none.The service and support from professionals like Gillette Warden are the reason our future car purchases will take place at Suburban Volvo.My Volvo experience with Suburban Volvo has been the finest vehicle purchase I have ever made. The service team supports my schedule and my needs for transportation at ever visit. As someone who drives a great deal for work and family, I have a higher than average interaction with the service team for all required maintenance. For this single reason, my wife and I will be future customers of Suburban Volvo.

From the moment I drove into the service bay and was greeted by Chris my experience was outstanding. Chris thoroughly reviewed all of my concerns and assured me all would be assessed and corrected. Chris continued to follow up with me while my car was in service, keeping me up to date on the repairs and my estimated completion time.

I had a great experience in house for my services. It after the visit when I'm trying to contact someone in service. I can never get anyone on the phone. This experience is terrible. It needs to be improved drastically.

I was not happy with our serviceman. He was very condescending. I left my name and number for the service manager to call me and he never did. I called and left him a message which he never returned. I send a message to Suburban Corp and again never received a response. I was polite in all communication. I am now contacting Volvo headquarters for USA. All I wanted was to talk to somebody about the service man and have been ignored. My next Volvo definitely won t be from Suburban bServices: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Service was done well, but required a 2 hour time commitment to wait. Offering a service car or providing transportation to a local mall or restaurant would be nice.

Dropped my car off had service done, that went fine. They needed to order a part, told me they would call me when it came in. They did not call. I tried calling there 3 different time, I was told someone would call me back, they never did. Finally I just went there, the part was in it. Then it took a couple of weeks to get another appointment.I do my XC40 recharge, I didn t buy it there

I would like to give very negative feedback about Suburban Volvo, Troy, MI. The word "customer delight" is not there in their dictionary, leave aside their service protocol. For anything and everything they would like to charge and mint money and for that they even disregard Volvo's positive propaganda. My very recent experience goes like this:-I visited them for a product recall. Volvo sticker on the front grill of my car has peeled off and looks ugly. I expected they themselves would be conscious of the logo and would restore the look. They didn't and when I asked for the same they mentioned that it would cost me $85. Seriously ?? The original Volvo sticker can be procured through Amazon for $8. Are they so nonchalant about Volvo brand value? Just for your information, I'm a part of the Volvo fans group on Facebook and people share that the dealers/service centers take care of this logo issues free of cost and out of their own interest and these Suburban guys want to mint money even out of this! I will share this feedback everywhere possible.
