What an excellent service!!! They saved us from an environment hazard that we had in our air filter after maintaining it at official Subaru dealership. Turns out air filter has never been replaced. Until Logan and other amazing people from Ed s took care of it!! Amazing service, all lights checked, tire pressure, all the fluids and filters replaced!!! And it was super fun too! really great vibes here!

Kevin, Cody and Logan were all GREAT!!! My experience at Uncle Ed's was good and these men were all thorough, very professional and down to earth. You won't be disappointed and I will definitely return. Thank you for your excellent service.

Just took my Nissan Pathfinder SUV to Uncle Ed's this afternoon. Tom worked on the vehicle and did a fantastic job. He was very clear on what is needed and his recommendations. The store manager worked on my vehicle last and he is excellent as well. There was another youngster who changed my rear light. Overall this store is my favorite and would recommend to anyone. Kudos to the whole team. Thank you.

Best customer service in town! Honest, knowledgeable and not pushy on the sales side. Battery died while getting the oil changed with every bay full of customers. Logan and his team didn t panic got me changed out and road ready in a flash.

First visit and I was very impressed with gentleman performing the oil service. They a full inspection of my car and provided detailed information and kept me fully aware of the purpose of each step. Very friendly team.

One star is too much. Waited an hour for my oil change. Didnt check tires or check fluids but they did break my dipstick when they checked the oil for no reason when the change was already done and I was still waiting. Car is at my mechanic now to get fixed. Not sure how much this will cost. Great way to spend my Sunday. Horrible place.

Great team, fast and friendly service. Best of all they know their business and do not excessively push additional products or up charges on the customers. They do a great job of explaining what they are doing and why as well. Great neighborhood oil change and fast service/maintenance place!

Prices here for simple fluid changing services are absolutely asinine.I brought my 2011 Lexus LX 570 for an oil change, and I agreed to a new air filter on Jan 8 2024. $217.35 was my total for; premium full service oil change -$116.99, 3 additional quarts of full synthetic oil - $41.97, XL5702 PUREPRO SYN+ oil filter - $15.00, shop supplies $3.99, and an air filter for $29.99.After this was all done I asked so is this one of the 10,000 mile oil changes since I was shocked by the price, Logan told me oh no he doesn t recommend that and printed me a sticker suggesting that I come back in 3,000 miles.For context if I go to the Lexus dealer the most I ve ever paid for an oil and filter change with full synthetic oil and a full vehicle inspection was $127.81 back on March 10, 2022 and they suggest 10,000 miles between oil changes.My wife went in this vehicle to service pro at the corner of Rochester road and Auburn on November 1, 2022 for a full synthetic oil and filter change and that was $107.92. They suggest 7,000 miles between full synthetic oil changes.The most recent place I had my oil changed was called 70s quick lube, this was on 6/28/2023 they used Mobil 1 full synthetic and changed my filter for $136.40. They also suggest 7,000 miles between full synthetic oil changes.I recognize the air filter I opted to have replaced was $29.99 but even if we deduct that from $217.35 total that I paid you are left with $187.36 for just the oil change which has less than 1/3 the suggested lifespan, and $60 more than the service provided at the Lexus dealership with a fraction of the experience working on Lexus vehicles.My last gripe would be the perceived experience of the technicians working here, many don t appear to be a day over 20 years old and can t have many years of automotive tech experience. The bottom of my vehicle is covered with skid plates that are simple bolts to install and remove to access the drain plug to perform an oil change, the vehicle has 155k miles so I ve had a lot of oil changes and this one took at least 2x as long as normal if not 3x whoever was in the lower bay working on my vehicle (receipt says Anton) was really struggling to get my skid plates off and back on.When attempting to reinstall the skid plates Logan came up to me and informed me the bolts are too rusty and unsafe to use, he put one of 3 skid plates in my hand and told me I would need to get new bolts from the dealership and then come back to have the skid plate reinstalled. Initially that seemed weird that two of them went on no problem with the rusty bolts but I didn t want to argue and agreed to get new bolts.I took the old bolts to the dealership and the parts department manager laughed when I told him why I needed new bolts, he wiped the bolts off with steel wool and they were rust free and good condition and mentioned that the new bolts were completely unnecessary.I did take my vehicle back and they did reinstall the skid plate for free but after feeling as if I was taken advantage of on the pricing and feeling as if I was punished for inexperience on your techs part with the bolts and skid plate issue there s no way I will be bringing my vehicle back to this business and I would heavily recommend anyone considering this facility to opt to go elsewhere.

Went above and beyond to help replace the front blinker on my Jeep. It is not a simple change but they got it done and handled it like pros! Hugely appreciate the time and effort they put in to ensure I could drive safely! Will be back from my next oil change!

Tom and Austin were amazing! Checked all the filters and swapped everything. Never has it been suggested before to swap a filter in the glove box. ( I didn t know it was real ) they took it out swapped it and it was quick and comprehensive service!

I came to this oil place because my car broke down across the road and one of the workers was nice enough to cross a very busy road and help me push my car into a parking lot.My first time my dad didnt do my oil change. The service was great. Fast and attentive. Definitely will be back.

Logan and Austin were super helpful in my oil change today. Logan suggested different options and walked me thru everything. Logan even took a look at my car for other potential problems and gave me some sound advice ! And new hire hunter was kind enough to fill my tires for free! I ll be coming back
