My experience was excellent. I don t know why I haven t gone to Troy Auto Fix before. I will definitely go back for my auto maintenance needs! Andy, was very knowledgeable and polite. It s so hard to find a reputable mechanic shop you can trust. If it hadn t been for me trying TAF, I wouldn t have learned what I ve learn about the last place I went to for brake services. The things people do to cut their costs on parts for the customers yet charging top dollar. Troy Auto Fix was very reasonable. My vehicle has work in progress to be done. It will be through Troy Auto Fox! Thank you guys!

I have been coming to Troy Auto Fix for about a year now. I've had the best experience ever. The technicians are highly experienced. Very honest workers. Excellent customer service and above all they arevery reliable. I would recommend this shop to anyone. You need your car fixed? Troy Auto Fix is the right place to go!

5 stars already because after been scammed by another mechanic for a full year, I was in their shop every other month basically, I called him because I was at a loss. I called him at 5:15 and asked if he does free inspections and told him my situation. He told me to bring it in right now even though he closes at 6. He checked out my car and said he'd call me in the morning once they look at the codes. I really hope they can help me.

I had an Excellent experience with TAF!! Everyone is Super helpful and Very knowledgeable! Andy is super kind and very genuine! They had my Chevy Equinox fixed in 1 day! Troy auto fix replaced the heater cord in my jeep. I called multiple auto shops in the area and they declined to perform the service due to the several days it would take to replace the part. The entire dash of my car had to be removed to get to the problem. Troy auto fix was able to take my car right away and had it back to me in two days! Awesome service, reasonably priced, and very friendly staff. I will be going back for all future service needs!

I've been going to Troy Auto Fix for years. Andy and his team are always very professional and friendly and they don't charge anywhere near as much as other auto repair shops. They've helped me out with my car on numerous occasions, even when it needed major repairs and replacements. They're very honest and straightforward and will tell you everything that's going on with the work and with what needs to be fixed.They have GREAT PRICES for parts and labor and they work REALLY quickly! They're usually able to get parts and repairs in the same day you bring your vehicle in.An oil change here is VERY INEXPENSIVE and they do free vehicle inspections. So even if you just need an oil change or you just want to know if your car has any issues, this is the place to go.I do a lot of driving so I take my car here anytime that I need a repair or whenever I have any concerns about my car. I bring it in regularly a few times a year for an oil change and a check up. I always leave feeling better and confident that I'm able to get back out on the road with no worries.I recommend Troy Auto Fix to everybody.Don't go anywhere else! Take your car here first!

Great service provided by KIND and HONEST people. The manager, Andy, keeps this place running efficiently and ensures that you are taken care of! He is great. My entire family takes their cars to Troy Auto Fix because we know we can rely on their work. I highly recommend their service.

Andy is outstanding. We bought our car from Kal s Car lot. Well, the car had something pop up in the display screen. So oh coarse, this was a new car for me that I had just had paid in full and now something is wrong with it. So I called Kals back and they referred me to this company. Troy s Auto Shop, I m simply in love. Thank you guys for taking the time to be patient, look my 2016 Buick Regal over very well. Thank you for putting the time and effort into making my car better. I've been going to this place for a few years now all my mechanical work gets done here. The manager Andy has always done a great job at taking care of me and my vehicle, whether it be fitting me in or finding the best possible price. There is always a warm greeting and they make you feel as though your business is important to them.

My experience at Troy Auto Fix was excellent ! I met Andy the manager and Steve the mechanic who does excellent work. I brought my truck in to be serviced, as I prepared myself for another run around like the other mechanics from before, I was relieved of all anxiety when Andy explained to me what the problem could be with my truck . Turns out that was the problem and he could have it fixed within the hour. The prices are fair and the hospitality was warm and inviting. I would definitely recommend Troy Auto Fix as the number one shop to go to for all of your automotive needs. If they can't fix your automotive problem ,they will tell you and not waste your time like other shops that try and raise their prices taking advantage of the customer. It's worth your time to call Andy or Steve and make an appointment to get the service and respect that you deserve as a customer ! Have a Blessed Day !

I will forever be a Loyal Customer! Andy is an Honest, Fair, Smart, Wise man with a huge good heart. Nowadays it seems the world is all about what they can take from people, dishonesty. This is not the case with Andy's shop. His prices are the best and fairest around the city. And his guys do above and beyond to make sure our vehicles are running safe and good. I took my vechicle in for an electrical diagnosis. I had the honor of working with Andy and Steve. After getting the "run around" from other repair shops, they were very helpful and honest. I prepared myself for a very expensive bill when the work was complete, but to my surprise; the work was complete very very reasonable. Not only was the price excellent but they treat you with respect and and are passionate about their work. They have gained a loyal customer and I recommend this shop to anyone.

I m already a spoiled brat, but I was able to get Alpha fixed over night! Just in time before work. These guys are very careful and dedication to customer satisfaction even when we have a little more attitude than most of us can take . Please bring your needs to where they can be fixed. I've been to this place a few times and the quality of their work has always been excellent. The manager Andy gave me a 6 month labor warranty when I got my turbo replaced and he actually fixed my turbo for free of cost when it went out again, even though it was the part that was faulty. Would definitely recommend them to everyone else.

My name is Kelshontaya Green and my 62 day old van needed a transmission. I didn t have the money Andy needed for labor and repair and was crying. Andy made sure that I didn t leave without him helping me. He worked with me on the labor plus got my van back a day early. Thank you to Andy I can continue my daily life. Took Sisters vehicle after getting runaround from other facilities. All repairs were explained in detail, awesome, professional attitudes from Steve and Andy. We felt welcome and at home which is unusual being a family of color. I highly recommend this facility and plan to have all future maintenance performed exclusively at Troy Auto Fix. I was recommended by Khal, and I want to thank this company with top upmost respect, I travel a lot due to my mother being Ill and my father recently passing, I currently am in process of buying my Subaru when another mechanic incorrectly fixed my problem twice - my car was then in shop with Subaru for 1.5 months, with a est of 7k in work, the guys resealed my engine and I believe what the call flushed my transmission( I was in preparations to have them put a new one in) and my car went from a constant panic attack to finally being reliable and driving back to how she originally did when I pulled of Khals auto lot- if anything does come along I will come back to this company ! Thank you for helping me in such hard time and finding and fixing problems that Subaru didn t even mention to me/ BRING THE TEAM LUNCH SOON :)Services: Transmission, Engine repair

I can't say enough about the excellent customer service and how timely they got everything fixed. I had some issues with my Nissan Altima and had a previous shop do an inspection on. They said that I would have to take apart the transmission to get a closer look. From what it seems I wasn't confident that was what it was needed so I took it to Andy at Troy Auto Fix for a second opinion. I'm so glad I did because it ended up only being a end link and battery that needed to be replaced. Literally took under 90mins in total for him to figure out the problem, find the parts, and install. I'm definitely going back to Andy and Troy Auto Fix. Super nice guys who do quality work. I can't say that for a lot of places.
