Tight reliable service. Trustworthy.They always get me seen. I never have to wait weeks to get my car serviced like at the dealership! Expensive but what isn t nowadays. Courteous staff. Nice lounge area with light snacks and drinks.

This place is absolutely the best place to bring your car for tune-ups, for repairs, for anything auto related. The service is A+ and they are honest and fair with pricing. I always know when I bring my car there that I will be treated kindly and not ripped off. With being a single woman, it is nice to be able to trust a company to take care of my car.I totally recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

Fairly up front with their pricing and services. For the most part, the folks that work upfront are courteous, I repeat, for the most part. The mechanics are pretty good and honest, and haven't made up any jobs that the vehicle didn't need just to make a dollar.

I stop by here in need of emergency. My tire was completely flat and I was running late for work!! The wonderful staff were so accommodating,friendly and fast. Evan was so nice to me and my tire was fix in a matter of seconds. As a woman I wasn't taken advantage of like other auto shops.I was able to make it work safe and sound thanks to these guys!!!!! Troy Auto Care responded to my request through AAA for roadside assistance. We had a flat tire, and Drew was there within 15 minutes. I love this place! I discovered it when I was poor and got a Groupon for an oil change. I have been going ever since. As a lot of other people mentioned, their discount card is great and saves me a ton of money. The guys are very nice and friendly. They are fair and honest and tell you what you actually NEED and what can wait. They are super quick too. The last time I got an oil change, I barely got situated in the (nice, comfy) waiting room and they came to get me to say my car was done!PS I saw someone mentioned below that she felt mistreated as a woman. Not to discount her experience but I feel it important to say that I have NEVER felt that way from these guys. That is a big part of the reason I am always raving about Auto and Truck Repair. They have always treated me with complete respect and last time even waited for me when I was a few minutes past closing to pick up my car!

Edit response to owner:First you think the fuel filter is the problem. Then you state that you diagnosed a bad injector causing a misfire. Following the replacement of the injectors there was still a misfire. Top notch troubleshooting skills displayed there! I never expressed I received another quote from another shop, I had to find one after you refused to install a new motor. I brought you the injectors when I came back to the shop, but you state that the only way you can test them is to remove the working injectors from my truck and reinstall them. I find it hard to believe that you tested your "high-quality" injectors at all following their installation. If you took my vehicle for even a short test drive you should have noticed all the smoke coming out of the engine bay after you failed to put things back together properly after the replacement. You've displayed multiple instances of incompetence and quite frankly I don't trust you to work on my vehicle at all. To anyone reading this, I ignored the other bad reviews before bringing my truck to Troy Auto Care and I paid the price. Don't make the same mistake I did.End editNormally I don't leave bad reviews, but my experience with Troy Auto & Truck Center has been so bad that I feel compelled to warn others of their incompetence and bad service.I initially made an appointment to have my truck diagnosed which was blowing white smoke and running rough. Despite waiting a week for the appointment, they didn't look at my truck for so long that the battery died. After replacing the battery, they misdiagnosed the issue believing it to be the fuel filter. I authorized the replacement and after replacing it didn't fix the problem, they misdiagnosed the issue again claiming the problem was the fuel injectors. I authorized the repair and when they got back to me after the replacement they stated that the injectors weren't the problem and that I needed an engine replacement.The only option they gave me was to install a used engine that already had over 100 thousand miles. Considering I depend on my truck to run my small business, I didn't want to take a chance on a used high mileage engine. I informed them that I would rather have a new engine longblock installed which are still manufactured, but they refused stating they didn't do that type of work. I paid the bill of $2500 thinking that I'd at least be able to reuse these new injectors with a new engine. As I was pulling out of the shop with my truck, I noticed that there was smoke coming out of the engine bay! They didn't put the truck back together properly after installing the injectors and I had to wait another day for that to be resolved.I took my vehicle to another shop that installed the new engine. After test driving the vehicle they found it was not operating correctly and diagnosed the injectors as being the issue. They replaced the injectors that were just installed with OEM injectors and now my truck runs great.I took the injectors back to Troy Auto & Truck along with all the paperwork. After explaining the situation and expressing my dissatisfaction at the fact that I wasted $2500 at their business where my vehicle was misdiagnosed multiple times and defective parts were installed, the service advisor said he understood my frustration but he couldn't do anything for me. On their website, Troy Auto & Truck states they'll treat you like family and that they are a leader in integrity, honesty, and trust. What a joke! They are incompetent, dishonest, and don't stand behind their work.If you need to have your vehicle serviced, do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Fixed our work van, but checked over the work they've were supposed to do. Change Transmission fluid and filter. They didn't do it Glad I checked. Brought it to there attention. They made it right couple weeks later.

Discovered them 5 years ago and they've continuously been trustworthy, communicative, and timely. Their work has been great. What puts these guys over the top has been their customer service. Recently one of my parts went bad, which was less than a month old and still in warranty. They made it their top priority and replaced it at no cost, no labor charge. They even did additional test drives after the repair to ensure I was good to go. Thank you Von!

These guys are awesome! They are so kind and friendly, and they love to joke around with their clients but they do great work, too. If you have a budget in mind, they're also willing to work with you to try and accommodate you to the best of their ability! Evan and Scott have always treated me well and the mechanics have done great work on my car every time. I would highly recommend Metro 25!

I have had 3 visits thus far, and everything went well. They provide very good customer service, and I value the information that they provide via the FREE Inspection. I've noticed that my receipts continue to recommend repairs that are no longer needed, and would prefer that the receipts correctly reflect the condition of my vehicle. I would also prefer to have the option to stop in for an oil change, without an appointment, but I do understand that appointments help with the management of time and resources. Overall, I plan to continue using the services at this facility, and look forward to continued satisfaction.

I've been coming here for many years now, and always recommend to friends, family and co-workers. I trust them and their staff to always take care of me and my vehicles. It's "top notch" master mechanics and staff are always looking out for their customers' best interest. Prices are unbeatable and parts are always guaranteed. Whether it's looking over a new or used auto for certifiable status, or servicing your work truck; construction & commercial fleets, Metro 25 does it all! Waiting area, baths, kitchen and lobby are clean with a welcoming comfort away from home. Scott at the front desk is very friendly & knowledgeable, he makes sure that they can accommodate me. When I'm experiencing car trouble and no time to make an appointment, Scott helps get me in and back on the road. Greg Bowen is a great mechanic, whom I always request when I'm here. He will do whatever it takes to make sure I'm highly satisfied. Don't think twice before making your choice and choose Metro 25 Auto and Truck Repair on Stephenson Hwy just north of Maple or "15 mile Rd".

Nice to have a place close to home that will service our Class C RV. Had appointment for oil change. They called us early to say they had a cancellation. Service provided in amount of time stated up front. Fair price for the service. Good value. Staff always friendly and professional.

I found Auto and Truck Repair a few years ago, and I am so glad I did. They have been my go-to place for maintenance and repairs on all of my family's vehicles. Scott and Joel and great to work with, and I have complete confidence in their assessment of my vehicles needs and the work the entire team has done. It's great having peace of mind knowing that whenever one of my cars needs work I'll be taken care of truthfully and professionally. And their coupon card has saved me lots of money for regularly scheduled maintenance! If you haven't tried them, you should. I think you'll be a customer for life, like me.

Scott and the crew at Metro25 are top shelf. I ve been a highly-satisfied customer for over a decade. Whether it s taking care of my personal cars or one from our company fleet they ve always treated me fairly and responsibly.For example, on one occasion a wired sound coming from my brakes turned out to be a simple inexpensive adjustment. I wouldn t have known any better if they had said it would cost $$$$$ to repair the brakes. They re trustworthiness has been impeccable. I d let Scott pack my parachute.

Whenever I have car problems I don't even think of bringing my vehicle anywhere else but Metro 25. Scott and the rest of the crew always make sure that everything is taken care of. Their customer service is top notch, they never leave me stranded. Along with the great service is the great prices they provide. They also have a great waiting room comfortable and relaxing for all their customers. I highly recommend Scott and Metro 25 they're great guys and they know their cars!

I had been referred to this place from Troy Auto Care, Premier Drive @Troy. I called in for an appointment and Ivan was able to schedule it within 24 hrs timeframe. Took my Sedan for brakes service. Service was professional and Front Desk was very accommodating. Ken Cagle kept me engaging on status of the service as I sat in a corner and was working. Yes! They have a beautiful Customer lounge and facility to connect to Wifi and do our business. I still have to verify the pricing since it was little high than the market rate. But, overall the Service was professionally executed within the said time. In my 2 hours window, I could see Customers walking out with a happy face and gratitude for their Service.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

This place is the best. The owner used to have a place in Royal Oak that I would always go to and by chance I found his new spot here, and have brought my car back 3 times. They made sure my car would be ready when I needed it! Very friendly too, they love my 2008 manual trans fusion as much as I do. I called Troy because my van broke down 1 mile from their shop, they tow, and they do transmissions. They came quickly. They very kindly didn't charge me for towing. They diagnosed my problem quickly. They set proper expectations about cost, timeline, and potential snags. I would use them again, although I do have sticker shock at the cost of repairs.

First off Metro25 is the absolute best car shops I ve been to I don t have experience in this field, but being a women you know how we can typically get messed over with all these auto repair shops. The staff here is amazing very professional and friendly. Joel will definitely go above the call of duty for his clients and do the best to address concerns and give the best service with understanding good old integrity and genuine honesty . I ve expressed my gratitude and assured the place they have gained a customer for life.

Troy auto towed my car and caused 8000 in damage. They refused to pay for the damage. They have not been professional. Please think twice if you use them for towing.

My brother and his wife have been coming to this place for years with their cars. When I needed to get a repair done on my truck, I knew right where to go. Scott and his crew were professional, honest, and fast. The work was completed in considerably less time then originally quoted, and the price could absolutely not be beat. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future issues with my truck.
