They were very nice, did fast work, but maybe the speed is the problem.In the first picture, you can see where the sander hit the frame of my car, and they just left it.The second picture isn't great, but I can't get a good shot. Basically, you can see where there was too much paint applied and it looks drippy. The finish is not smooth.The third picture, shows overspray that they attempted to wipe off but were unsuccessful. There is overspray all over my passenger side, windows and body.The fourth picture shows that the color match wasn't done well. The front passenger side door is a slightly different color than the rest of my vehicle.The fifth picture shows damage where they taped off my hatch, but either pulled Clearwater off when they removed the tape or there was a lot of overspray. There's three of these spots on my spoiler.What I couldn't get a picture of, is my front windshield is leaking at the drivers side pillar. They also haven't aligned my front wipers back up properly. They did do the drivers side when I asked, but I did ask them to fix the passenger side, and they didn't do it.It's a pain now, because they're extremely busy, and it's impossible for me to drop my car off to them for extended time because I need MY car for work, as a rideshare driver. I can't just swap vehicles in to earn money. What I really needed was for this to be done right the first time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This guys did a great job repairing my Jeep after my car accident. Everything looks, drives great. I can't even tell there was an accident, which is how it's supposed to be! They have done 3 vehicles for me, couldn't tell I was ever hit. Profesionals with attention to detail, I would highly recommend. Ed is amazing, phenomenal shop hands down!!

Manager Ed and his staff were very professional, he gave me a very quick estimate for my Toyota Camry and fulfilled the service in less than 3 days time. My car looks brand new now. I've had the pleasure of working with Ed about 5 times in the past 6ish years. (I don't have the best of luck..) EVERY VISIT he has made my car look like NEW! I just pick up my car Monday after a total new front end replacement... He when above and beyond - buffed out my side door with a complimentary exterior and interior cleaning!!! ( I have TWO dirty kids!)It was so nice driving a clean car!!!!!!! ( thank you SO much ED!!)He's work is fantastic as well as his speed. I am not to sure what I would do with out him!Service: Painting

Ed has been repairing our company cars and family s cars for almost a decade. This place has top-class management who care about their business and customers.The work is done timely and neatly. The store front is kept fantastic, a great representation of what goes on behind the scenes.I would recommend you to bring your collision repairs here because Ed will not only treat you fairly but make sure the work is top-notch.He is also an excellent neighbor Thanks Ed!

My family has used this shop over the years and it has always been a wonderful and fair experience. Previously, Ed had fixed my dad s Mazda (due to my 2 significant fender benders in high school) basically from ground up, and both were done beautifully and at a reasonable price. More than 10 years later, recently my dad got a replacement fog lamp cover due to some freeway debrief ripping it off. Ed was able to order, replace and realign the cover and fender that was bent from the highway debris. Also was able to buff out a scratch! Customer service is really key when you re looking at someone that is repairing/fixing your vehicle. Super fair pricing and quick service! Will definitely keep recommending their shop for years!

Go see Ed, the most reputable guy in the business. When a deer jumped on the hood of our Fusion we were distraught, but not only did Ed take care of the damage (the car looks brand new) but he even repaired a leak we had for no charge. We took the car in Tuesday and picked it up Thursday. A day ahead of schedule. As if that wasn't enough, he paid our deductible. Thanks Ed !

My Dodge Dart sustained some front bumper damage due to a hit and run. I obtained 3 estimates to fix the problem, and Ed's estimate ($600.40) was $340 cheaper than the dealer and $137 cheaper than a different body shop. His body shop was efficient, receptive to questions, and overall I'm very happy with the work that has been completed.

Manager Ed and his staff have great work ethics and are very professional! He gave very quick estimate and reasonable pricing that beats all other quotes , including one from the insurance! Highly recommended! Job well done!

They did a very clean work for replacing my vehicle s door, plus their fee is competitive. The whole time my car was at their shop was about four hours which I liked a lot, due to ordering and painting door before I bring my car.

They fix our Toyota Corolla by them, didn't take long at all - maybe a week or less, great customer service by Ed (manager), highly recommend them. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family that needs repair/work for they vehicles.

Several weeks ago I was in a car accident but an agent, Ed Cano, helped me immensly while my husband was away. While giving me advice on whether or not I should buy a used car or repair my old one, he helped out with taking care of the accident and later on, assisted me in choosing the best course of action on what to do about the cars. He took it a step further to look out for the customer's best interest and gave great advice as well as aid to me. I'm thankful for all the help I've gotten from him and his company.

I had my car towed there after a bad accident. They had my car over 2 months. I was given excuse after excuse after excuse as to why my vehicle wasn't ready by the promise date. This is where you take your car for simple cosmetic repairs. Do NOT take your car here if you need mechanical repairs. The staff is not equipped for that type of labor. They did pay 55% of my deductible and gave me a loaner for almost a month because Uber and Lyft was a fortune.

An accident damaged my rear bumper and taillight. I went to three different places to get an estimate for the damages. The Collision Shop was over $350 cheaper than the estimate I received from the dealership. My biggest fear of the repairs I had was that the new paint on the new bumper would not match the rest of the car. Ed assured me that it will match. After the repairs were made I was amazed! It was as if the accident never happened.

I have lived in Troy for 20 years. During that time our family has needed auto body work a number of times. Ed runs this shop in a fair and friendly way. The quotes are always better and the work is done right, and in a timely manner.
