I selected The Collision Shop based on a google search. I hit the jackpot!!! The service was prompt, courteous and considerate. My experience with The Collision Shop left me feeling that I had been treated fairly and with integrity. Thanks for creating an atmosphere of trust and honesty.

When you call ask for Brad! I was in a fender bender where I was not at fault. He took care of the estimate and got it to insurance. He also covered a rental / loaner car for 4 days while waiting for my car to be repaired. I will be taking all of my vehicles to Brad for body work in the future. He s honest, straight forward and will take care of your problems with care.

Melvin handed our insurance and body work. He assured us they would pay our deductible, which is why we chose them, but after 4 weeks of having our car, on the day of pick up, Melvin informed us they would not cover the deductible as promised, and we had to pay $435 in order for them to release the car back to us. We were not prepared for this. Not once, in the four weeks they had the car with minimal damage were we informed of this, not to mention the need to keep the car for a month. Work was missed and chemo appointments were almost impossible to get to. They were aware of all of this. When we didn't have the money for the unexpected charge, they informed us we would be billed a $60 per day storage fee. We did pick up and pay for it just to get the car out of their questionable shop, but we were not pleased. Communication was terrible. The boss and the manager did not talk or work together to have an accurate account, nor did they honor their original word. The insurance company, Progressive, also complained about having to deal with them. Melvin, sir, you did a horrible job with billing. I wouldve been okay with the bill, if we were informed at any point before we came to pick it up. After you held it late.The body work was from a hit and run accident. It appears to looks decent, but time will tell. I do not recommend this shop as they are dishonest.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my truck repaired twice this year at The Collision Shop and both experiences were wonderful. Brad was great! He kept me informed on the entire process and was very helpful with the many questions I had. I was unhappy about having to take my truck in twice due to accidents that were no fault of my own. However, Brad and his team got my vehicle fixed quickly and it looks nice! The inside of my vehicle was vacuumed which was very nice of them to do. Also, my rental vehicle was free both times which I was very happy about. I highly recommend this place for a professional and quality service from start to finish!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The people were respectful, helpful, polite, and professional. Brad was always responsive and did his best to work with my insurance company to get things covered. They had a good relationship with Hertz down the street, so it was very easy coordinating the rental car during the repairs. The discount on the deductible was clear, and they applied the promised amount. The quality of the work was superb. I've now had the car back for about 6 weeks and have had no issues whatsoever. It looks great, the paint matches, and the repaired areas look new. A relative, an insurance adjuster, remarked that they did a great job. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience working with them and the job they did repairing my car. While I hope not to have to need to use a collision shop again, I would come back here should the need arise.

Really satisfied with this company. I brought my vandalized car in on Monday and had it back by Wed. Brad walked me through the whole process. He helped me get a rental and even drove me to them . My car looks great . He even touched up some spots that had nothing to do with my insurance claim . The quality of the work is great . They even cleaned my car inside and out. Brad handled this with great professionalism . Hopefully I never have to have auto body work done again but if I ever do I will definitely go back here . Thank you

Professional. Friendly. Good price. Done quickly. Done well.I spoke to Brad to get a quote for some repairs on the bumper and fender. He had me text him some pictures of the damaged areas, which I thought was very convenient during a pandemic. He gave me the best quote around. He was very honest, friendly, and professional. They were able to complete the job quickly, as promised, and did a fantastic job. They even cleaned the car. I thought they went above and beyond overall. I will be coming here in the future if I have any problems, and would not hesitate to refer people.Service: Body & Trim

Our car had extensive front end damage on the driver side. We didn t have collision coverage. When comparing estimates, The Collison Shop s was the best one. It turned out that the estimate was quite accurate, and Brad the owner gave us additional discount at completion.Not only the price was good, it was also completed ahead of schedule, and in good quality. And we can bring the car back there anytime if something not to our liking.Brad also arranged for a rental car.But his service did not end there. Later it was found that the electrical system worked erratically from the collision and was beyond the scope of an auto body shop s ability to fix. He personally drove behind our car to ensure that we could get to the auto mechanic shop safely. And when again the problem was too complex for a regular mechanic shop and we needed to bring it to the dealer instead, Brad sent a staff to help.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great customer service, will have body work done soon.Update-Had body work done was very pleased.Brad treated me excellent!!! He provided Great customer service, stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process, made sure I was completely satisfied.Great Overall Experience!!! Would highly recommend, and all work comes with a Lifetime Warranty, can't be at that.

I first went to the dealership collision shop and would have had to pay a $500 deductible. Then I did some research and came across this place and found out they help pay for your deductible! Brad there is very nice and makes an honest effort in saving you the most money. My insurance policy wouldn't pay for my rental right away because my car was drivable but my AC wasn't working. I had to wait for my insurance to approve and start the repair before paying for a rental. He made a point to my insurance that my bumper was hanging and was a potential hazard on the road so he convinced them to pay for my rental while I waited for the approval. They have a lifetime warranty on their repair and paid my $500 deductible!! So glad I didn't go to the dealership. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I definitely recommend this place over the dealership collision shop. You won't regret it!!

I was referred to The Collision Shop Troy on Tuesday, August 21, 2019 because the Maple location was unable to fit my car in (I was leaving for Nashville that Friday). Not only was Brad able to fit me in, his tech did an awesome job. The entire staff was friendly and delivered on the promise. My car was fixed on time allowing me to hit the road Friday. Also, Brad was honest and saved me a few $$$ in not doing a repair that was not necessary. I really appreciate that and I will return.

Brad is not not a responsible owner and the workmanship is poor. They make promises and will not stand by their warranty. I was promised to have my vehicle done in a week, but it took over 3 weeks. When I went to pick up when they promised, car was not done and multiple missing pieces. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!After driving the car for a day, damages to my bumper occur since there were missing fasteners. I confronted Brad and he said that it was our fault.Service: Body & Trim

Brad and his entire crew were courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job on my vehicle. He gave me a prompt and thorough estimate, worked with me to help me cut the costs where I could, and got my car back to me in way less time than I expected. If you are looking for honest people who will do good work on your car, look no further!

Best collision I have done business with in every way- they were utmost profosionals and friendly. I don't have knowledge on such work or fair pricing and they did not take advantage of that. I received a fair quote and they worked with the insurance company for a smooth and clear transaction. I was given a timeline and they came through a day sooner with the outcome of fantastic work! This is my second time that I've used Brad's place for repairs, and I've been so satisfied with both times. I have a blue fusion that was rear-ended and then a few years later I'd went over a rock and cracked the bottom panel. The paint matched perfectly and the car looked like new both times. The first time, Brad helped me deal with my insurance company and saved me boo-coo bucks. He up on all the state R&Rs with deductibles, etc. Really sharp guy.

Brad was wonderful. I had such a great experience. He went above and beyond. After going to 2 other shops and rejecting them because they were not customer service friendly. I was so happy with the customer service. I would come back even though it is far my house and will recommend your shop because if Brad.

Brad Gandhi and the collision shop were very prompt and informative about my car and its case. They were very open and helpful in bringing my car back to shape after a crash. They fixed my car and put it back on road in a reasonable time.Backed up by their lifetime warranty, after fix, I had couple of issues with my car and the collision shop was more than happy to help me with the issues. One of the issues were very tough to replicate and Fix, Brad went extra mile and sent the car to dealership for a complete inspection and getting the issue addressed. Eventually the issue was fixed. Through the process they have been answering my calls and giving me updates on what was happening.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. He is a SCAM ARTIST! First and foremost he did a mediocre repair on my impala. He charged for new parts but used used parts. I didn t complain because I had been a month without my car due to COVID and the insurance company moving slow. Nevertheless the repair job was not worth the $6000 he charged my insurance company. Then, He offers a warranty on his work but does not honor it. My bumper fell off while I was driving and he refuses to fix it under the warranty that he gave. The undercloth that he replaces also came off and he refuses to replace it. This guy does bad work and bad business. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE!Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service from start to finish. Had my car reviewed, inspected by insurance, and, repaired - all in a weeks time. The friendly staff offered to work with their car rental alliance and my insurance to provide a loaner that will be covered by my insurance (i.e. no cost to me!).The repair work was done professionally, in a timely manner. The staff also offered to pick me up when the car was ready (as I couldn't find a ride to the shop)!I've referred several of my friends to this place and they all have had a very good experience.

I had a really bad experience at the artmoran dealership the last time I needed collision work(AVOID DEALERSHIPS!!). This time I decided to go with the Collision Shop on 14 mile. I called the shop and Brad handled my case, I have to say they did a really good job. I never write reviews but I had to put this out here.. I ended up having them do some touch up work on my second car and I was very impressed with the work.. I highly recommend this shop they did a really good job..

I've had the worst experience with this place. It took over three weeks for minor damage to be repaired. Opted for the discount, not the loaner car. They then had to fix the painting because they didn't paint the parts they were supposed to and the parts they did paint didn't match. My hood wouldn't match agree they were done. I had to pay extra to fix this and it took another two weeks to fix with no loaner. After this, my horn was removed, broke, and not replaced. Had to go back again. Overall, I was without a car for over five weeks. They don't do what they promise, they never meet timelines, and they're work is very questionable. Not recommended!

The guys at The Collision Shop did a great job on our car. Even though the insurance company was giving us a difficult time, The Collision Shop continued to keep us informed, and did everything they could to get us back in our vehicle as soon as possible. The gentleman we were working with actually ended up staying late on Saturday to make sure we could get our car then. Would recommend!

I brought my car in for a couple of dings and dents. Reasonable pricing and great service. Imagine my surprise when not only was the outside of the car sparkling clean, but they had also cleaned the inside as well. Totally unexpected and much appreciated!

I was told three weeks for repairs and my car sat for over a week before they even started repairs, for a total of 4 1/2 weeks on repairs, I received no updates. When I was finally told the car was ready i had to wait around for hours for them to clean up my car because the paint job was done so horribly. They missed damage, and my undercarriage protective pieces were missing and was brushed off multiple times.. guy told me what do you want me to do about it and that was like that ... the entire job was done horribly just because I m a girl.... I feel so unbelievably scammed... also the guy told me there was no delay on my car when I asked about it ... I was told the 6th then the 12th and then the 18th so how it that not a delay without explanation of what is going on.... BRAD is a scam artist and a lair

Fantastic job! I was in a car accident and not at fault so they did all the paperwork and was in contact with me during the repair. The job was done on time as promised and the car looks incredible.
