Michael Parisi,Jr did a terrific job in ordering for me a replacement sunroof for my vehicle. Mike is a super customer focused and professional employee for Sunroof Express.He answered all of my questions thoroughly and efficiently, and I immediately knew that I would order thru him.It was the first time that I had ever ordered a replacement sunroof, and Michael made the ordering process easy.Appreciated that I could order the glass thru Michael and also be offered my choice of auto body dealers near me for installation and was provided the cost for that.I'm confident that I will be receiving a high quality glass replacement that will be installed by a Top review auto body shop near me and all at a very affordable price!Kudos to Sunroof Express for hiring great employees like Michael Parisi,Jr!

I want to give a big shout out to Donna B. there in the customer service department at Sunroof Express!I had a serious issue with the glass installer that I was sent to for replacing our cracked sunroof. During installation they totally ruined our headliner so badly that it needed replacing. They refused to take responsibility for the damage and said basically it was on me to replace it.I called Sunroof Express and thankfully Donna answered my call. She saw pictures of the damage and got to work getting our liner repaired. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and communicated well throughout the process.Thanks so much Donna- you re awesome

My insurance set me up with this company and I will never use them again. Slow and unprofessional, the local body shop that performed my installation had to email them multiple times to obtain the paperwork needed. If I had not called the body shop myself, they had the part and no idea who it was for and how to contact me.

Absolute ridiculous. I was on hold for 1 hour having to help Sunroof express where to send the glass to. Sunroof express should be dealing with the vendor I chose instead I had to stay on line with her. Talked to 2 different people at Sunroof express. The second one said my notes state you want to pay upfront. Well that conversation never happened. She said this is the first time I have seen this but yet I already had spoken to someone else. Nobody knows what the other person had spoke to me about. My insurance company should use someone else that knows what to do. Wasted 3 hours with Sunroof Express.

My insurance company suggested that I use this broker for my claim. Not knowing any better, I acquiesced. Big mistake on my part.Despite having access to my vehicle details and payment terms, it took the company over 48 hours to ship the replacement part. Naturally, it "hastily" shipped the wrong part.When I called to inquire on the next steps I was told that I would have to specify the right part. Since I have zero knowledge of the specific part, I asked to talk to somehow who could explain the status. The person who came on the line constantly kept talking over me instead of listening to my simple request - when can I expect the correct part to be shipped. She repeatedly told me that I had provided the wrong information! How?Very poor customer service despite having a reliable computer system to dispatch event alerts to customers. Cardinal rule - a company's image is based on the employees that interact with customers. Sunroof Express flunked this test.

Earlier this month my daughter's Jeep sunroof was shattered and she need to leave two days later for college. I was referred to Sunroof Express who ordered the sunroof for me, charged a very minimal fee to overnight the glass to my local repair shop and we had the new roof installed and ready to go before noon the next day. It really was incredible how easy it was to work with them and their local shop in town was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend!!

My insurance sent me to this company to get a glass replacement sunroof. Usually with a bad experience I still wait till they actually do the service. But you can't get ahold of anyone. Call back service doesn't work. Emailing doesn't work. So unless you want to stay on hold for 40 minutes and talk to someone who sounds like their pantless on the couch stoned...I wouldn't bother.Sent the glass to the wrong shop (which was close to my house), then sent to the shop they wanted which I said was too far.Actual glass installing I can't comment on because it never happened. Have to circle back with my insurance and try to get a functioning company that will actually do their job :(

Sunroof Express Inc. doubles or even triples the amount of work involved in making a simple insurance claim with your auto insurance company. They bombard you with calls and text messages asking you to repeat everything you already shared with the insurance company, and then they direct you to their website which is glitchy and doesn't work for claim tracking. They also do not feature Tesla as a make or model of a car (despite Tesla selling 4-5 million cars in the USA).

If I could give negative stars I would! We needed our sunroof glass fixed and our insurance told us that sunroof express specializes in sunroof. Every three days I had to call and see where our status was and they would not give me a time line. I called back and was told they couldn't find anyone in our area who could do the install. I asked if they could find someone outside of or area. Four days later we received a call telling us we had to find someone on our own and they we no longer dealing with us.

Another Update: Someone finally contacted me and will be shipping out a sunroom today. They apologized.Update:0/10 STARSFOLLOWED THE STEPS FROM BRANDON, SALES MANAGER: CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT RESPOND AND THEY DO NOT PICKUP PHONE.Be prepared to wait months or years for a windshield.Waiting for Brandon, Sales Manager to copy and paste the generic message about contacting customer service who never responds.

My insurance sent me to Sunroof Express as the car sunroof glass shattered on a hot day driven on highway. I was a little worried after seeing the bad reviews. It turned out my experience with them was fine. At first, I tried to call the number but realized they closed for the day due to time zone difference. But, I was able to enter the reference number on their web page and locate my claim info and status. I called the next day and were provided installer info near my location. After confirming over the phone, they shipped the glass directly to the installer and it arrived timely. The installer quickly replaced the glass the nexts day.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way this company has handled my claim after Geico referred me to them. I'm leaving an extra star because my claim was particularly complicated, and some of the hurdles and delays were not the fault of Sunroof Express. However, their communication and follow-through have been extremely poor for the duration of this experience, and have made this repair take significantly longer than necessary. Several broken promises and many weeks spent waiting for an update that never came until I reached out to them myself. They continually referred me to shops who couldn't handle my repair, failed to do the background research they'd promised to in order to find a repair shop who could handle my job, and then failed to send my paperwork to the chosen shop so they could contact me. I'm extremely frustrated and will never use Sunroof Express to coordinate a repair again.

They exceeded my expectations. Most of the other places I got quotes from said they couldn t guarantee the sunroof whatever work again. This place made sure to vacuum up or blow out all of the glass and my sunroof is working perfectly after only about 35 minutes of installation.Edit: I ve been reading the bad reviews and it seems like they had a bad experience with their insurance company and not Sunroof Express. I had Geico do all the heavy lifting and I just showed up to my appointment and had a great experience.

I cannot say enough good about my experience thus far with sunroof Express. Mandy was friendly in facilitating my repair with a local shop. This was the first positive experience I had since my claim was filed with Hartford. Thank you Mandy and SE!

Do NOT take your vehicle to this place! I called geico at 8am was sent over to them the lady said she would call me right back, 2 hours later never heard a word so i called geico to make sure they had the right number, the lady from sunroof express called me right back (imagine that) and practically cussed me out for inquiring about getting an appointment after that she told me to email pictures (which i did right away) and its 1pm and STILL dont have an appointment. I called around where i live and found a different place to take my vehicle to get sun roof repair they got me an appointment in a matter of minutes! Look at all the negative reviews on here about sunroof express its horrible!!! do yourself a favor if your insurance refers you to them GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Don't know why Geico sends claims to this place. Almost more than 2 months now and still my car parts didn't arrived. 3 hours of hold every time and after that someone comes up and ask for claim number and repeats the same song that my Mustang roof is on it's way. Point is, if you guys can't or don't want to work on it just say that to Geico directly so I can get it fixed from elsewhere.

The eta changes later and later in the month if they even have one when u contact them. The website does not keep u updated on what's going on. If I could give them 0 stars I would. If this is the kind of junk u have to deal with dealing with statefarm I think I'll change my insurance company. Almost 2 months that I've been waiting for a panoramic roof glass to come in and im still waiting to get my car fixed. Im highly mad! I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. On top of that the person at this company that I spoke with in the beginning said they would not take my deductible out until they spoke with me 1st. Then the next day they took it out. If they was as in hurry getting my part to the shop as they are taking my deductible out I might be happy with this company. But their not the ones going through the issue of water getting into ur car causing more damage. I do NOT recommend them to my worst enemy!

I called for the replacement of my sunroof and their sales team was great. They had my glass in stock and we re able to get my sunroof replaced the next day (Dealer would have taken 2-3 days and cost almost double). I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a sunroof issue.

I am getting my sunroof fix through sunroof express and so far I am very disappointed with the way you company do Business. I reported the claim to my insurance on Thursday July 5, Sunroof Express ordered my Sunroof on Friday July 6, Sunroof arrived Tuesday July 10 at 2pm and I never received a call to let me know when to bring my car for repairs. I called the company on Wed July 12 two times to get an appointment and I received an appointment until the following week on Tuesday July 17. To me it doesn t make sense if they already know when the part is coming why not make an appointment then. Now I have to wait another week without a car thanks to the poor communication and the way they do business.

Worst customer service ever. May or may not call you back or ever pay for your claim.. obviously used by multiple insurance companies so I guess customer service is the least of their worries. Never will do business with them

Great product. Great customer service from knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful staff. I've been using their product for many years and have helped many of my customers with broken glass on their sunroofs thanks to this company. Never be afraid to add sunroof repair and replacement to your services as a glass shop, as the support you will get from these guys, is top notch.

I'm the ninth 1 star. I had an unnecessarily horrible experience. Sunroof is agent for Mapfre auto insurance: 6 phone calls, 2 voicemails, 1 long char, 5 emails and 26 hours later approved. I spent 3 hours on phone. Hire some help, get friendly ones, stop telling the customer your mistakes as excuses: I was promised quote "OK" 24 hours ago, then told no quote, quote was spammed, and glass repair shop unhappy with plans to pay. Took Manager Jamal to work this out in 2 minutes: clone Jamal please and hire some people!!!!!!! Your phone and voice mail callbacks are fictional.

I got sent to this company they my auto insurance. I wasted so much time trying to coordinate a repair for my car with this company. After all of the useless back and forth phone calls they told me they wouldn't end up paying for my repairs. The people answering the phones here are so rude and unhelpful

We are an aftermarket sunroof shop. We use Sunroof Express for any glass and parts we need to repair our customers sunroof. All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond to get us the parts we need in a timely manner. This goes a long way in helping us meet our customer's needs. Customer service is top priority for them and us.

I discovered my sunroof glass broken and I filed a claim through my insurance provider's (USAA) glass team. They referred me to Sunroof express. They told me that was impossible because my car was a convertible (it isn't) and that i needed my back glass repaired. I told them multiple times no you have the wrong info. The next day they called me to let me know that my convertible (again not a convertible, its a hard top) isn't able to be fixed. Thankfully i worked with USAA to get this straightened out. However, Sunroof express told me that I would have to pay my full deductible ($500). I didn't think anything of it.I took my car to the shop where they sent the glass. Out of curiosity i asked the shop what the cost would have been to repair it in house. They told me I got worked over, their cost would have been $250 total.Upon hearing this I spoke with my insurance provider who called sunroof express. Sunroof express told them that their total cost was $600+. My question here is why would a local auto shop provide me a better deal than the referral from my insurance provider? My guess is that they're taking advantage of customers deductibles. I will be looking for a new auto insurance provider and let everyone know how badly I was gouged by this business. Avoid at all costs, before contacting your insurance check the cost of repair with a local shop.

HORRIBLE CLAIM APPROVAL AND PAYMENT PROCESSING! If you are a vendor and expect to be paid in a timely manner for your services. DO NOT ACCEPT A CLAIM FROM SUNROOF EXPRESS! Once the job is done expect that they will have you jumping through hoops to get paid and its not worth it!
