Working with Anthony was amazing. Was jumping from a 2005 Chevy truck and he took the time to go over all the technology with me. Really enjoyed all of the Suburban Subaru family. Even took the time to have the car washed and detailed for me before I left. I love my Subaru that I acquired thanks to Suburban.

I was interested in a used car that I saw online. My husband and I went to the dealership and a sales representative met us and let me take it for a test drive. It was the one for me. The sales person was a young woman who was very knowledgeable about the car. We got an excellent price for our trade in too. The whole transaction to buy and trade in our car was easy and pleasant. Everyone was kind and respectful. Yes, I would recommend Suburban Subaru to anyone.

We worked with Drew Piper when purchasing a new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek for our daughter. He was wonderful to work with and the whole process was seamless and quick. He also helped us surprise our daughter by putting a giant red bow on the hood when we went to pick up the car. She was in tears! He thoroughly went through all of the settings and features with her. After going to a few dealerships, this was our best experience. I highly recommend him as a salesperson to anyone considering a Subaru.

I won't get into all the details of my personal experience with this location, but I do want to mention a few points of note.I went in looking for a lease. I worked with Ryan. He was very knowledgeable about the stock and helped me narrow down some vehicles which met my needs. My main need was something affordable.Over the course of a few days, he worked within the budget I had and quoted me a deal which could work for me. There were some complications getting that deal to happen. However, Michael worked with us to get me into the 2024 Impreza I was looking to lease. It took many hours, but they didn't give up. They did everything they could to make the deal happen, and championed on my behalf with the bank.As I said, it took a little while to make progress, but I left with the car, and at an amazing price point. This could have gone wrong in so many ways, but it didn't. I have Ryan, Michael, and other staff who worked with them to help me out.I appreciate what they did a lot, and they really did earn this 5-star review. As I said, this could have gone the complete other direction had they given up on me.Thanks again!

I am seeking a new car and am a cash buyer. I went in for a test drive on Friday. BOTH managers left for the evening, before normal close of business, while MULTIPLE people were out on test drives. Apparently, sales staff cannot complete transactions without manager approval, so once the managers were gone nothing could be done. I consider this poor customer service and will not be purchasing from this dealership. I could understand one manager having to leave early, but both???

Absolutely fantastic car shopping experience. Nuo and his team were so helpful in making the process easy. Everyone was super friendly in general, which makes the car buying experience less stressful. They gave me more than asking for my trade in, which was a huge bonus! I highly recommend them if you re looking for a dealership that values their buyers and will work with you to get the vehicle you want!

These guys are the greatest! From the sales guy Nuo to the manager Justin and the finance guy, they were very nice and patient with me while I was making decisions on what to do lol, they went their hardest to get me approved since my credit wasn t that good, they made sure I walked out with my brand new 2023! I definitely recommend them!

Got a new Forester a couple weeks ago and came back for my love Encore program appointment. The car and the staff are amazing. I have a hard time purchasing vehicles but they were there for me every step of the way and after I got the car. Just an amazing experience.

Subaru was the ultimate car inspection and found damage to our vehicle the collision shop missed. They are thorough. All the service reps were polite and explained everything clearly so we could understand and helpful in getting our vehicle to a good collision shop. TY SUBARU

Initial service for new vehicle:I was very pleased with my first oil change for my new Subaru Forester vehicle.The online booking option offered a clear and easy process to book the appointment.I arrived as scheduled and the appointment for oil change and tire rotation took about sixty minutes. Suburban also offers a text update regarding realtime progress for the appointment along with final invoice.The overall experience was quite good and I will return for future service needs.

My salesperson Seaniell is very nice and helpful. Dealership is very nice along with floor displays and location. I have attempted 2 times leasing the forester and negotiating is not welcomed. Which has landed me at a crossroads of utilizing states outside of Michigan to pursue a deal. Definitely will try again on my next lease opportunity. Thanks Seaniell you did an awesome job.

Staff is nice. Their complimentary multi point inspection is a joke. They ve repeatedly missed very obvious things. Be sure to have them really walk you through every checkbox. They said someone would reach out to me to help, and nobody ever did. I would avoid getting your car serviced here.

I had an awesome experience with Suburban Subaru! I purchased my Outback in April and then took my son back there in October to purchase a Legacy. My salesman Drew was incredibly friendly and helpful! I never thought I would find a vehicle I loved as much as my Chevy Suburban, but I was wrong! I can't thank Drew enough for his patience and help while I searched for my new vehicle! I will always go back to Drew and Suburban Subaru for any new vehicles I want or need. I will also be referring my sister to them very soon!

Suburban Troy may not be disclosing all previous car maintenance history in order to sell a vehicle.We are writing this because of all the issues that have happened within the first three months of ownership.My husband and I bought a certified used 2020 Subaru Forester 3 months ago in late July. We had a really bad vacation breakdown of the car in the first month. (August) This major breakdown nearly got us killed on the side of a highway when the brakes locked up on us. Luckily this engine coolant valve was covered under the purchased warranty, but made us miss several days of work.3 months later. (October 18th) The vehicle completely broke down again. The battery light came on and the car was struggling to start. Apparently a cable from the alternator to battery was not on tight enough, and this caused the melting of several parts including a chunk of the fuse box. This part was not going to be covered under the purchased warranty and had to be pushed through to Subaru customer advocacy to get fixed. It would have required us to pay $3500 out of pocket.During this second major car problem it was brought to our attention by the service manager at Troy Subaru and backed up by the service manager at our current home dealership that the transmission was replaced in this vehicle immediately before we bought it. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO US during the purchase of the vehicle. It is NOT in the car-fax vehicle report, or in the paper work for the vehicle showing all the recent work that had been done to the Forester. THIS SEEMS EXTREMELY UNETHICAL, SHADY, AND NOT LEGAL to withhold this kind of information when selling a certified vehicle. We brought all the paper work (and we keep paperwork for everything) from the purchase process in July to our current dealership. The service manager up here looked it all over and verified that the information about the new transmission was not included for us. The manager verified in the computer system that a new transmission was indeed installed just prior to us buying the car.I would not have purchased a 3 year old vehicle knowing that a transmission had already been replaced. That would make me think that someone was driving this car around in a very poor manner.I don't know what else may go wrong with this 2020 Forester. We have absolutely no faith that this is not a vehicle that is destined to give us tons of problems in the future. Troy Subaru is not much help in our car breakdown problems. We do not trust them after all of this.

At this point I will give zero stars if I could. I have had so many problems with this transaction it s impossible to list. Currently I am almost 90 days out, on my second temporary plate, and I still don t have registration or new plates for my vehicle.I Purchased this vehicle from out of state and was told several times that there would be no problem. I have run into issue after issue trying to complete the transaction.I was told one thing by the sales manager and one thing by my salesman. I could never trust what I was being told but continue to believe they would all work out. To this point it is not worked out. I am stuck with the car but I am unable to register in the state that I live.This has been the most disappointing experience a long time.I am posting this so others will know and still hoping that I can get a solution to my ongoing problem. Hopefully someone will read this and take steps to resolve the ongoing conflict that I am having.

Suburban Subaru of Troy was by far the best car-buying experience we've ever had. They paid attention to every detail from start to finish. Our salesman, Nuo Gojcaj was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. His friendly, patient, no-pressure manner made the process easy - from test-driving to financing, and putting us in the driver's seat. He arranged to have our car meticulously detailed, it looked perfect when we picked it up. We can't say enough about how nicely we were treated and how great it feels to be driving this wonderful vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership!
