This dealership is incredible. Their service and the way they treat their customers is second to none. My family has been going here for 10+ years. Every experience gets better and better.Just had the easiest and ~funnest~ purchasing experience with Reggie. He went above and beyond from start to finish. He made my purchase fast and easy. He was very informative, timely, and always quick to respond to any questions. Also made the process very special; nothing beats a giant bow on a new car. He also correlated with finance to make the entire purchasing process seamless. Financing also made me feel confident and very excited with the warranty options that I chose. I couldn t be happier with my new ride. Also can t say enough positive things about the service department here. I wouldn t take my vehicle anywhere else. Recent shout out to Kyler and Jake!! Even with a busy schedule they made sure I was taken care of. They re personable, thorough, efficient and sincere. The entire service department exemplifies true customer service. They are welcoming from the moment you pull up. Horrible experience!The sales person I worked with told me that they will address all the issues before delivering the Vehicle. It never got taken care off. They charged me $400 for detailing the car which never got detailed from inside. PS the attached pictures.I didn t get the truck the same day, when I closed the deal because the sales person promised me that they will fix few things and the next day when I got the delivery there was a light which was broken. See the pictures.Please be very careful when buying your vehicle from this dealership. I am not going back to this dealership ever again. Very unprofessional behavior by the sales man after the vehicle was sold.

I went here for warranty work. A 3 week job turned into 7 weeks, the shop outsourced the work. Contacted my adviser Joseph for updates , was told multiple times he didn t have one. I had to call the collision shop. After 5 weeks I finally was able to pick it up. Wasn t fully fixed, had to leave it for them to send it back to the outsourced shop. Was told it would be #1 priority. Another 2 weeks, finally got my Jeep back and the windshield was whistling. Left it again for them to fix, was told to come back next day. Went to pick it up, once again the windshield was still whistling. Was told by Joseph the dealership would reimburse me if I was to take it and get it fixed myself. Joseph keeps telling me it s in the works. It s now been 3 months and no answer. My husband and I have contacted the dealership via text, like calling the dealership directly says to, and Joseph directly and have not heard anything. I filled out the email review very positive, thinking Joseph would be able to help get my reimbursement back in a timely manor but I m now thinking I m out the $600 I paid for a new windshield. Tape job was done by the tech that rode with my husband, who also heard the whistling.

Ryan, is the best at the Suburban Service Dept to work with. He always goes out of his way to help, and gives 110% . I couldn t ask for anymore. I will continue to return, and support Ryan and Suburban Jeep.

We purchased a car in Jan, and in the few short months we had it, it had been in for service 5-7 times. It needed over $5,000 worth of work (under warranty). Our Service Advisor Ryan was amazing! He partnered w/ the Sales Manager and helped us to get out of that car and into a new model that was a much better car for our 17 yr daughter who will need it to drive to Grand Valley in the fall. Ryan also connected us w/ a great Sales Person, Max, and he worked w/ Ryan & us to ensure we picked a car that would be much more dependable & safe for our daughter.My experience started out very upsetting, but because of Ryan & Max, we are so thankful we picked this dealer to purchase our car. There are not many employees like them that truly care about the customer after they drive off the lot.Thank you Ryan & Max!!

Update!I received the refund check that was promised and I am very thankful. Thank you Suburban for making this right.Please be informed that Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Troy will charge you for $390 for detailing! I was not told about this charge beforehand. To top it all the car arrived filthy, with a ding, and only one key fob. I have been promised by over four people that they would look into my refund for the detailing and have not received it yet! Very unsatisfied!

I took my vehicle in to have the start/stop system serviced, and a recall fixed. I was told it would be fixed the following day. I have two young children and couldn't go long without transportation. He was very understanding and offered their discount for a rental through enterprise. They were able to get my vehicle fixed the same day. Jorden Wade was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was great at keeping me updated on the status of the repairs. I would 100% recommend having vehicles serviced there and will be returning for all needed repairs. Thank you again Jordan Wade!

I recently purchased a 2023 Dodge Ram 2500 from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy and the experience was nothing short of amazing thanks to the incredible customer service provided by Simon Peter and the dealership.From the moment I reached out to the dealership, I felt welcomed and at ease. Simon Peter was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered all my questions and was patient in helping me decide which truck was the best fit for me. He also provided me with helpful advice when it came to financing and the shipping process.The entire process from the start to finish was smooth and stress-free. Leased a 2023 Grand Cherokee in late July, at the first carwash we noticed that the front headlight was defective. The headlight lens was held open by a plastic tab and water was pouring into the highlight. We contacted Suburban and made an appt. to have it fixed. after dropping off the vehicle and 10 days later, we picked up the vehicle and the rep told me he had personally checked the vehicle, and the repair was 100% complete. He had us sign for the completed repair before even showing us the vehicle, that was a red flag. When we finally found our vehicle, the front headlight lens was scratched, they didn't replace the headlight, they cut the plastic tab off and scratched the lens in the process. We also noticed that the front grille trim was loose on the side of the headlight repair. So, we went back in and brought out the rep to look at the repair he had said he personally checked himself and showed him the scratched lens and the loose grille trim. He apologized and said he would have the parts ordered and would give us a call at the end of the week. One week turned into two weeks and we contacted him via text, he said he was still waiting for the parts. we asked him where was the follow up phone call? Where was the communication? He agreed that he had let the ball drop and said he would follow up. This was August 11th, and that was the last time I heard from Kyler the rep. We've reached out to him with no response. It's October 12th and we are still driving our vehicle with a loose grille and scratched headlight. We cannot call the dealer and talk to a real person, haven't been able to talk to a manager. We are completely dissatisfied with our experience at Suburban CDJR of Troy.Update: 10/30/2023After writing my review, CDJR reached out to me and scheduled my repair. Dropped the vehicle off, they provided a free loaner and I picked up my vehicle with a new headlight and grille installed. There is a piece of trim still on order which they said they would contact me for the repair when they get the part. I wish they would have handled things better the first time, but all a customer wants is good service and a reasonably good experience. CDJR has made effort to make things right. I ll repost when they finish the trim repair.

The ease of buying our new truck was amazing! Right from walking through the door till we left our experience made us feel at ease. Our salesman Kyle went above and beyond for us! We were leaving to go out of town and Kyle made sure our new truck was ready for us when promised and they even switched over our cover from our current lease to our new leased truck while we were doing paperwork so our truck was ready to go when we were! Suburban has definitely gained our business in years to come! Thank you to Kyle and his entire team!!

I called, found out that the Chraisler Pacifica was in stock, and made an appointment. I drove 4.5 hours from Toledo to Detroit, but they couldn t find the car in the parking lot. They started offering other options at twice the price. I don't recommend it

730 appointment just to show up and was informed technician not available. It would be nice if you could call the customer before hand. Now I have to wait another three weeks for an appointment not a very good business model.

I have had two recent experiences. I needed an oil change on my Ram 1500 with a Hemi engine and Suburban Chrysler took care of the job quickly and for a fair price. I also picked up a nail in my tire and they made the repair very quickly taking care of all the details. Very polite and efficient service staff.

Having had a few bad experiences at suburban before (including one where I waited hours in the waiting room only to find out my car had been finished hours ago but the advisor had left for the day and never said anything) I was skeptical about going back. However, Jacob was 100% customer focused and got me in and out in no time, hassle free. Everyone was friendly and my vehicle was back to me in no time.

Recently, I had to visit the service department because my seatbelt became difficult to use. The service team is always so professional, personable, and efficient. My service advisor Ryan Goulette makes me feel important and like my time matters. It s always a pleasant experience because he goes above and beyond. I am comfortable with any service because he keeps me informed throughout by text. My car is returned clean, which I love. The waiting area has plenty of snacks, drinks and a nice TV. There is ample seating and it s clean.

The service was amazing. I had an issue with the car that another dealership told me basically too bad there s nothing that they could do about it but it s Suburban. They asked me what was going on and a young man named Kyler went above and beyond and got my situation resolved And I ve been living with this particular problem for a year and a half. Thoroughly impressed.

This is my second time working with Adam Smart to find a car that is a good fit. He has now sold me two vehicles! I appreciate the way that Adam handles sales. I absolutely hate when people are pushy and make you feel like you must make the purchase the same day, as I like to think things over and do my research. Adam is not like that. He is patient, provides you with all of the information, and allows you to make the decision for yourself. Once I finally decided what car I wanted, the Troy dealer did not have the particular color with the features I wanted, so they did a dealer trade. Once the car came in, Adam sent me a picture of the car and we set up a date to sign all the paperwork. In fact, I was able to send him a lot of my documents over the phone to speed up the process the day I picked up my car, which was nice. Adam is truly a great person and salesman. He is also always reachable by his phone and is a great communicator. I would highly recommend seeing Adam Smart for your future car purchases, you will have a great experience and want to continue to come back to him.

I was really happy with the whole experience at Suburban Jeep of Troy. My inquiry started with a call to the dealership and Shawn answered . I filled him in on my situation , basically that I'd been in Chrysler products for many many years, had a returning jeep lease, friends and family discount, what I was looking for and how much i would be putting down, as well as let him know it was important that we don't do any run around or crazy alternatives that didn't work for me and i think I said not to even call me back if all they had was a blue or red car, or something to that effect. I asked him to do whatever magic he could to help me out but had some non negotiables when it came to some features. He got back with me with a price and potential vehicle that was just too much money for what I wanted to pay, but stated that his manager would be in Monday and that he was going to get together with him and see if there were any alternatives that worked. Long story short, I walked out of there Monday night with a new vehicle that was everything i was looking for and more for the price I wanted and felt REALLY valued. It's a shame the other dealership that I got my previous 2 leases from treated me like they could not care less and for sure did not value my business. If you need a car and you need the real details and no run around or hidden this and that, go see Shawn Kada.

I love my Big Horn Ram truck so I was kind of upset that it took so long for something as an alternator to be replaced, I was without my truck for 2 months. But I was given a Jeep Compass to get back and forward to work in until it was fixed. For the first couple of weeks they didn t have a loaner for me but Joseph Craddock made sure as soon as they had one he text me to come pick it up and told me he would do everything he could to make sure to get my truck back to me. He even kept me updated via text messages so I know what s going on weekly. I knew everything was going to be alright and now I m happy again.

Overall the experience went well, however, I noticed a defect in the paint on the rear of the truck that s really noticeable, unfortunately, I didn t do a thorough walk around before leaving the dealership. I reached out to them a day later, sent pics and was told that I would be contacted by what I assumed was someone in the body shop. I never received a call from anyone and sent my salesman a text letting him know as much. He again said someone would contact me, I ve now had the truck over a month and still no one has contacted me. Had I been buying instead of leasing I would take the truck back and demand it be fixed. For a truck that was $70K, this is completely unacceptable. I will remember this when I return the truck in 3 years.

I am not sure why the oil change was $84.00. I have never paid this much for one prior to this visit. It took over an hour and a half for the oil change to happen. I know other cars required service before mine but I ve also never waited this long. Two new experiences for me. On the bright side, Markell was great and attentive. I will return but it d be nice to hook me up with a coupon because that s like comparable to an Uncle Ed s price and that s AFTER they ve swindled you to get a new air filter and wiper blades.

New car sales are awesome here! I have bought 3 new cars from this dealership. My wife and I love Maria. Plan to buy another Jeep Grand Overland next year for my wife. Service manager is great and addressed a big problem with prompt attention providing an immediate successful solution. Kyler is definitely the service guy you want to work with. He is patient and understanding. I feel he goes above and beyond to address any and all concerns as well as options available.

I had a good experience. This is my second time with getting a car from this organization, but this is the first time getting a car from this location. I worked with Mr. Joe Thomas. He was very hospitable and was able to answer all the questions I had about all the cars that I looked at. It was a very smooth experience and I didn t feel like I was pushed into anything. The receptionist was really warm and welcoming as well.

UPDATE...... it did take 2 more days to get in contact with someone and fix my problem. The alternative service person i got was super nice, and was great to work with. I got what i needed, and had been asking for. I do feel like im not a match for this place and that's ok. I do appreciate trying to make it right.The service department was horrible since day one and was stuck going here for almost 4 years. First time getting my free oil change and rotation, the guy was awful and proposedly didn't do my rotation cause I didn't ask the second time... made no sense. Every time after I was pretty much ignored or treated like I was dumb. Was pretty much forced to get this coating on my windshield since I had a wrangler. When I tried to get the warranty information to fix my windshield, they say we don't do glass. I know they don't do glass but you have to give me the warranty information. Finally someone found me a number, and it was disconnected. Then last june(2023) I went in to fix my heat element my steering wheel, asked for sample paint cause I have a strange color and again about my warranty for widows. I tried to go in open minded and friendly. They couldn't fix anything atbthevtime, said needed parts. I started asking in Aug, Sep, Oct they finally had everything. Got in, in Nov and they needed another part(which Sal who is only nice person there has it the whole time.)So finally Feb got an appointment and couldn't do it cause time slot was wrong. Also mind you they don't answer phone calls, text, emails nothing. This last time I had to send my husband, cause even though I take care of this vehicle myself, these people don't respect me and that's not ok. Steering wheel is finally fixed, still no paint and no help with my windshield that now is worse. Horrible place and suggest no none to go here.
