Our 2019 Fusion was rear ended and Showcase collision was so easy to work with. They explained everything well and were so helpful- they even pre-painted the new part to minimize the amount of time I would be without a car. The fix was done quick and looks great!

I was in an accident at the end of October and was convinced my 2010 Ford Edge was going to be totaled. I had my car towed to Showcase and from the beginning Mark was friendly, communicative, and extremely helpful, and beyond patient during the nonsense I was dealing with coming from my insurance company. They were able to repair my car perfectly and I am so happy I chose this shop- they even gave me a good laugh by taping a Michigan M over my Spartan trailer hitch cover when I picked my car up. Highly recommend!

At the time my 2018 car had 10700 miles on it.I've used this shop 5 times in the past 15 year' and it was always geeat. Unfortunately it has gone through a change of ownership and it has hobbled this company.Small front end damage she said no more than a couple weeks and it turned into 11. Though it was only minor front end damage..not even radiator was hurt..engine was opened with timing chain covers and oil pan heavily damaged and removed for unknown reasons.. these problems were found two days after getting the car back and it was up on a dealership hoist. Oil pan was heavily damaged with drain plug apparently broken off, gone, and filled in with silicone sealant of all things!! Thousands of dollars in Diagnostics and fixing things after the fact...VERY sad. One thing I'll say is the owner never denied this was a horrible situation nor did they make me pay for anything wasn't my fault because of the accident. But it was still a horrible experience I'm afraid.

Expert Colision repaired our 2010 Ford Escape and they exceeded all our expectations. Vehicle looks like it just came out of the showroom.Reasonable prices and repairs completed on time.Highly recommend Expert Collison for any repairs

Quoted 12 days took nearly 24. Window tint was scratched up on both doors. Plastic mud flap was half replaced and is still cracked. Then got a random call 2 weeks later saying a part came in, they said nothing of this when picking the vehicle up.

My 2018 Dodge p.u. was hit while parked expert collision made it new again. Work was flawless and fast.Would recommend.

Nancy, Lyle and Jim Bob know their stuff...great staff...my 2017 Honda Fit is back in showroom condition after being hit by 2 deer...my highest recommendations are in order...thank you so very much!!!!
