Quality work, good price, and really nice people. Jeff and Shane will take great care of you and your vehicle and will work with you on timing and budget. After visiting several competitors, I selected Quality Coach Collision based on the favorable reviews. I was not disappointed. Hopefully I won't need to be a repeat customer any time soon...

Jeff Conroy, the owner, is great to work with he keeps you informed (along with his staff), he made sure my car repair was fixed perfectly. Jeff gave me accurate expectations and timelines and worked with my insurance company. The crew does great cosmetic work too! Highly recommend them.

Jeff and his crew are great! Repair process was painless. Great communication throughout the process and my vehicle was ready early. Vehicle was clean and repairs made it look like new. They have a great relationship with the major insurance companies that makes the claims process painless.

I was rear-ended on I-75 in mid-September. The UAW strike and parts shortages lengthened the time for repairs, but Quality Coach has a nifty text system to keep you updated. When i picked up the newly repaired car, it looked like new! But there was an odor from the extensive work. Quality Coach took the car back for 2 days and the difference was remarkable. A valet attendant later asked how i got a "new car smell" from a 2017 Envision!

Great team, excellent communication, terrific service. Had a friend who went elsewhere with his car, less damage than mine, and he took it to his shop about a week before I took mine to Quality Coach. Mine's done. He's still waiting for his, after multiple delays from his shop. Oops.

Great job on our Suburban. This place operates on a different level - extremely high quality and service. The nicest owner and staff you will ever find and they go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. BY FAR THE BEST AROUND!!!The owner Jeff went above and beyond and his crew did an amazing job on my truck after I hit a deer on the expressway. I truly can't say enough good things about Jeff and Quality Coach Collison. Jeff took care of everything including lining up a rental for me and dealing one on one with my insurance company and his communication was outstanding keeping me informed constantly on the progress and he really made my unfortunate situation as smooth as possible for me. My truck came out beautiful and he even had it washed and shining like a mirror when I picked it up. I decided to bring my vehicle to Jeff because of his long outstanding reputation of professionalism and Quality and I could not be happier that I did and honestly recommend Quality Coach Collison above all others so if you are looking for that old school caring family based company that treats you like family then Quality Coach is the only place to go.It's all in the name "Quality" CoachThanks a Million Jeff and Quality Coach Collison!Service: Body & Trim

Wow! I am completely and thoroughly pleased with the work done by Quality Coach! From the time I scheduled an estimate until the moment I drove my repaired vehicle off their lot, I have had excellent service. The communication by the owner Jeff was beyond what I expected--he was super friendly, detailed, and on top of everything. If I can help it, I plan on never having an accident again, but would undoubtedly return to Quality Coach if need be. A very pleasant experience to have my Toyota rav4 repaired in here, I bought my very first car and in less than a month, an older lady illegally switched lanes and fully impacted my two doors on the driver side. I was devastated to see my very first, brand new, car wrecked by such a careless driver.Jeff make it right, it looks even better than new, wonderful job. No hustle at all, he is an expert on what he does, have no question about it. Constant updates and very concise information about delivery times.The down side part of it, is that I had to wait almost 2 months for my SUV to be repaired, but I do understood that he had to order the parts and that his shop is busy and with very good reason.The wait is totally worth it, don't risk it anywhere else, Jeff is the best for sure. I hope that I do not need to go back to the shop, but this is the place I will always look for fixing my vehicles.He is within the AAA network of recommended repair shops and I even got a discount in the enterprise location, just around the corner of his business, only by knowing that my vehicle was being handled by Jeff.Would definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jeff and the crew at Quality Coach are true craftsmen. Jeff has been in the business for a lifetime and it s obvious based on his expert, but honest advice. Tough to get into at times, but totally worth it. Best body shop around and I ll continue giving them my business and referring others here.

They were very good about getting me for an estimate, slipping me in for a quick look. Scheduling the repair was also very easy and quick, compared to some other shops I looked into. Incredibly well done body work for significantly less money than a local dealership s quote! Door damage and body detailing were perfect. And then receiving our car back with the interior detailed drove me to post on Google!

I just picked up my Toyota RAV4. Quality Coach was unbelievable. I really can t say more of how everything was handled. Jeff the owner is so knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Valerie and Chelsey that handle the paper work are also so amazing. I would highly recommend them. Don t even bother going anywhere else. Also, not only was their work perfection but they even cleaned my car inside and out!

These guys are the best for sure. I spent 15 years doing bodywork and paintback in the 80's and 90's. I know what to look for in a completed collision repair.After my wife's Escape was rear ended in Florida I took it to Jeff for repair. Jeff took care of the insurance and car rental issues and his guys did a PERFECT restoration back to looking like new. Pretty darn amazing that I could not find anything to complain about.Sending one of my friends daughter's to see Jeff for a parking lot collision repair and will be recommending Quality Coach to everyone I know.VERY IMPRESSIVE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend Quality Coach! Jeff and his team are amazing to work with and overdelivered. After taking apart my Lexus, there was a bunch of additional work that needed to be done and it turned into a lot more than was expected. The team got creative and ended up finding a solution that worked and the car came back perfect. Will never go anywhere else for body work! Thanks!

From start to finish, the experience we had here was excellent. Very professional, great communication throughout, excellent results and finished a week earlier than projected. Went above and beyond. Hopefully we'll never need collision work again but if we do, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

A fantastic company. Professional, honest pricing and high quality work! The owner, Jeff, is terrific and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done efficiently and perfectly. They take care of every aspect including dealing with insurance companies! Our entire family has used them for the smallest matter to big issues and every time very pleased with the results!!!
