Your Car badly hit on a stop light is a painful experience but Pennington Collision helped ease this pain. Mike and Ed at the autoshop are very skilled and most importantly provided regular updates on my car repair. In addition the shop gives warranty of the repairs done. Excellent customer and repair service. Highly recomended.

We took my custom Tahoe to Pennington to repair some dents in my passenger side doors and they did an amazing job! I m super picky and about my car and the quality of their work made it look brand new, you d never even know it was damaged. The woman that runs their office is so pleasant and friendly she made my day and Ed was so great to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing any body work or repairs done!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so happy with my services provided by Pennington! The staff was so friendly and professional. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I am so impressed with the amazing job they did on my car and also by the way they treat their clients. I hope I don t get in another accident (lol), but if I do no doubt about it, I choose Pennington! They have great reviews for a reason. Thank you, Pennington!

I've had decent experience in the past so when another car ran into mine causing some minor damage, I took it here for the repair.It was a small (palm size) dent. No other surrounding parts needed repairs with photos to prove it.To make the long and painful story short, they broke surrounding parts while fixing the original damage and tried to pass it on as "normal process". They wanted me to pay extra for the part (and paint) that they broke. I did not and could not agree with their logic and since I did not want to pay the additional charges, the part that they broke is now "glued" back on and ready to fly off the vehicle.Bunch of hacks! I regret entrusting them to be decent.When I told Ed that I was filing a complaint against him with Michigan consumer protection agency, he had the audacity to throw me out of the store! Very nice and classy... the worst customer service my hard earned money ever bought!Well, never again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my vehicle towed to Pennington collision on August 22, for repair. Was told at the time that they were very busy and I needed to be patient. Nearly 7 weeks go by and I receive a call from the owner Ed that they were short staffed and that I needed to find another shop to have my vehicle taken to. (So it took you seven weeks to decide this, mean while I m inconvenienced by being a vehicle down and have to start the process all over again.) I scheduled a tow truck to pick up my vehicle from Pennington collision, only to receive a call from the tow company saying the shop won t release the vehicle till the original tow bill was paid. But during my phone conversation with the owner Ed there was no mention of a outstanding tow bill, (total lack of communication) again just that I need to have my vehicle taken elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone, there are many other better shops around!!!Update had vehicle towed to dealer and it was deemed a total loss. It amazes me how penningtons collision couldn t come to that determination!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Amazing quality at a great value! Ed was very knowledgeable and professional. My 88 Blazer was having some problems with paint peeling off the top of the cab because it was the original 32 year old paint. I brought it to them and they took great care of it quickly and affordably. They truly can t be beat in affordability and quality.

The crew did a fantastic job with my Honda civic. I had a large indentation in my rear bumper, large enough to justify getting a new bumper. They honestly made it look better than new. They ordered a high quality Honda bumper and did a great paint job. It was absolutely indistinguishable. I spent some time looking around before deciding on leaving my car with Pennington. I got 3 quotes from other shops in the area. None of them offered even remotely the same kind of service (my job was done in a single day), or a competitive price like Pennington.

I had my Toyota Tacoma repaired at Pennington and these guys were amazing all around. They even supplied me with a loaner car while my car was in the shop. Overall great quality and amazing customer service. My truck looks like the day I drove it off the dealership lot.Thank you!!!

Over the past 13 years I have used Pennington Collision to repair my vehicles with major and minor accidents many times.Each time; They did a great job communicating with me, they coordinated if towing was involved and sometimes then helped out dealing with my insurance companies for estimates and approvals for work.I don't care what kind of vehicle you have. Ed and his crew are absolutely the best. They are professional, courteous, and run their shop runs like a well oiled business. Their paint and body work are second to none.I highly recommend Pennington Collision. You will be happy you gave them your car to repair and make it look new again!

I have had my vehicles repaired at Pennington Collision for 35 years. The quality of workmanship and customer service is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else!The owner, Ed, and his manager Rick, have never steered me wrong and many times gone out of their way, beyond expectations, to help.We just picked up the wife's Honda, after being rear ended. It's a perfect paint match and looks good as new. Maybe better.Between our company vehicles, personal cars, and kid cars, we've seen Pennington 25, maybe 30 times. Not once have we been disappointed. Everyone I have referred to Ed and Rick have always thanked me.(No, I am not related to them in any way.)

Having recently moved to the area, I didn't know where to go after getting into a car accident. They were able to fix my car for $1700 as opposed to the dealer's quote of $3800. They understood I was on a budget and did what was needed to get my car back on the road. They are good, honest people who take care of their clients and work very quickly. I would give them more stars if possible. Highly recommend!

Took my Fusion to Pennington and they did a great job. Their body shop does a great job with matching paint. Great customer service. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Great work at a very competitive price. Courteous, friendly, and professional. This is our second time going there, and I'll only use them for repairs in the future. Go here if you need collision work done. You won't regret it!

We could not be more satisfied with Pennington Collision they were kind, fair, and respectful with my daughter (versus other shops she visited for an estimate) and did a terrific job in repairing her vehicle and were finished in the communicated time!

The owner ed is a real piece of work.. I went to see him about a car yesterday and told him I was coming in the morning and id rake off work to buy it.. he had my number, I even called him the night before and I came in today and he sold it.
