Good prices and honest people! Got new tires, one set of brakes, oil changed, and some electric issues fixed. Months ago I brought my jeep in to fix a flat - their prices and honest work then brought me back. I would recommend bringing your vehicle here for all of the services they cover.

Do not take your car here I took my car to get new tire and I asked for a new tire for my vehicle multiple times the manager stayed at that. It was brand new when I came back to pick up my vehicle the tire he put on look like it was old and used and dirty looking. I want my refund back for my tire. I was lied to. I went home and got a second opinion somewhere else and they stated it was old not new and I paid over 250 I d like my money back and my refund! I don t appreciate the dishonesty to customers I will be disputing my credit card and letting Credit card department know what s going on I definitely want my refund back as soon as possible I do not recommend this place to no one

Gil at Monro provided excellent and on time service. I was able to make an appointment, and did NOT sit in the waiting room for hours like some other Tire Stores. Highly recommended.

I've heard that if you go to a restaurant and there are very few cars in the parking lot, then you don't want to eat there. The same goes for auto service businesses apparently as the parking lot was empty when I arrived and now I know whey. Went there for a tire that had a slow leak. I watched as they tried to teach what was obviously a young, unqualified "technician" to fix a tire. I surmised they told him to use a die grinder to clean the wheel to be sure there is a good seal but then he proceeded to use a die grinder not to clean the bead/rim area, but rather the hub which accomplishes absolutely nothing. They replaced a valve stem. The next day the tire was down about 10 psi. Leaking more than before I took it in. I took the vehicle back at my next opportunity about five days later. They showed me there was a nail in the tire. They performed that repair that free of charge as most likely the nail was there the first time and they missed it. The tire was completely flat the next morning. Took it back again. I explained the situation and they refused to fix it, not to mention the guy working the counter (the third different person I spoke with in the three visits), said I needed a new tire (he didn't even look at it), and was quite rude, too. I took the vehicle home, found the "real" leak and fixed it myself with a $6 plug kit. Hasn't lost one psi since. I paid for a service I didn't receive. They couldn't fix a simple slow leak in a tire, wouldn't stand behind their work, and refused to refund my money.

Outstanding work by all the gentlemen at this store! Came in and was greeted right away, helped sort the Amazon paperwork quick and easy and explained the whole process in a way I could understand. The second time I came in (today, 12/23) I was remembered! Outstanding to have someone remember my name and know what was being done.I highly recommend this shop. Pleasant, Quick and so Friendly!

Service manager has been very helpful. Techs are very skillful, focus on the task assigned and do only what is necessary. Overall, within my budget to spend on the unexpected repairs.

Worked with Derek to get my car ready for the winter weather. Wasn t pushy at all but at the same time alerted me of maintenance to keep my tires and brakes in good shape. Professional and great service.

Very helpful went in for tires and they helped me troubleshoot other problems I was having with vehicle. Manager was very helpful and they were quick and my tires have lasted longer by far than discount tire!

Not satisfied at all and would not recommend . Used a steel hammer right on my rims to get the tires off for tire rotation. Tire weight missing/ knocked off. After my complaint I was told that they can reattach the tire weight but the busted rims are my problem.

This place is awesome! I have been trying all morning to get a easy tire balance done on one of our shop vehicles but everywhere I called said it would be at least a 3 hour wait!! Called here and was told no issues bring it in and we can get it done immediately! The icing on the cake was that they didn t even charge me!! Great friendly, fast service that you just don t see anymore!! Thank you guys!

Darek , Glen and the staff are really awesome . They anticipated me w/o an appointment did a curtesy check (no charge) / test drove . Understood my concerns and were able to diagnose the issue correctly. Would recommend to all if your looking to any help with your vehicle or suggestions or service/ tire . They are very nice, calm and helpful and will definitely not false you.

Took my car in for warranty work for a oil leak and I was told the oil was changed as well. So the sceptic that I am, when I got home I popped the hood to check the oil and my dip stick was busted and whoever did it just put it in the hole as if I would never know. Unbelievable, I had a bad feeling when I dropped it off but never thought my feeling was right. SMH I could call to ask them to make it right but why would I give mar car back to them after they did this. Now I have to figure out how to get the dip stick out of the hole to put in a new one. Do not shop here, I should have taken it to the repair facility next door to this shop.

The manager Derek is amazing. Bravo to the team that hired him. Kept us all at ease and updated regarding our vehicles status and treated us like family. Shout out to Chris the manager at the Ferndale branch as well. I'm a better person for having met them both.

I was turned away by two other businesses and I Googled flat tire repair and Monro Auto Service came up.They took me right in. I'm truly grateful they were able to fix my tire and give me peace of mind, as I am a courier and drive 7 days a week.Awesome customer service!!!! Very friendly and helpful and I was in and out in just a few minutes!!!!I can't thank them enough!!! They are awesome!!!! Totally recommend them!!!!

The service of this shop is amazing!I recently purchased an Audi SUV and upon driving the next day the splash shield bent because of loose screws, and was dragging under my car.I called multiple auto shops in Troy, and was brushed off by numerous mechanics. I called Monro, an hour before close hoping they could at least schedule me for later in the week, and they said bring it down now, and they'll take a look. I wanted it removed completely, but the mechanic found some extra screws at the shop, and put it back together. It looks amazing and is driving well! I'm extremely grateful for the knowledgable staff here, and will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you guys again!

Shy is the best! Thanks to Michigan s potholes, I was in desperate need of a new tire. Shy was very patient over the phone with helping me pick out which brand of tire to order as a replacement. The tire was ordered and replaced by the next day! She was also very helpful speaking with and providing all of the necessary documentation to the warranty company to get me the best reimbursement. I appreciate the quick service and the additional support Shy provided along the way. Thank you!!

This place is horrible business in my opinion they took money and did not do any work. In fact, $3200 and the emails and phone calls and weeks just pass and they ignore you. I contacted store and sent many messages to GM. And still have not given my refund back for work they did not do in May. Also, they charged for wheel alignment and I found out they didn t actually do one. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants honest quality service.

The service of this shop was amazing, both lady at the counter and mechanic was professional and treated my vehicle as their best. My car was making such a terrible noise after I hit something during winter ice storm of last night, I have taken vehicle to my nearest shop and they immediately have a look and fix the plastic molding part that was ripped.Amazing thing , they didn t charge a dime, it was amazing experience I have ever had with any mechanic shop ever.5 star

Don't take your car here they just rip you off and try and sell you stuff you don't need and don't even look at what you come in for....and the manager there is not very bright and does not know much about cars

Would not recommend ,this mechanic shop to anyone. I brought in my car for a grinding sound . First they told me it's from the tie rod it was changed for 500 some thing . I took it back I went for a ride , I can hear the sound again , now they told me it's the axle.charged 400 something again It was fixed . I took it back . Went for a ride again . I can hear the sound again . Now they tell me it's the front brakes I need to change the front brakes for dollar 400 some thing. Its really a rip off. Still waiting to get it fixed .so overall it was around 1600 dollar something. I should have have took my car to Belle tire instead This is the second time I tried Monro and this location was the first time.iI am really not happy with their service at this location.not recommend to anyone either.

Came in at 12:15pm to get oil change. It was only one worker here and my car was the only car here. He decides to leave for lunch instead of completing the oil change on my car, so they meant I had to wait 30 minutes even before he got started. It s now 1:10 and my car just got lifted to start the process. I feel it was very unprofessional of the worker to leave instead of completing the one car( my car) and then take lunch. I have NEVER waited over an hour for a oil change, needless to say I won t ever be back. In my job field time is money and because of this I missed out on $52 job that only would have taken me 30 minutes to complete. Had the worker complete the job first then lunch, it wouldn t be an issue and I wouldn t have missed out on making my money because regardless he s still getting paid!

Great for oil changes, brake pads and the basics. They redid my alignment for free after another company did work on my vehicle which was an impressive gesture.

John really went out of his way, he is the manager to Rochester store, to help me and my wife get our car back on the road after another Auto service company which we will not name publicly, destroyed our exhaust. Fast friendly and efficient service. Manageable prices. There's a great guy actually sat there and talked to him for a couple hours after he was closed! Great service recommend everybody use these guys for your tires and brakes and oil changes.

Had a great experience here replaced my tire even though I didn't have an appointment! Zach the new manager and Dom the tire specialist did an awesome job and even did it for dirt cheap as I brought my own tire. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Will definitely be coming back here for any of my vehicles needs in the future. Your employee Veronica was amazing from before even arriving, on the telephone. Her customer service skills are something you don't find nowadays and it shows. She is very educated with vehicles and very personable with the customers. You guys are lucky to have her on your team, make sure to take care of the good ones because they're hard to find nowadays.

I had serious front end issues with my car. The staff got my car done sooner than Iexpected and came in at exactly the estimate they gave me. The car runs great and they were super helpful and friendly. Recommend highly.
