Easy appointment scheduling via phone with Evan!Patrick was very helpful checking my car at the appointment time. He was friendly and offered refreshments while I waited in the lounge!Paul was extremely friendly when my car was finished. He always makes me feel like a very valued customer!!My family loves Mike Savoie Chevrolet!

I had a great experience with my salesman Eric Murphy, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also made the process of paperwork and filing very easy.However, I did have a poor experience with the finance manager Erick Fair. I did not appreciate the way that he treated me or talked to me in the dealership. If I had a car and was looking to upgrade rather than needing a replacement car ASAP I would have walked out the door and taken my business to another dealership. If more details are needed I would be happy to discuss further

I dropped my car off early (oil change, inspection) with no problem and it was done before my scheduled appointment was. Staff were very friendly. My car came out sparkly clean from a car wash. Great experience!

Everyone in the maintenance and repair area is nice and helpful. I ve worked with Tahj multiple times for various maintenance and repair jobs over the years and he is amazing. I literally look forward to coming in when he s there because he s so friendly and helpful. He s always got the answers I need, and helps me figure out the quickest way to get my problems solved.Oil changes and basic maintenance is always quick and easy here. It s my go to spot.

I was quoted a different price when , I initially called and made the appointment. I did call them to tell them, don't move forward because I didn't have enough money, but when I came back to the dealership, after I made a few phone calls, I stated that they could move forward, with fixing my car, because I was able to come about with everything that needed to be fixed. The service advisor stated that I would be charged again, because they would have to take everything apart. Which doesn't make since, if I'm giving them the okay with fixing everything. The rental office and cashier was great! Unfortunately I don't think I will be returning in the future for anything

We had a great experience with the sales team at your dealership. They treated us with respect and with honesty. We have purchased many other vehicles at different GM dealerships and didn't always have the same thoughts. Our 2024 Blazer was delivered clean and shiny with no faults.

My first visit to This Chevy Dealership was awesome. I got a oil change, Multipoint Inspection and Tire rotation all within a hour. I needed a new battery terminal Cover which they put on back order and charged me only $18, Another Chevy Dealership in Sterling Heights wanted to charge me well over $50 for the same item. With just purchasing my 2021 Chevy Trax in January of 2024 at another Dealership I definitely will be returning to Mike Savorie for all my service needs in the future. This coming from someone who seldom gives good reviews. But this place deserves it for sure.

My service greeter was very pleasant. I was in for routine maintenance, oil change etc. I know that going to a dealership is more expense but I'm not always convinced it has to be. While there they brought me my cabin filter to show it was dirty and needed changing for $75.00! I declined because yes I can change a cabin filter.So they took that time to take it all apart to show me the dust then put the dirty one back in. I'm sure GM gets these filters wholesale and the need to charge so much to me seems greedy. I am a senior on a fixed income but I know that doesn't really matter but it is hard to budget things like that in. I am leasing this vehicle and have grown to love it. I am also a GM retiree so I will remain GM loyal but with the price of these vehicles you are driving buyers out of a market that many of us have worked for and now struggle to afford. I am leasing because it was during covid and not much was available and my payment is over $400 a month. Not sure what I will do when my lease expires but I sure hope I can find a better deal. Maybe offer complete maintenance on a lease, or at least throw in a simple cabin filter.

My service rep Patrick was amazing with communication on the status of my vehicle. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. My car was fixed that day and I couldn t have been happier !!I will definitely recommend and continue to use Mike Savio for future repairs.

I recently purchased my first vehicle on my own, through mike Savoie Chevrolet. After a long month of fighting the bank I was worried they wouldn t hold the vehicle for me any longer. Used vehicle manager Rob Randall and sales representative Louie were great. They had no problem working with me on the deal and holding the vehicle for as long as I needed. They were both super nice guys and I would recommend.

Came in for an oil change. Got it done. But told service rep Paul Verducci about a vibrating sound in the rear of my Blazer when going over small bumps or making some right turns. Went for a ride with Paul and within minutes he thought the sound might be a sway bar. Left the Blazer overnight and the next day the Savoie mechanics confirmed Paul's opinion and replaced the sway bar and all is good! Nice job Paul V and team!

I made an appointment online for some basic preventative maintenance. They got me right in when I got there. Quickly got me checked in. Offered me a courtesy ride to where I needed to go, which I declined as I had already made arrangements. Completed the work in a timely manner. Then promptly retrieved my vehicle when a returned to pick it up. Only reason that I did not rate higher is because of the cost, which is not completely the dealers fault. I will continue to use this Dealership in the future.

Friendly service reps and very quick service. Was in and out for service on my GMC Terrain in less than 45 minutes. They also washed the vehicle, made it look like new. Great experience!

Eric Stevens was amazingly helpful and patient. I came in thinking I was going to order a car, and instead bought one off the lot, which I'm ecstatic about. He was patient with my millions of questions about the differences in trim packages and between the Trax and the Trailblazer. I ended up purchasing a Cayenne Orange Trax, and I love it.

It was quite cool, Anthony DeSantis made everything easy breezy - everything was handled courteously and professional. He is now setting me up with the body/paint shop due to about 5 minor scratches that were found on the vehicle. Other than that the experience was great.

I don t typically post google reviews but I had the best car buying experience recently at Mike Savoie. We worked with Rick and he was such a pleasure. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything that we didn t want. He gave us all the info that we asked for and was able to help us secure our vehicle befoee the holidays which was important to us. We barely had to spend any time at the dealership because we were able to get Rick everything he needed before we picked up our car which was such a relief since we had our toddler with us. I d recommend this dealership and working with Rick to anyone in need of a new Chevy!

The entire lease swap process was painless. My total time investment was around an hour and a half which includes contacting Paul (sales), gathering necessary paperwork and info, selecting a vehicle, and signing papers! I went from a 2022 to a 2024 Blazer.

Jeff C. made the entire experience top notch from start to finish.Those that have had a certain car in mind know the feeling of purchasing a car out of state, who you work with can drastically impact the experience, combine that with the shortage of cars in the pandemic and I knew I was in for a trip, and I found my perfect car here.I wanted to go EV, but I wasn't ready to get rid of road-trips completely, so I wanted something in the middle. I called over when I saw a low mileage pre-owned 2019 Hybrid Malibu with only one owner and no accidents, Jeff succinctly explained all of the different add-ons to the vehicle, and it was exactly what I needed, but I was in Virginia, and this was in Michigan, so I asked if he would hold it for me until I could fly out the next weekend.I had to pick up a cashiers check for the loan amount, which was a bit different, but Jeff had explained everything previously, so that went swiftly as well.Once I sat down in the dealership, in his office, it was clear that he took a great deal of pride in his job. He wanted you to know exactly what you were buying with everything it entailed. Prior to searching, I knew if I was switching to a hybrid I would be getting the extended warranty, but what I was not expecting was for him to explain all the different parts of the warranty so I could fully understand exactly what was covered.I had also asked about winter mats, something I need on every car I drive, and he made sure they were there for me! He also discussed the black illuminated bowtie (which I got later, also pictured). Then I test drove the car, and absolutely loved it, finished signing and started the trek back.I ran into a small issue at the DMV because I paid taxes in Michigan, but after calling Jeff, he explained where to find it in the tax code, and it was, again, swiftly resolved.Hands down the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying a car, and it's entirely because of Jeff. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and he is committed to making every person he talks to have a pleasant experience.

I had a mostly positive experience. My salesman was pretty good. I probably could've gotten a better price on the vehicle, and I believe he doesn't think I know that, but I was just ready to be done with the process. I don't like that he told his boss I "screwed up" the paperwork when he didn't point out the exact place for me to sign; I told him as much. Maybe he felt comfortable saying that because he helped me with a discount, but I've had salesmen do this in the past and probably could've gotten the same offer elsewhere, especially at this time of year. I would probably give him a 7 or 8 just for that statement, but I don't want him to lose his job. He should be a bit more professional in his interactions with customers and never say that a customer "screwed up" (at least not loud enough for them to hear). However, he was mostly pleasant, kind, and personable (like most good salesmen). The process wasn't as slow as my last experience, but also wasn't as fast as my Matick car leasing experiences. My salesman wasn't as bad as the guy at LaFontaine who sold me my Terrain, but he wasn't as good as the salesman I've worked with numerous times at Matick. The only reason I didn't return to Matick this year is they didn't have the exact model vehicle I wanted. I may or may not return to Savoie. It wasn't a negative experience, but it wasn't so great that I feel any kind of loyalty to the dealership.

Savoie called me for an oil change. On star told them I was at 20%. We set up an appointment. I showed up. Everyone was polite. I didn't watch the clock but it didn't take very long for a oil change and tire rotation. Very good experience

Was listened to and not brushed off for a weird key fob issue that the service dept didn t know what the issue was and had trouble recreating. I felt respected and the issue was resolved thanks to them.

My 2011 Equinox was serviced with an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point vehicle inspection. I asked my service advisor to check the battery and it failed the test, so a new battery was installed. I was pleased with the results and my Equinox is running smoothly.
