My Dad recommended I take my car here as he has been receiving excellent service at this location for years. Jason and his staff were kind, knowledgable, honest, and fair. I truly appreciated his help after having a bad experience at another shop. Thank you, Jason, and team!

This shop is my go to shop for EVERYTHING. Jason always goes above and beyond to make you understand the repairs needed, the costs, and comes to a happy medium where it s affordable. Alisha will probably be who you speak to when you call and she is awesome! Always happy to help and very friendly, also teases the boss so that s always awesome! The bosses daughter works there as one of the mechanics which always stuck out to me when choosing a shop as a female because I just feel more comfortable knowing he taught his daughter to work on vehicles and having a female to work on your vehicle is always dope! The only downside if anything is waiting for that pickup call, which is no fault of the shop or their employees- It s Michigan and many cars need to be fixed so I m glad I have patience as most people don t understand how busy mechanics are. The cool thing is if you re in a reasonable distance they will get you back home if you re a one car family. Definitely recommend going here everytime. They just did amazing muffler work and fixed my coolant system that was leaking in the matter of two days not even two weeks ago, diagnosed my traverse a month ago and will be scheduling a full tuneup with new wiring for my 97 mustang here soon. 10 stars if I could

Great service! Everyone was helpful and kind. They were able to get my car in without an appointment and even dropped me off at home to wait and picked me back up when it was done!! Amazing. Thank you Jason, Tiffany, and Andrew!

I first came here in July of 2022 for front & rear brakes/rotors. I got charged $750, which is overpriced but whatever. I started going to this Midas location last year for oil changes because they are open Saturdays. At my last oil change appointment in early March they tried to tell me I need rear brakes and rotors , they supposedly at 1 MM. It hasn t even been a full 2 years since they ve done my brakes/rotors & I know it varies when a new set is needed. My last set I paid for at a different Midas location lasted me 3 years. It s been almost a month since the oil change and my brakes/rotors are just fine. I will not be returning.Update : The manager Jason and the store owner reached out to me & worked out a solution that made me satisfied ! I came back in for another appointment and Alicia took my keys and had them work on my car right away! Thank you Jason & Alicia!

My husband recently took his car here for an oil leak. Only a couple of weeks later and the oil leak is already back. I would not recommend going here if you're looking for a real fix.

They never reinstalled the bracket that holds the wire loom in place and front mounting holes for the engine cover. Missing the small heat shield above the front O2 sensor, unplugged wires, and twisted 02 sensor installs. I was going to give 4 stars because this is warranty work they did for free, but after seeing all of this, I'm livid. They installed the timing belt two teeth off the front cylinder bank, and 4 miles after I picked it up, I drove it back because of a check engine light, they did not catch the problem. A year later and hundreds of dollars in coils and injectors trying to find the problem, a friend's shop found the messed up timing issue and midas took it back immediately for the free warranty repair. I appreciated all of that until I couldn't even reinstall the engine cover and found so many loose connections, stripped out air boot clamps, and just lazy work to put it back together. The tech said he would look for the missing brackets and call me back.I know some mechanics like Jason there are quality mechanics and can do anything. Just disappointed with this outcome

Came here without an appointment and Jason (Store Manager) helped me to get the vehicle checked, suggested reasonable solution and got the issue fixed. I would recommend this place for all sort of issues and regular oil changes.

I keep having to come here which makes it a 1 star for my car. Midas keeps fixing stuff I don t have a lift to fix like some calipers and other miscellaneous broken truck things. Jason is awesome and I m thankful he is so helpful. Sadly my car is going back tomorrow for a new issue, they will fix it quickly I m sure.

Dishonest business ! I would give them 0 if possible. Tricky, overcharging, dishonestly not telling custmers the real charges. I would not recommend it. Stay away from this place !I WAS NOT OFFERED THE TOTAL PRICE AND TECHNICIANS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT I WAS IN A RUSH TO LEAVE WHEN PICKING UP MY VEHICLE.Owner is arrogant and dishonestly claiming that I changed my mind. This totally NOT true !He offered to give me $ 20 under condition to withdraw my comments from anywhere online.I rejected this dishonest offer asking him to post his labor on the wall and make it clear to customers about all charging conditions/labor charges.Also, charging for parts it's not really correct because they are NOT a parts shop, but a repair shop.Overall, this place have NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS !I recommend all unsatisfied customers to file a complaint with MI state on SOS website to force this business to be honest and change attitude/better practice.

My wife took her car to get a diagnostic ran because it was running a little rough. They told her that her radiator had a hole in it and her lower radiator hose was cracked. They offered to replace them for 1600$. Little did they know that I come from a family of mechanics the only reason she took it there was because she thought it wouldn t make it home however, upon further investigation, there was no cracks or holes in the radiator or hose yet when I drove it home from there. All I could smell was antifreeze, turns out they poured antifreeze on my engine manifold so that it would smell as if something needed to be replaced. I took it to my uncle, a certified tech. And my mechanic let me know that all I needed to do was add a quart of oil. He was the one who pointed out that somebody had poured antifreeze on top of my engine. He even went the extra mile and did a leak test with die and no leaks so if you feel like getting ripped off for stuff that doesn t need to be fixed from a place that doesn t know to check the fluids before anything else go ahead and cold here but if you want an actual inspection take it somewhere else this place just wants your money not to mention they were going to charge her $200 for a radiator that cost $90 out the door and another hundred dollars for a hose that I got for six bucks. SMH this place is nothing more then a scam artists in disguise

Brought car in for a heat issue that would have been 1200 dollars but it was a minor fix and the cost was waivedFriendly and fast service.The manager on duty is very open and gets to the point.Prompt calls for status updates.

GREAT TEAM! Very friendly staff who provided GREAT service. When we called to describe our problem, Jason quoted us a very fair price and told us they were able to assist us the same day. I arrived at their shop within 30 minutes; I was assisted and on my way, the same day, with my repaired car!!! THIS MIDAS IS MY NEW GO-TO SHOP FOR ALL OF MY AUTO REPAIR NEEDS!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They were very honest and helpful. The girl was nice as well as the guy who fixed my car. He let me know it would take a little bit to get the part. He also understand I only had $200 on me and had my boss pay the remainder $53 with a credit card over the phone. They went above and beyond for me. As a single mom just trying to survive it was much appreciated.
