Service I have to say was excellent. Got me in quick, did the work and got me out very quickly. Would be 5 stars but for the fact I was charged $135 for a new headlight that continue to have issues. This will stop me from returning in the future I am afraid.

They really were attentive, efficient, and informative. You can tell they all take their profession seriously and perform their tasks with integrity. I received 4 emails and 2 text messages during and after my wife's service appointment. Would've been nice if they had sent them to her, who was sitting there during the appointment. It is her car and she is the only one who drives it. We have tried to correct the contact information for a couple of years now. If someone is talented enough to send emails and text messages, I would figure that they should be talented enough to change to email address and phone number in their system.

I recently got used Honda CRV from them, within 2 weeks of purchase there was some noise from engine during cold start, I went to dealer back and they replaced timing chain at no cost to me. I would recommend this dealer for their honest and ethical business.

I took my car in to have the SD map card replaced and infotainment software updated. While I was waiting I was sent a video showing my brakes and tires being inspected. In the video it said that my rear brakes should be replaced in a few thousand miles. Just 1 week prior my car was in for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. At that time I was told the tires and brakes were all good. How can I trust the dealership when it was apparent I was being told I needed repairs that were not necessary? On top of that there was no reason to put the car up on a hoist again 1 week later. That prolonged my time at the dealership. Always friendly. I was very surprised that no other service was recommended this time. Just my actual oil change. Sean said my car was just fine and did not need anything else done at this time. I was pleasantly surprised and very thankful.

The people at Mazda troy are nice. Mostly I like mazda but lately I'm finding they are not crazy about standing behind ther products when they know they have an issue. Just do your google research 1st. Probably switching to Toyota from here out. It's to bad cuz mazda really does have good stuff

When I first purchased my vehicle a few years ago they provided excellent service, however their customer service recently went downhill. The last maintenance service they never called me ti inform me of any issues with my car. They just sent me a video which I couldn t understand anything the mechanic said except that something to do with my tire was broken. When I called Steven he said he would check with technician and call me back and that was a few days ago. I called two days ago and left a message, however they did not return my call. I called yesterday and the receptionist said I needed two tires replaced, however no one from their service department called me to tell me that. She said she would have Steven or the manager give me a call and I m still waiting. You only get preferential treatment when you first buy your car from them after that they can care less. Makes me reconsider getting another Mazda. Worst customer service.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

It took 3 weeks to set up the warranty appointment. It took 3 hours to update the software of the navigation system.Lots of room for improvement as far as the timing is concerned.Facility has a very comfortable waiting room, so it helps the customers. Thanks to Alex - sales person, for answering additional questions regarding navigation system.

Was asked if I wanted a loaner car, but that they needed to verify my issue first. When it came time for it I was told that there was none available. That was the only reason I took my car there over a more local shop. Then my technician takes the weekend off without answering my messages and I have to get a ride up there just to verify my car was ready. Then to top it off I get a nice new set of deep gouges on my center console from them replacing a single bolt in the seat as well as a flashing airbag warning that I have to get checked now. You can be sure I won't be coming back, only reason it's not one star is because (I assume) they actually did the work they were supposed to.

Service went smoothly, we got a pretty accurate estimate. Our service rep Stephen found us discounts that helped reduce the cost (you gotta love that)! Had good experience for 4 years (although it needed only oil change and regular maintenance), but this last time, they pooped.I had them flush all of my fluids, and replace a bearing. Paid almost $1000 for hour and a half worth of work, and they give me my car back leaking oil big time. Returned it, they could not fix it on the spot, left the car there, they gave me a loaner, noone called next day, couldn't get through.Will try Monday. We had the worst experience. It took us several days to get to schedule the service calls. When we got through the service manager was to get back to us with an estimate and never did. We had also left messages for the assistant service mgr. Long wait times on the phone and on hold. Also their prices are higher than out of town dealers. Not Clift to us so we had no choice. Also when we picked up the car they mentioned our filter was very dirty and should be changed but never called us to give us the option to do that repair as well.I was suppose to get an email with a video and never got that. And I had asked them to check why I wS getting a grinding sound when wheel was turned. They did not look at it at all. Very expensive labor charges. Not a good experience at all.

Been using Suburban Mazda Service for 5 years. Very good for sending reminders. Steven the Service Advisor very friendly and helpful. Most recent visit I was not actually due for an oil change, so he simply suggested to make another appointment once closer to the miles reached. Additionally, offered multiple oil change packaging option. Even in the past they serviced a non-Mazda vehicle for me. The mechanics all very professional and seem to know the vehicles very well. I really can't say enough about the wonderful service. They were on time for my appointment and the gentleman that took care of my appointment was very nice. I have only taken my 2016 Mazda to this dealership and have always had a good experience.I love my Mazda and this service center.

In addition to my routine maintenance of the oil, filters and fluids, I had some other pertinent issues to address. Apparently my wheel hub and axle were severely damaged and was told that if kept driving, my wheel would have probably disconnected while driving. Needless to say that was urgent news. So Steve did an excellent job breaking down what the issues was, how it can be fixed and communicated with me throughout the repair process. Glad I got my vehicle there in time and it drives great now. Thx.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment
