This program isn't what's the organization say it is. You will get a discount on the labor for the work on your car. I got a $50 discount on $700 worth of work. They chose the car mechanic for you, when it's possible for you to negotiate that with your own mechanic . I felt like I got scammed. I was told by the mechanic I would get an additional $325.00 discount from the organization and they didn't honor that. It was after I paid the money, I was told I had to get the money from DHS. I was never told this prior. They're just matching you with their mechanic. The people that answer the phone are extremely rude, when I tried to push back to get answers. I've worked customer service for over 20 years and I know it's never appropriate to speak to customers the way I was spoken. I'm thinking of filing a complaint with the Attorney General.

I happen to come across this company and program via google. I was very stressed out due to repairs needed on my car. But, coming across this program has definitely relieved a lot of that stress and also helped me get my car repaired. I submitted an easy application via their website, and they contacted me next day. My car was repaired within 2 days with their help.
