I can t say enough good things about dealing with Lincoln of Troy. I had my brand new 2024 Nautilus in for a malfunctioning usb connection and they discovered a recall on two software programs that needed to be upgraded. The professionalism and helpfulness of Sean, Michael, and Kathi was much appreciated. From the cooperative aspect of customer service to the knowledgeable approach of parts/repair service, to the convenience of their shuttle service - all was done with respect and the desire to help. Thank you!!

Had an appointment at 9:30 AM for repair. I showed up at 8 AM instead. I was willing to wait. Service told me that they may get to diagnosis but were not sure if they were going to get it repaired until the following week. Service later added that they are super busy and that they are still playing catch-up from earlier in the week.I guess Lincoln of Troy has yet to learn the meaning of an appointment!Service: Engine repair
