Bought a 2013 Chevy Cruze from Lads Motors. Very honest on the repairs that were done and provided me with information on the car before I made the purchase. He made sure everything was good and the transaction was smooth. I would really recommend Milad for any car purchase, he was very professional and very polite.

Came here for salvage / rebuilt vehicle inspection on my cheap Cayenne. The car wasn't perfect and it didn't have to be for a winter beater. They had my official inspection appointment just a week out, went in for inspection, the process went smooth, I was also told all the small things that needed to be fixed before I could pass the inspection. Quick work, professional approach, I walk out as a happy customer.Yes you can get an inspection done somewhere else for cheaper but you'll wait a month or two and struggle with paperwork.I'd suggest this place for anyone with a similar purpose.

This company and associates are honest, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and incredibly genuine people. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.The used vehicle I purchased a few years ago ran perfectly, literally no issues. Never, EVER purchase a car a from Lad's! Worst expirence every! Turning this company into the State of Michigan and the Attorney General about their business practices and business associates. If it sounds good, it isn't! They clear codes that could mean big expenses to the new owners. If they continue to tell you how honest they are, suspect that they aren't. Anyone that is is honest doesn't have to let you know how honest they are! My mistake to believe the talk.

I did the state inspection for my salvage vehicle here. I filled out all my paperwork beforehand but was still charged the 100$ "paperwork fee" because they "redid" my paperwork by just removing some of the info I put.After leaving the above review, I was texted complaining that it's "unreasonable" for me to leave a negative review because "the 100$ is for the shop and the only thing we collect".

I rented a car from Zaid Nackasha through Turo for 24 hrs. Zaid works at Lads Motors. The rental car itself drove okay. But Zaid was difficult to get a hold of by phone, and his phone voicemail was full, prohibiting me from leaving messages. That was bad enough, but it was the final "billing" part that soured the entire experience to the point that Zaid ultimately merited zero (0) stars. Over the past year I had rented 9 other cars from other people through Turo, and I always made sure to vacuum each car thoroughly before returning it, and left each car cleaner than when I received it. After vacuuming and returning Zaid's car, I was stunned to find out Zaid tacked on a $250 charge for allegedly finding ashes of marijuana on and around the rear seat. Zaid provided "staged" photos on the Turo app as his proof and asked me to explain the photos. I tried to explain to Zaid that my wife and I and my 80 year old mother in law are asthmatics and find any kind of smoke or smoking very irritating to us. I also explained that my religious 80 year old mother in law was the only person that was in the back seat during the 24 hour period that the car was rented. I also explained that my wife did a thorough job vacuuming the car and that Zaid's so-called photographic evidence of "ashes" were not in the car when we returned it. Here are my lessons learned: 1) Of the 9 Turo owners I dealt with over the past year, 8 were honest and honorable, Zaid proved to be the only dishonorable one. I will never rent with Zaid again and I would recommend that anyone who reads this, steer clear of doing any kind of rental business with Zaid. He may have driveable cars to rent, but it's Zaid himself you can never trust. 2) When we first received the car, it was already reeking of marijuana and cigarette odors and the hanging air freshener was not doing a good job of masking the odors. Our mistake was, though we tried to leave a voicemail on Zaid's cell (which was always full), we should have nonetheless reported this odor to Turo on the Turo app. We didn't - and that was our mistake. 3) Many Turo renters might take interior and exterior photos of their rental car when they first pick it up, but most don't think about taking pictures at the point of return. I would recommend taking pictures of the interior seats and floor, dash and compartment areas precisely at the moment you are dropping off the car. It can help protect you legally, especially when you have a Turo Rental owner who is trying to scam you, like Zaid ultimately did to us. My wife and I know without a shadow of a doubt we vacuumed the car thoroughly before returning it. We know my wife and I and my wife's mom never smoked in our lives. But unfortunately we failed to take pictures when we returned the car. So, it was our word with no photos, versus Zaid's planted photographic evidence. I urge you to take photos as we failed to do.

Upon first call, the owner was very pleasant. I asked a lot of questions about an F150 to be sure it was what I was expecting via photos and description before making over an hour drive. He was seemingly honest. Once I got there I was immediately disappointed to find a 4 long, very deep gouge on the drivers side that was omitted in photos, he never told me about the damage. The interior was stained beyond normal wear and tear. Upon test drive the alignment was almost 45* off, which made me wonder if the vehicle had been wrecked at some point. I m really disappointed as I feel the owner was not very forthcoming about the condition before I spent half of a day driving to see it. Hopefully the owner will learn from this experience and give more detail for potential customers driving from far away.
