Unbelievably impressed. They had to order my windshield from Germany so it was a little wait getting it in stock, especially during the holidays. Once it was in, an appointment was made and they got it installed in less than an hour and a half. They brought me into the shop to point out a blemish in the windshield. They assured me they would order me a new one and reinstall it once it s shipped. Great customer service, great overall experience.

Very accomodating, super friendly and knowledgeable staff that will ease their customers concerns and issues with their vehicle. My experience was grand, this was my third stop to get my wiper arm and blade repaired, after waiting hours at the other two locations, I stumbled upon John R Glass while running errands. I thought I would give it another try since I had some time, the gentleman who helped me, corrected the issue within 10 mins. Highly recommended establishment. Thank you and you all have gained another customer and referrals.

I called for quotes regarding a chip on my windshield. The receptionist was very friendly and fit me in right away for an 8 am appt the next day. I showed up early - very pleasant gentlemen greeted me and took my car right way. I waited about 20 minutes and I was good to go. The best thing, aside from their outstanding customer service, they were $100 less than Safelight. So glad I went with a more local company than a national chain. Definitely recommend and would use again.Service: Auto windshield repair

I would not recommend this place for stone chip repair. I've had stone chip repairs done in the past with Henderson Glass which is now Safelite and they repaired the chips to where is seemed like there's no chip at all, three different times. This place did it and it seems as if I paid $45 for doing nothing.

This was a great experience from the time I contacted them to when my repair was completed. I had a chip in the front windshield of my travel trailer and the 2 glass repair companies used by my insurance company would not touch it due to being "door glass". This was obviously due to lack of knowledge on their part. I spoke to Mike at John R Glass and he instantly knew what type of glass I had and scheduled my repair for the next day. He also informed me that this is made like regular auto glass which was great to know. Mike and his team are professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for any auto or RV glass repair. Thanks again Mike!!!!!!

2 months to get my windshield replace. Never once calling me to give an update. When I would call I could never get a definitive answer. I would also be told I would get a call back and not receive a call back. Location confirmation the morning of it took me approximately 6 mins and 13 seconds on hold to get verification of location. I can agree that the receptionists are nice, but communication overall can be improved. the one star is for them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The young guy running the desk this morning was fantastic! I think his main role is working on the cars, but he stepped in to handle the desk when someone didn t show up. I'm very impressed with the professional service, and the quality of the windshield replacement, on my 2016 Corvette Z06. The windshield was special ordered and sent to sunshade for tinting when it arrived. Stating that i was pretty picky, Mike (the owner) said he would personally do the install. The windshield and surrounding areas were nice and clean, no fingerprints, smudges etc. I don't post a lot of reviews, but these guys need to be complimented on an outstanding job.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I highly recommend this place! My daughter was in a car accident on Sunday, She is a MSU student and needed my car until her car is repaired. Yesterday I picked up a rental for myself so I can go to work , on my way home a rock hits the rental car windshield. Needless to say It added stress to a stressful situation. I called them today and was treated with respect and empathy . Those girls upfront rocked They got me in this evening and took care of me. The technician was amazing and very reassuring and kind! They did a great job! It s customer service that is lacking in society today in buisness but this place top notch! I am a Dental hygienist and will be spreading the word about this place.Service: Auto windshield repair

Fantastic shop, has the process down, I was pleasantly surprised how briefly I was in and out both on vehicle drop off and pick up. The work done was perfect. Price blew everyone else away. I got a new windshield installed, and had to pay out of pocket as their price was so cheap it was HALF of my 500 deductible!

This shop is fantastic! The tech who replaced my rear windshield even drove to the BMW dealership and bought me a new rear wiper arm, when he discovered mine was corroded. Excellent service. Dropped my car off at 8 am to get a new window for my Jeep. Was ready at 10 am. Save way more money going through them than Safelite. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best in the glass business. I am very particular about my car and these guys did a flawless install and dealt with my very difficult insurance company...all while providing incredible customer service. Highly recommend these guys.

Took my model t glass in to have it Re-made, told me prior to taking it in, it would take a week!Took it in the 29th of June, and they told me again it would take a week!Called on the 15 of July, and the had not started it and that they only do this kind of work on Saturdays and it would take two to three Saturdays to complete!Picked it up and took it to another shop, who got the job done in the time they quoted!

John R Auto Glass was recommended by our mechanic to fix a broken sunroof due to a jammed shade. Within an hour, problem was fixed with no charge. We will definitely recommend and use John R Auto Glass again!
