I have been coming to the is Land Rover dealership for 4 years since I purchased my vehicle here. Every experience I had up until this one has been absolutely terrible. I mean really terrible to the point I wasn t going to lease another vehicle. However, this time was night and day different. From the moment I arrived to when they returned my keys to me, everything was perfect. Joe was thoughtful, clearly outlined a timeline, had a car take me to work, sent me progress updates and videos, informed me when the work was done, sent a car to pick me up, and was very thoughtful with the payment process. Joe was a class act. I informed him of my past experiences and he let me know there was recently a management overhaul. Kudos to the new management team.P.S. I ordered a new Range Rover over a year ago and am still waiting on it. The communication has been poor and frustrating on that front, but that has nothing to do with my service experience.

I took my car to Jaguar of Troy with a flat tire. The mechanics fitted a new tire while I waited and my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. The standard of service I received was first class and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

First time using this dealership after disappointing experiences at another dealership. Jaguar Land Rover of Troy was AWESOME! Jazmine was my service advisor, and she is great. Communication was spot on, and work was completed quickly. The BEST location hands down! Don t waste your breathe at Lakeside. Troy location is courteous, ready to help and very informative on what is wrong with the car. Will do their best to work with you on what is most important to fix and will get you in as soon as they possibly can. It s so hard to find a dealership service center that doesn t treat you as insignificant but Troy location doesn t. They made me feel like they cared about my car and it s troubles. Timely arrival; greeted by service advisor while awaiting availability of my primary Service advisor. He was friendly andtook the necessary info to check me in. My primary Service advisor was "Jazmine." She promptly completed the check-in. Service was performed as promised, within a most acceptable time frame and at the cost estimated previously. The dealership is very nice and Joe the service guy was very nice and completed all of the tasks that I needed when I took my vehicle there. The price for an oil change and tire rotation is a but high, but it is LandRover, enough said. Very professional service and individuals taking care of the car. For battery replacement, nice of the dealership to test and realize it was under warranty (i never considered it). Ended up being free as a result. Only enhancement I would recommend is be a bit more timely on the overall process (or improve on estimating the time it will take). I dropped of the XJ for an oil change, but was called well before the assigned appointment time and told it needed brakes, new tires and alignment. With much disapointment, I approved the work over the phone and picked it up near 5p. As I was driving the car away I noticed the tire pressure system error... A call to the dealer as I continued home was received by the service guy who didn't know why and couldn't find anyone with the answer. I was assured a return call after he found someone with knowledge. Of course no return call or problem resolution.But the bill was paid which include a $39.95 charge for tire rotation (even though I purchased all new tires), an $85 miscellaneous charge (TBD) and another $50 charge listed as "provisions and materials". In fairness to the dealer I was asked if I had any questions, but when you're short on time and without readers, it's hard to analyze the numbers and read fine print.Moral of the story - bring your readers and ask questions.Services: Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change
