I ve always use this car dealership for my vehicle maintenance and service. I love now how they sent a car to pick me up once my vehicle was ready. At ne time you had to find your own ride or just hang out all day there. So great job in taking car of your customers. Sam was awesome too. Great service management and detailed oriented about my SUV. They need to bring the oil change package back. I normally purchase that discount services.

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Leo Carr at Suburban Infiniti, Troy. Although my visit was for routine maintenance, Mr. Carr also discussed preventative and additional maintenance issue that will keep my JX 35 running smoothly. The services were completed promptly and I was on my way.

Since I purchased this certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle in March of 2022. I can say customer service was hectic to say the least. I have had to bring vehicle back several times for various circumstances such as driver window malfunctioned and it would not roll up. From the scheduing representatives scheduling appointments to service center reps, they made it very challenging and unpleasant. I did not want to bring this vehicle in and have it serviced at this particularly location. There was a hassle in them providing a loaner vehicle during repair(that was under CPO warranty). However the most recent appointment of repairing a malfunctioning passenger interior/ exterior door handle and after waiting months for the parts to arrive, I can say I had a much better experience than I have had this entire time owning this CPO. The service representative was pleasant and he kept me updated as to when the parts were going to arrive, as well as he made sure I had a loaner vehicle so my day was not inconvenienced. The repair was completed within hours of dropping off my vehicle. I believe in being kind and professional, so I am not sure if the new crew knew of my past experiences, but sending a thank you to Leo and the service team for your customer service. I can see and experienced changes for the better.

I would like to say, in all the years I have been allowing this facility to service my vehicle, this have been the best customer service experience I have received thus far. Leo was energetic and friendly when I stepped out my vehicle. I was greeted by another service technician as well. Leo. I just can't stop thanking him for his exceptional customer service. I can't believe I was given an opportunity to be lyft home so I don't loose hours of work. To and from the facility. He searched for an even better coupon to assist me in reducing the cost of the service. He explained in details what was needed and pricing. He followed up with a phone call and text regarding my status on my vehicle. My only hope is for him to be staying at this facility so I can build a report for future service recommendations and questions. Kudos Mr. Leo. I'm not sure if he is new to service departments but he won my business. I will keep my business with this facility as long as you continue to have him and more individuals that are similar to provide excellent customer service. 2020 changed a lot but customer service should be valued at all times. Thank you again Mr. Leo.

I took my QX60 here for diagnostics after purchasing it from another dealership. It ended up needing a new engine and there was a lot of drama that went on between the place I bought it from and the warranty company and just going back and forth. Sami went literally above and beyond trying to help me get the situation handled and I couldn t be more grateful for how much time and effort he put in knowing that I got completely screwed over by the other dealership. It s been almost 6 weeks that I ve been in a loaner from here and my car has been sitting on their lot but we finally have a resolution.If I wasn t moving out of state in two weeks this would be the only place to touch my car.I cannot recommend the service department enough. Sami (service rep) was fantastic. I felt like I was in good hands with him. Friendly, honest, and highly professional. I would have given the dealer five stars because of Sami, but I was a bit disappointed regarding the lack of drinks for customers.There wasn t any coffee, bottles of water, or soda available to service customers in the waiting room. I've had some terrible experiences at dealerships in the past. Sami Elhage from the service department at Suburban Infiniti of Troy has restored my faith in dealerships.Sammi provided 5 star service. He was professional, courteous, attentive, took time to explain the issue, was patient with my questions and concerns, and provided updates along the way.Sami arranged transportation to and from the dealership. He also arranged for me to drive a loaner while they diagnosed and completed the necessary repairs.I have nothing but praise about my experience. Pulled in 20mins late on a Saturday. Sami was still welcoming with sincerity. Said no worries as i explained my first time in that area and gps was long winded. He went thru my appointment checklist asked if i had any issues since scheduling the appointment and they would be happy to address them if so. Asked if I was going to wait or comeback, then led me to the waiting area which was very clean and organized. Actually had a deli in the area. It was closed probably due to Saturday being sitter day. He told me about an hour and he came back about.40 min said i was all set. I used to goto the other Infiniti dealer, but not anymore. They were ok but the construction obstacles and time aren't worth the drive. This one is closer. And Sami is more than a car/people guy. What an excellent experience! Upon having several issues with my vehicle that needed attention, Suburban Infiniti of Troy was able to get me right in. Horrible experience! When I dropped my vehicle off for inspection of my transmission, I was told I d get a video and full written report of any issues. After a few hours, I had to call to find out what the issue was with my trans. When I declined service and went to pick up my vehicle at 3pm having dropped it off at 8am, the written report completed because I declined service. If you re not going to do a report based on if you get service, you should not tell the customer that they will receive one. They lied, tried to get me to pay first and then email one but they never intended to give one because they never completed it! It took intense conversation to get one but it was full of things I didn t need. DISAPPOINTED!!!

The service at the dealership was outstanding. I called with an emergency flat tire and they got me immediately in. They had me back on the road with a new tire less than 1.5 hours later. Will provided excellent customer service and the whole Troy Suburban Infiniti team was great. I will be back!

The service advisor William Hallam is not friendly at all. Refusing to greet a customer with a smile while working on customer service. I know it s a tight labor market but geez. He provides minimal explanations and appears disgruntled. What happened to Jeff? or the gentleman from Subaru? Dealt with Jeff for the first time because I had my tire burst on my Q60S. I got it towed to the dealership and left specific instructions since it was already closed and I was in a hurry to get home the next day. Jeff called me first thing in the morning when they opened and he was very straight forward about everything I needed for him to fix my tire. I picked up the car within 2 hours of having the phone call with him and he explained everything that was done and was very professional and courteous.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
