The recently renovated Suburban Hyundai dealership is very clean and spacious and a pleasant place to wait while service was done on my Elantra. The service itself was excellent with minimal wait time, as usual. They also have a marvelous valet service where they will pick up your car from your home and bring it back when they're finished. I'm always very satisfied with the Hyundai Service Department.

I had any issue before this issue popped out. I think that this dealer is not professional.I had dropped my 2019 Tucson due to knocking issue at 10/26/2023. I did not get any call back before I reached out to them at 11/6/2023. They said that they also diagnosed knocking issue and and then requested the approval from Hyundai. They should hear Hyundai's decision in two and three days again. I had reached to them to check status on 11/9/2023. They should make a call back. They did not, I tried several times to check the status up to now. They did not make any call back and not any update of my vehicle status. I would like to know at least what is going on. Also, I need a loaner vehicle while fixing the vehicle. The reason why I post in here is to make call me back.

Sean was amazing! He was so kind, patient and accommodating. He set us up in a area that was private so I would work while I waited for my car to be serviced. He walked us to the area, and took time to ensure we were comfortable. He was funny and personable. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at this particular location for 8:30 in the morning. However, at 9:50, when I inquired about the status, my car had not even been started on, which led me to leave without receiving any service. This experience was highly disappointing, especially considering that I had to wait for two weeks to secure the appointment.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I am expressing my appreciation and gratitude for the exemplary service I received while waiting for my car! Such kind mannered employees greeted me the minute I arrived; I worked with a gentleman who goes by Chris, and I highly recommend seeing him. Not only was I provided with sincere and genuine advice for maintenance on my car, but additionally, While waiting for my car, I was offered beverages and snacks, consistent communication about the timeliness of the service, and a free wash in the end. Suburban Hyundai are people that all dealership should seek to be. They were extremely nice and very helpful workers which provided top notch service and welcomed customers as if they knew each other like family! They do an excellent job every single time I come in and if you need service done to your vehicle then most definitely look for Sean! He s been nothing but an amazing guy that just provides incredible customer service and is a very easy going guy. So Sean if you re reading this man I really appreciate you and keep it up man! While the customer service staff were very personable and apologenic, my problem was not solved. The appointment was made more than 8 weeks in advance so that they would be sure to have what was needed to fic the problem. I was told that they would contact me to schedule another appointment though I have not heard from them since the appointment 14 days ago.Service: Electrical repair

Great experience, I had to take my vehicle in for 3 recall service repairs , it was all done with in 4 hours plus they have free shuttle service so that I didn't need to wait at the shop. Very friendly staff and knowledge of questions regarding the recall services .

The staff is very polite and friendly, but it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even though I had a scheduled appointment. This is just too long. I ve never had an issue with taking my Hyundai Accent for a mileage check for the MPG Rewards program. Until I started going to Suburban Hyundai in Troy. I ve never said anything at the dealership until my most recent visit. I was shocked at how one of their service techs was allowed to speak to the consumers. This particular man always seems to be my tech when I arrive. After checking my vehicle, my son and I were pointed to the waiting room without even an estimate of how long things were gonna take, approx. after 75 minutes without any word, we walked back to the desk to see my car had only really moved up in the line and was not even close to getting back to the mechanics. My 4 year old son asked my tech how launch longer it was gonna be. He told us our services today would be 2+ hours. I politely asked for my keys

I went here for my first complimentary oil change and my service was Great! I got there i pulled my car into services right away Christopher cane to my car and told me he would be helping me today .You have to the option to wait around in the lobby while they service your car or they will have a car take you wherever you need to go until your car is ready ! I waited in the lobby the area was clean as well as the bathroom ,they had complimentary water. I wish there was a vending machine to get snacks from but on the counter they had fruit snacks! Once my car was done being serviced ,I had not only had a complimentary oil change but i also received a car wash!! I love me a clean car ! I had my scheduled maintenance done at Suburban this time around because my normal dealership didn't have an opening for 3 weeks. Sean took care of me, and I will be returning here for maintenance in the future specifically because of his great customer service. I was very impressed. Took more than 1 hr to just change the oil and didn t even reset the service reminder. Recommend $400 of maintenance repairs for a relatively new vehicle at 20k mileage inspection. Everything they quote is expensive.The number you gave is directing me to automated voice service I used to schedule my service. I have no idea who I should reach out to. very disappointed in this car. 3 days into owning it and less than 100 miles on it, the starter goes bad. first time taking car in for oil change, i mention that the dashboard screen tends to go out while we're driving and nothing was done to look into problem - just told we must be getting some interference. Now 13,000 miles into car and the wipers start acting up and took over 2 weeks to get appointment. go in and told should be about hour to 90 min so i wait and after over 2 and a half hours i ask for car back and then told they have to order 2 parts and they'll call when parts come in. forgot to ask if it will take 2+ weeks to get another appointment once the parts arrive. so now have to keep driving with the wipers, that don't go down, blocking your view.

First off, the Service Representatives are very nice, but there were problems. I took my car in for general repairs and for 1 recalls. When I got my car back, no one told me the recalls weren t taken care of. When I got home, I noticed it said recall not performed, part on order. I called and, indeed, the recall had not been done. About a month later, I called and them as they did not call me. Low and behold, the part would be there in 7 days and I should schedule an appointment after that. I schedule my appt., for a wait in lobby. When I get there, they were very busy. I wait for about 2 hours. They bring my car around and the service rep tells me they have to order the part is on order. I tell them, now I am mad. My part was in. (NAME) assured me it was in. He went back to service and found my part that was about to be placed on another customers car do to an error. I waited another 40 minutes and my car was fixed. Besides the service reps that are forward facing, no one seemed particularly motivated to serve.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Suburban Hyundai in Troy has been fantastic at servicing the 2023 Hyundai Palisade I purchased there in September. Scheduling online is super easy, and my wife and I love that they come to get the vehicle from our home, service it, then return it.
