We have been long-time customers of Henderson glass. Recently, they did a very complicated glass replacement on the south side of our passive solar home. They replaced 13 large panes of the 40 year old glass with new insulated panes. 2 stories high on scaffolding. The team was polite and friendly and worked together like a finely oiled machine. They got the job done and cleaned up after themselves and we are very satisfied.Gary

We have been going to Henderson for our glass needs for years. They made us a piece recently from a template I made, and when we got the piece home, it didn't fit quite right. They took the piece back and made some adjustments, and it was ready for us a couple of days later. Great work

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient service and the pricing was better than their competitors. I highly recommend this location! I will definitely use them again for my glass needs. VERY HAPPY!

Installers do good work but it s very difficult to schedule a time for the work to be done. Had to pay half down before they would order standard window. Scheduled installation and we were given an installation time between 1-5pm. They only schedule in 4 hour time blocks! By 5pm they hadn t arrived. Called office and was told they would be there around 6:30pm. Too late for me so had to reschedule. This time they agreed I would be their first stop at 8am. Installers arrived 9:30am. Installers were very friendly and professional, and they did a good job replacing the window.

Spent $800 for a new window in my house. It cracked again (on its own) in 18 months. The Henderson outlet in New Baltimore doesn't seem to be there anymore.

Spoke to John and set up windshield replacement service next morning!! Fantastic customer service and very friendly!! Mason came out from safelite and did a fantastic job! Very professional and timing was perfect!!Highly recommend!!

I had a chip on my SUV - they got me in and out in a few minutes. From my initial phone call to going in and having it done, Henderson Glass of Waterford made it a pleasant experience in a clean, hospitable environment with outstanding results. You can't go wrong here!!

Excellent customer service! Len, Karen, and Seth were great! I brought my car in with a large crack going across the windshield and was conveniently scheduled an appointment for the next day for a replacement. My windshield was cracked on the way to work. I called AAA for glass repair, which defaults to a Safe Lite operator. They said it would take 1 month for home service and 3 weeks for repair in shop. I searched the web for other glass repair shops and found Henderson glass. They said I could get my repair done the same day and it was covered by AAA. I bought my van in and it's fixed perfectly. I'm thrilled with this location. They are endorsed by AAA but not recommended or instantly referred when you call for AAA glass repair. Please call then directly instead of calling the glass repair line for AAA.Service: Auto glass repair

Henderson Glass was an effortless experience. I'm grateful for their stellar service. Karen scheduled my appt. over the phone. She was so kind and it was scheduled within minutes. I went through my insurance. My appointment was two days later and it was raining the day of. Henderson still managed to make it out and replace my windshield. It took about 30 min. Easy in and out. Another woman came to calibrate the sensors while the tech was still onsite. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Thank you Henderson!

Brian, who came out to measure my glass window, was great! It took a while to schedule an appointment and turn around (2-3 weeks) to get the repair seems long. They never returned my phone call to schedule an installation.

Excellent service! Karen was wonderful! She was very pleasant and efficient. She explained everything necessary, took the car in the day before and parked it safely for the night. Car was ready as promised the next day with Karen again being as pleasant and efficient as anyone could ask for. UPDATED REVIEW: After contacting my insurance company, they provided a contact person/Manager at Henderson Glass that finally agreed to send a repair person out to repair the windshield/leak. This should not have been so difficult, but the eventual correction was appreciated.BEWARE!! We had Henderson Glass of Waterford come out to replace the windshield for our vehicle. Immediately upon driving, it was clear that the windshield had not been properly installed/sealed. It began producing a loud whistling noise continuously coming from the bottom center of the windshield when driving. When I called to have them come out to repair the poorly installed windshield, they refused and insisted I would have to drive my car to them to have them inspect it and then have me wait while they made the repair. They claim to provide a warranty, but only if you bring the vehicle in to try to fix THEIR POOR WORKMANSHIP. There is clearly not even a reasonable effort at customer service to fix a poor installation they are responsible for. Though I called repeatedly, they continued to refuse to honor any repair of their work unless I drove the 40 minutes and waited for hours for them to check it out, because "This is our policy." Clearly this policy is not based on an acceptable level of customer service most especially when the problem was due to their unacceptable improper installation. If we were interested in driving our vehicle in to a shop to have the windshield repaired (especially during covid), I would not have requested that they come to the home for the initial replacement. Fixed my car windshield after it cracked on the highway getting hit with something. They were efficient and very good and the outcome was good as well. Everyone was also very friendly. If I had any negative to say it would be that the lobby was very uncomfortable in how it was set up and the lack of AC. Great experience all around. Full service including calibration of my sensors after replacing windshield (others did not do this). Great work, on time, friendly, professional, easy to work with. Plus they worked directly with insurance and I just had to pay deductible. They replaced a broken rear window on my SUV with next day service, as the part had to be ordered. I had the option to have them come to my house but I chose to go into their shop instead as I had broken glass inside the car and they did a much better job cleaning it up. The job was completed in 2 hours, all broken glass was cleaned up and the new window looked perfect. I highly recommend this place for your auto glass repair needs.

Awesome service!Customer Service on the phone and in person was great, had a windshield chip fixed and I can barley see the chip anymore! $49.95 for Henderson vs $120 I was quoted with Safelite. Took about 40mins with no restrictions to the windshield.Thank you for a good service will definitely be back!

Len, Karen and Seth were all extremely helpful when we wanted the windshield replaced on a couple of our vehicles. They were able to accommodate our schedule and made the process extremely efficient and painless. We are looking into having the glass on our whole fleet of vehicles switched to Henderson Glass. Beyond happy with our experience with Henderson Glass!! They completed 3 shower glass installs as well as glass on cabinet doors. The 4 installers who were here were awesome and respectful. We had excellent customer service working with Christine Beels! We were able to get a new windshield very quickly. They came right to our house and did all of the work right in our driveway which was so convenient. A second person came out to calibrate shortly after to make sure that everything was in working order :) Highly recommend!

Yes it was a warranty repair of a windshield but I was thankful that my insurance company uses them for repairs or replacement. Have had a number of new windshields done at the Troy store over the years as well. This time Karen and Jim combined to get me scheduled at a convenient time for me and Marin and Chris did a flawless install of OEM glass that left all the electrical stuff in fine working order. Great folks doing a great job!

When I spoke with one of the sales associate, I was told that they sold glass for table tops . When I drove there I was told that they don't sell that type anymore, that was the 31285 23 mile Rd store. Up date your Google search,and it's not Henderson Glass anymore.

I had the most amazing experience here. The sales associate i worked with Christine Beels was phenomenal with how she worked out the time and the price to get my windshield repaired. My vehicle was done quickly and did not have to wait long at all.

Just had my windshield replaced this morning. Super fast service. Oscar took care of me quickly, friendly and even gave me some air fresheners for the ride! Tim and Jordan installed my windshield in less than 2 hours after dropping it off. Highly recommended!!

Henderson Glass made it easy! I had a cracked windshield and my insurance agent recommended Henderson Glass. I called and easily got set up to get it fixed. Henderson Glass coordinated with my insurance company, and got me a convenient appointment at a nearby branch. The folks at the branch we professional , capable, pleasant and efficient. All went smoothly and I was set to go sooner than I expected. everything looked great and the instructions as to what to do and not to do for the first 24 hours were clear and reasonable. Office person was Karen Shanon and the windshield replacer was Josh Marin.

Great customer service from start to finish. A scheduling mix-up occurred, but they apologized and made it right with no excuses and we moved right past it! Their price was much lower than competitors in their area & they do mobile installations for free. What more can you ask for?! They called ahead and arrived at the early end of my timeframe. I highly recommend this company.
