I live in Brighton but was in the area for my son s dr. appointment. On the snowiest day my wipers quit working. They were able to fix them in just a few minutes and didn t even charge me! I really appreciate the kindness and honesty!

Gary and the gang are THE BEST!!! I am an single elderly woman and these guys have helped me out of so many jams and kept my 18 year-old car running. I would never ever take any vehicle to anyone else but these terrific young men!!!! They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and beyond helpful!!!!

Great shop, always provides great service and fair pricing. They do everything from checking the air pressure in tires (for free) to major mechanical work.I will never take my vehicle anywhere else, hands down the best place around!

Chuck is phenomenal. My brother is on oxygen and his machine battery lasts 2 hours. I called for new tires and Chuck said they were crammed but would try to get my brother in and out in 2 hours. Gary Jr., Chuck and the entire staff I encountered were extremely friendly! They genuinely listened to the issues I was having with my car and asked me if I was familiar with cars before explaining the problem. Went to Gary Knurek Goodyear with two flat tires for diagnosis and repair. They did a great job and the turnaround was just about an hour. Customer service as I experienced is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this shop and will be back in the future! Thank you!

Honest!! I went in to get my brakes done and they told me I didn t need it. They heard the noise I thought was my brakes but it s not and I was charged nothing. They are good people and honest. The service, staff and work are incredible!!! We were leaving for a road trip but got a flat tire. Gary and his team got us in ASAP, fixed the issue and set us on our way in less than 30 minutes. I normally go to Belle Tire and they couldn t help me until the follow day. You made a new loyal customer today! Thank you so much! I m so happy to support your family owned business!

In all my time owning a car, I can honestly say that Gury Knurek's shop is the best auto servicer I've had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is polite, attentive, and positive. The prices are without comparison. The service is always above and beyond. From the simplest oil change to diagnosing vehicle problems, the shop has taken incredibly good care of me. I've been a customer since 2011 if I'm not mistaken. Had personal cars and business cars repaired here. The service is outstanding - patience, clarity and straight shooting. I get all the information I need with explanations which is another way of saying they are very knowledgable. The work is great, if ever the issue was not resolved in the first visit they honored their work and warranty to make sure the source of the problem is found and resolved. The pricing is fair. I sense a lot of integrity and honesty from everyone working here whether it was at the front desk or a mechanic out the back. I'm surprised there are not more reviews but then again I've been guilty of not giving them a review because I've not had anything to complain about them and most people remember to write reviews when there is a problem. Thank you guys. You come highly recommended to friends and family.

I had a few families that have been going here for decades who recommended us to them. I couldn't have been more happy! So honest and up front with customers, family owned, they have a cute shop dog and did I mention that they were super honest yet? I can't recommend them high enough!

This place is the absolute best. They have repaired everything from a broken hatchback trunk to replacing parts in my vehicle. They are friendly professional and dependable. Customer for 7 years. Gary and Chuck run the most trusted repair shop I've ever been to. They're honest and they have speedy service and reasonable prices.My girlfriend recently took her car to another shop and they tried to up-sell her on all sorts of things that were running just fine. I went to Gary Goodyear for a second opinion and saved big bucks with their feedback. Your car is in good hands here.A+ customer service, speed, and most importantly *honesty*.

Took my vehicle in first thing in the morning and it was finished just after lunch. Great job and I m pleased with the service and the price. Always willing to check air in tires. I had problems keeping air in tires because of wheels pealing chrome. They were careful about mounting them properly so they don t leak.

Absolutely the best would not take my car anyplace else. Been a customer of theirs for 30 yrs. Honest, friendly, would never do anything unnecessary and will provide advise. Today was our first experience here. Since Phil Cavill sold to Pep Boys a couple of years ago we've been looking for a new garage. Tried three. Wasn't satisfied. Read reviews here and decided to try. They could not have been better! Great service! Immediately found the problem and fixed it in just a couple of hours. Very impressed. We have found our new garage!

We have had our share of aggressive auto shops trying to up and oversell service, but this is not one of them. Gary and his staff not only know what they are doing and are totally honest, they have taken great steps to help us keep our old autos running good without putting unneccessary money into them. We drive out of our way to go to this Goodyear dealer and appreciate the personal and honest service. Thank you!

Decent service. I'm disappointed that my factory coolant was replaced with some universal stuff and the original spring clamp was removed and a hose clamp installed, all without replacing the thermostat. The alignment seems fine but a little pricey considering they only did the toe adjustment on 2 wheels.

There is a reason the reviews are all so good. The owners and employees of this business clearly care about their customers. You can see it on all their faces and in the attitudes of the employees. My family has been using Gary Knurek for over 8 years now and recommend them to everyone. Honest, prompt, fair and reliable are just some of the adjectives I would use to describe the people and organization.

I absolutely love the staff here. As a woman, it can be hard to find a repair shop that won't take advantage of you. This repair shop is woman-friendly. They explain everything in great detail.I can trust that what they're telling me is fact.

I slid into a curb one day pulling into work and bent my rear tie rod. I first went to another shop and was told it s gonna cost around $1500 for parts. That didn t seem right to me especially because my car still drove completely fine. My friend recommended Gary Knurek Goodyear to me. They are the best! I took my car in the next day, not only did they quote 1/3rd of the price. But my car fixed the same day! I will definitely be returning for any future repairs and maintenance.
