We were so fortunate to be welcomed to the Maserati family by Harold and Laura. The experience was amazing. Everything you want from a business that you are working with.( easy to reach, reliable info, they did what they said every time, prompt response time ). I feel that we came as guests and left as friends. I am exited to have an exotic vehicle for years to come because of my experience at Suburban Exotics with Harold and Laura.

Harold is a Gem of a salesman. Straight to the point, he doesnt play around. Mark Davis is also an exceptional salesman. The finance manager was very nice and she explained everything so well.

Customer beware: that degenerate, Harold, will make moves on your wife. He'll sneak over to your house while you're at work and spread his poison. He's going to eventually cause severe problems for this dealership--if he hasn't already.*update*Apparently, leaving an honest review about Harold's home-wrecking ways is enough for Harold to go to the West Bloomfield Township Police Dept. to file a bogus report. Sorry (not sorry), but I won't be intimidated by a bogus report filed by that degenerate, Harold, in attempt to save grace with his employer, who is clearly oblivious to his deplorable business practices

I have never had a better customer experience than what I had at Suburban Exotics. Harold is exceptionally knowledgeable, hard working, and very direct. Harold answered all of my questions and those of my wife (ie we are car and motorcycle enthusiasts and we enjoyed talking with someone who was equally passionate about vehicles). He and Laura did all the heavy lifting (eg I was not filling out forms - the forms were completed for me to sign). Harold was very clear on what document he needed from us to make our trade-in and purchase happen.If they have the car you want, buy from them. They met and exceeded all of our expectations.

We just purchased our second automobile from this dealership. We made sure to go through the same salesman Mark. He is very knowledgeable, nice, and found us exactly what we were looking for. Our entire experience was great from beginning to end. Laura in finance was amazing, as she really went out of her way for us. Charlie in service is great, as my Maserati (our first purchase) just went in for service. 5 stars as always. Thank you again to the entire staff!

Harold Curry was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I am an out -of-state buyer but this didn't make a difference. I knew exactly what to expect. No surprises. This (a Maserati Ghibli) was my 1st foreign car and I couldn't be more impressed. It has speed, luxury and looks great. The only thing I added was tint to the window and an air freshner (to get rid of the new car smell). Harold even helped me days after the sale was completed. I didn't know how to sync my garage door opener with the one built in on the car. I will definitely recommend him to friends that are in the market for any foreign and exotic vehicle

Very impressed with Sales and service staff at Maserati of Troy. My sales associate Mark Davis was excellent went above and beyond not only during the car buying experience but also afterwards. He makes me feel like he truly values my business. My service. consultant Charlie was wonderful coordinating the pick up and timely service of my Maserati with a slight alignment issue. I live outside their usual service area but they were great taking care of my needs. Overall I'm very happy with the car, sales, and service from this dealership.

My husband and I stumbled across this motor mall as I m looking to purchase a Bentley Continental GT , located one here; however, I m quite disturbed/disgusted following a video my husband and I just viewed involving a young man (maybe 18 y.o) and McLaren Sales rep. The woman is seen pushing the vlogger out of showroom twice! He was compliant and highly respectful during his encounter with her; despite her aggression! This saddens me of the type of people we are faced to deal with.I m so happy we do live in a world where situations are caught on camera because otherwise we would have traveled here; completed a huge transaction unaware of that repulsive behavior of the sales rep towards another customer!

I have been servicing my vehicles for years at this dealership. No one can touch these guys. I was in yesterday for service and everything went smooth as always and prompt as promised. They told me ahead that the service would take 1 1/2 hours and that s exactly how long it took. During that time they drove me to Somerset Mall nearby to do some shopping and later picked me up. Dan Westover and Charlie Paul in service are fantastic and know the true meaning of customer service and hospitality. I can also say the same for Alister McCracken in parts. Always friendly and always right on!! Thank you.

My first experience with the service department was a good one. Dan took time to explain the service that will be performed and held to have the vehicle ready for pick-up by the agreed upon time. First impressions go a long way. I would definitely highly recommend the dealership for all your new vehicle and service needs

Had a wonderful experience at Exotic Motorcars of Michigan. Duane in sales will take excellent care of you. This dealership is far from the stereotypical snobby exotic car dealer - they make you feel like family. I will be returning to Duane for all of my future needs for the foreseeable future! Every staff member I have met has been welcoming and wonderful to work with- they truly earned my business. From the general manager down to the clerk - thank you!

My gorgeous 2020 Bentley GT Convertible was just delivered and I couldn t be more pleased! Thank you Suburban Bentley Troy/ Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Michigan. This is the third Bentley, in 3 years, I have purchased from this dealership. That speaks for itself. Kudos to my sales specialist Mark Davis for his expert attention to the finest details! Their service department is equally top-notch and 5 star. Thank you Suburban Bentley Troy, I will be back.

I was very interested in a certain Rolls Royce model and wanted too know more about this vehicle . I went into the dealership awhile back the older man named Mark D . was unpleasant and it came across like it was a real bother for him too answer my questions for me . I caught him rolling his eyes at me when I asked him some questions about the motor and what kind of gas mileage Rolls Royce gets out on the open road . I found that Mark was abrasive and not pleasent as a salesman . Only reason I am giving two star's is because one of the service guys was going somewhere in the dealership with something and was very pleasant and talked to me for a minute . I decided to drive the extra miles and the time in the car and go to Rolls Royce of Cleveland . I tell you what it was a Great experience at Rolls Royce of Cleveland with the salesman and staff. I didn't expect it but they asked me if I would like to have something to drink while I was looking around . The salesman gave me a brochure without asking for one and answered all of my questions for me and gave me his business card and told me when I am ready give them a call. I think Rolls Royce of Troy as a whole needs to get rid of people like Mark and get people like I experienced in Cleveland ( Good People that cares about their potential customers etc.) I am sorry that I had to write a review like this but it really bothered me as a customer and I will not be back or be in contact with anyone at this dealership/ buy for anything now or in the future .

Amazing experience. I have to hand it to Dan Westover, he took care of everything. He was even nice enough to hand deliver something I forgot in my car. The work that was done was impeccable. He even was able to deliver to my home because of my busy schedule. Well done!!!

I recently went too the dealership with the hopes of doing business with them. I was treated as if I was a joke and received no real help from the sales people at the dealership. Everybody was walking pass me acting like they were busy but no one was in the dealership except for the staff and myself. I was very disappointed by the service of the people there who acted as if I couldn't afford one of their automobiles. All the apologizing in the world wouldn't make up for the bad service and rude people walking by me or treating me as if I was a joke in a three piece suit. I will not do any future business with Bentley of Troy! I wonder if Bentley represents themselves as a brand doing that to people at their dealerships.

Was able to purchase a car over the phone, trade a Porsche for the new Aston Martin and take delivery at my home with no issues. Would recommend the dealership for reliability and completing what they promise.

Do to busy scheduling I was not able to meet during the Week. RD - was able to meet me on Sunday, we were able to close a deal in 5 minutes after the test drive!!! Thank you again.
