Austin is amazing. Quality work, very good communication, honest, great prices, and unlike a lot of places he has integrity. Found him after getting quoted an arm and leg by another shop. He did it for a much better price and did it in a quick timeline. Definitely recommend.

Austin at Euro Ace is fantastic. I always and always will take my Porsche to get serviced by him. In my experience he has always been more than fair and knowledgeable. He does great work in a timely matter at a fair price.

Austin is my go to mechanic for well over a year now. he s done my shocks, water pump, spark plugs, ignition coils for just my car alone. my whole family goes to him. If you want quality work with a mechanic who has a great sense of humor and personality then Austin is the guy to go to. I ve never had a single issue with any of the work he s done and he s gone above and beyond for me on short notice when I had issues before a road trip up north. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work at a great price. Thank you Austin for all you ve done!!!

I ve been using Austin for a little over a year now, and I don t think I will ever take my business to another mechanic. Every time I need a repair, he s been able to take care of me in a time and cost efficient manner. I ve never had any issues with repairs he has done, I can stand by his work and I highly recommend getting your repairs done at euro ace.

Took my 2016 435i in for a charge pipe replacement. I spoke with Austin who got me in quickly. He clearly knows a lot about bmws and even had a conversation with him about bmws, the engines, the potential problems they could have at certain mileage, and learned about my car specifically the n55 engine. His prices are incredibly fair and he s very transparent on the status of your car. You won t be calling asking when your car is finished. So not only did he install my aftermarket charge pipe for me, he also did a FULL INSPECTION of the car and showed me a picture of my oil pan gasket (only area of his concern) stating it was good, but in the far future could start to give out. Guys, a repair experience couldn t get any better than this!!! Highly recommend this shop and will return for any future needs. Thanks so much.Tyler

Austin at Euro Ace is a fantastic mechanic and is an extremely polite and professional person and has taken the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the repair process, ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities. He is licensed and has expertise with all makes and models and can definitely handle complex German vehicles.Throughout repairs he is able to consistently keep me updated on progress and any additional work that may need to be done. His attention to detail and thoroughness was evident in the high-quality of work. His passion for engineering is something I appreciate and everything has to be perfect.I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and he exhibits pride of his work and ownership, a very important factor. This is definitely the type of mechanic / independent shop you would want to perform repairs.Overall, I cannot recommend Euro Ace highly enough. The professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly exceptional, and I will definitely be returning for any future auto repairs.

Euro Ace is a true lifesaver. He jumped in a situation that was most desperate and he took it in right away, diagnosed a problem that others couldn't and repairs quickly to get me back on the road because my car is my business. My A5 Audi was sitting at a different repair facility in Troy who claimed to be expert in everything European for 6 months. That shop gave me a diagnosis of extensive electrical problems and quoted me an outrageous repair cost which required a new engine harness. Researching the cost of a new dealer supplied OEM harness I found the cost was 1/10th of the price claimed. I asked the repair facility for a determination of my original requested which I was refused an answer. Being adverse to this blatant type of service repair scam, I came upon Austin & his shop.In meeting with Austin, he immediately diagnosed the problem without seeing the car. Upon having the car dropped off at Austin's, he immediately took a cover off the engine to expose the offending part to confirm his diagnosis. Austin explained exactly what parts would be needed to correct the problem as it resulted in a well-know Audi defect.Austin acquired the parts & tested the work which was substantially less than not only the dealership commonly charged, but 1/3rd of the cost other independent repair facilities commonly charge.In my book Austin is an exceptional person. Not only is he exceptionally skilled, his is extremely diligent and his prices are more than reasonable. I have now driven the A5 for over a year absolutely trouble free.This review is unfortunately late simply for the fact of me loosing my cell phone that held Austin's contact info with related texts & not having the locator turned on.As I live in Atlanta, it was not a simple process to regenerate Austin's info. I only wish I could have Austin available in Atlanta to refer him more business....Austin's a real gem!!!!,

I had been trying to find a mechanic that I could trust to do the right job at the right price for my Maxima and BMW for such a long time and it was pure luck that I stumbled upon Euro Ace. Great owner, explains honest findings and offers great service at a solid price, very pleased !!

Austin is the man! He replaced the clutch and flywheel on my e60. He did a tremendous job and the car is handling like it s brand new again! Driving this car just became even more fun than it already was. I highly recommend giving Austin at Euro Ace a shot, his prices are terrific and he gets the work done FAST! Thanks Austin!

This is a five star review for my communication with Austin today. Had my Mercedes at dealership. The sticker shock of what they charged prompted me to call other repair companies. Talked to several. Austin was the only one who called to find the necessary part (genuine Mercedes part), how long it would take to come in and gave me estimate over the phone. Estimate was fraction of what dealership wanted. Austin was so reassuring and genuine. Dealership may cover under warranty now but I had to share my wonderful telephone experience. I ll update if dealership doesn t fix under warranty.

Austin did an amazing job on my diesel Volkswagen, I just so happened to break down right down the road and I am so grateful I found him! He was able to diagnose issues that other shops could not diagnose. He went out of his way to get my car back on the road quickly, very honest and very fair prices. Austin is a very knowledgeable and skilled mechanic, he is easy to work with and treats his customers with respect. The only mechanic I dealt with who will take time to explain all what he is doing and what to expect. I have my BMW and Audi serviced there and I couldn t be happier. I called Austin at Euro Ace and explained my car problem. He had my car in the shop within an hour, and the problems solved within an additional 15 minutes. I had been quoted three times the price from other shops, but Austin didn't gouge me for being a woman. Plus, he went above and beyond by also fixing my door and didn't charge me for the extra work. I'm so glad I was given his card. My metal baby is back home, driving perfectly, and my wallet isn't empty. We have an 06 e90 that needed ignition coils, oil pan gasket, brakes, tires, and a few other issues. Austin handled all of that in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. Austin is the GOAT - I almost don t want to post this because I want to gatekeep how amazing he is. I heard about him when I took my 09 Focus (very much not a European car) to AutoZone to get a code read and the employee gave me Austin s card. I gave him a call, figuring there was no way he d be able to get me in at 1 PM on the Saturday before Easter. He told me to come in at 4! I was so surprised. I dropped my car off with him and at 9:45 PM (eight hours from my first call to him) he just texted me saying my car is ready and he d be at the shop until midnight if I want to swing by. UNREAL!! Even better, he is giving me such an amazing price AND is letting me come pick it up on freaking Easter Sunday. I feel like above and beyond auto service is so hard to come by and I couldn t be happier - I ll only go to Austin from here on out (as long as he ll keep allowing my non-European car). Seriously, he s a hidden gem and I m so relieved to have found him.
