Chris is extremely professional and the overall level of detailing is top-notch. He worked wonders on my car, leaving it looking brand new inside and out. Chris fit me in on short notice for windshield tint on my Supra. He did a phenomenal job and got the job done fast. I ve never had a better tint job and I am super appreciative. Will definitely be a returning customer!

I took my car to Detail, LLC based on the recommendation of two friends, both of which are regular customers. I could not be happier. My friends promised that I would have a positive experience but Chris went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I am older and my car is older and admittedly a bit neglected but Chris returned it better than new. I cant endorse Detail, LLC enough. You will not be disappointed. I am a loyal customer forever. Chris and his company are #1 detailers. I started by giving them a job to get road tar over-spray off my 12-year-old car and they gave me back my car like I just bought it new. Unbelievable work. I have taken my HD truck and Corvette to them and every time the truck and cars come back looking better than brand new. Prices are reasonable especially for the high-quality work they perform. Highly suggest these guys for your detailing needs!

I ve been using Detail LLC for over 7 years now and I will say that Chris is the best vehicle detailer I have come across. I have even tried to go other places that are closer to my home but have only left disappointed. He literally gets every nook and cranny of your vehicle and makes it look great and it also has that new car smell (wish it lasted longer :). He is also stand up guy too. Very professional and polite.

I called Detail after business hours and left a message, and the owner Chris called me first thing the next day. He got me on his schedule for interior detailing sooner than I expected and did a fantastic job. I was able to pick up my car the same day and I couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommend working with him!

No wonder it s been years since you see those WDIV awards paying attention to the DETAILS, this place does not. I felt bad originally leaving a negative message because Chris seems like a nice guy, but after spending more time in the back seat of my car, I need to let others know that you re better off going elsewhere if you need your car cleaned. The last time I went to Jax, they did a better job for less than half this price. The sides of the front seats seemed to be ignored, and the glove box wasn t even opened. There are still so many stains all over the backseat seatbelts and in between the seats, it s truly unbelievable to be charged this much, plus a generous tip, for such shoddy work. I read these reviews first and so many spoke of attention to detail paid, but I can promise you this is not the case. I was going to come back for exterior work once the weather changed, but no chance. I d recommend looking elsewhere, unless you enjoy the feeling of being completely ripped off.

TLDR: go in-person and set up an appt now! I m now a lifelong customer, won t take my car anywhere else for detail work.Brought my first new car in after a different shop botched a Krown rust application on it. scratched the whole Clearcoat and left oil overspray on the vehicle which stained and wouldn t come off. It was bad..I went in-person to Chris shop for help. it s just him, no corporation here. He let me drop off my car, parked it inside overnight, kept me updated, and walked me through his process. I chose to do full exterior detail and ceramic coating.When I went today to pick up my car, it looked better than it did the day I drove it off the dealer lot. Chris attention to detail in UNMATCHED. he cleaned even the smallest smudges in the interior above my nav screen I forgot to clean before taking it in. He didn t have to, but he did. That kind of detail is hard to find anywhere!!I used to look at my MINI and only see those scratches everywhere. now I look and say DAMN that looks RAD. Attaching a picture of the final result of what was the worst part on it, the black trunk lid and yellow trunk. No scratches no more! Thanks so much Chris

I had my car waxed. What an outstanding job, and reasonably priced. The car was done exactly when it said it would be. Chris, the owner, and crew is exceptional. Your car will leave looking as new.

I came for front windows tint because I saw the 4.9 rating. They don't disappoint you at all. Fast and awesome job done. They even tape my window switches in case I accidently forgot that I should not roll the window for three days. I have been to several other tint shops in the past, but none of them are this considerate.

WOW. What a great business. Chris is professional and the results of my exterior detail are spectacular. They went above and beyond my expectations. Best decision I have made for my car. Will return annually (if not sooner).I bought my A6 used from a dealer two months ago. I figured that they must have detailed it before I bought it. After I had my car for 6 weeks, it got an ugly mineral stain on the hood from my parking garage. I booked an appointment with Chris for an exterior detail based on his google rating. Not only did he get the hood stain out, but he was able to bring back the metallic paint to look like new. If the dealer had gotten this kind of shine, I bet they would have sold it quicker. More than that, he vacuumed and wiped down the interior (my puppy is shedding like crazy).Rare is the business where you walk out and feel like you got more than you paid for. Detail LLC is one of those businesses.

Chris was courteous & helpful from the first phone call I made to schedule the appointment. I got the winter protection package for my new car, and the work was done perfectly and finished sooner than promised! My car looks absolutely spotless, inside and out. Prices are fair and competitive. If you want a great experience with getting your car detailed professionally, I would highly recommend Detail LLC in a heartbeat.

Chris and his team did work on my car in the past and the work they did was excellent. They are polite and professional, also very knowledgeable about their craft. I definitely would recommend them to anyone, they have competitive prices with awesome detail work and I myself will be using them in the near future.

First of all, Chris, the owner, is awesome! He is very personable and is great at what he does! He did a full wash, clay bar and wax on my wife's car and a wash and wax on my car. He cleaned the floor mats in both cars (even though I didn't request any interior work) free of charge. On my car, he took off some decals from the previous owner and also cleaned a stain out of the headliner panel for the moon roof that two other places told me would cost $850 to replace as they couldn't get the stain out. Again, he didn't charge me for either of these services even though I offered to pay for them.I can't recommend Detail, LLC more highly! For the quality of work that they do, their price is more than fair. If you spend less elsewhere, you will most likely get less as well. Don't think otherwise. Take your vehicle to Detail, LLC! You won't be disappointed!

I just used Detail LLC for an exterior detail of my 2014 gray Corvette, including application of an extra hard ceramic type clear coat, and could not be more satisfied. Chris did an absolutely outstanding job. There were spots in the paint from autumn tree debris, which I had not been able to remove, but he removed all of them. The car looks better than new, and I have already made appointments for other cars. I have used other detailers for several cars in California, where I used to live, and although all did good jobs, Detail LLC is definitely the best. I can't imagine there is anyone better in the Detroit area. Also, I thought that the pricing was very reasonable, actually less than I expected for this level of quality. Also, he keeps on schedule and completes the job by the time promised. Highly recommended.

Chris does an excellent job each and every time. He really understands paint and will give you best advice on scratch removal also. Have taken cars to him for detailing and scratch removal. Best detailing place in metro Detroit.****UpdateTook a brand new ATS-V to Detail LLC to repair dealership swirl marks and apply CQuartz UK. Chris did a super amazing job. The coating is extremely water repellent and all the dirt comes off the car with just a simple power wash. A++++ Best detailing place in metro Detroit.****UpdateChris detailed my car again and once again his work was impeccable.

Well, my daughter got sick in her new car, not a pretty sight, but after initial cleaning, the car still had too much remnant of the happening... so I took the car to my favorite detailer, DETAIL, LLC, Troy, MI now the car looks and smells fresh, thanks again, great source for auto detailing and when a mishap happens, DETAIL can help!

Chris had helped me with window tinting for my wife's SUV. He was kind and courteous. Prices are fair. He had mentioned to me that there are certain materials of tint offered in the area, which are way more expensive and not necessary if a resident of Michigan due to us not having the scorching heat of the southern states. His honesty is what made me choose his company over others. He was able to finish the vehicle in less than half of the time allotted. Awesome place to take your car to get detailed. Took my 335i there to get the exterior done which had clear coat over spray on the hood and drovers side doors. Chris was able to make this car look brand new. 5 Stars!
