I ve been here 9 months ago for the Works package(actually for the oil change and inspection):Oil Change & Filter (up to 5 qts.)Rotate TiresBrake InspectionMulti-Point InspectionFluid Top-OffThey charged more than the website showed even I showed them the coupon before the job because there s another price list on their wall.They didn t rotate the tire. No brake or multi-point inspection. No fluid top off.The only thing I got is a receipt will total amount I need to pay. No report like other dealers. (Honda, Nissan, etc.)Then what was the reason I went for the works package? If it s just an oil change anyone can do it at home with some tools. Same price but for full synthetic oil

Terrible service, no pride in their work, bad attitudes. Good for a 3 hour oil change and that's it.From the top down this is a quintessential sub par dealership experience where they will overcharge exorbitantly for shoddy diagnoses and work.

Most unfriendly dealership I have ever been to . Would never recommend this dealership for anything . I have given a review before and will continue to update until then sham of a business apologize for the way I and the person that was with me was treated by Queen Kong . I gave her that name since I don't know her real name . Just going on how she acted when I was there . The name fits her actions . To a " T " . My name is James P Carpenter . And my review is spot on !!!!

I took my car in for service and the staff was very helpful. I was in and out of there very quickly. They have a very skilled crew of technicians. I will certainly be back for future business.
