WOW! Not only did they do a perfect job, but they also gave me a free nicely professional exterior and interior detail cleaning worth about $300! Not even Maaco would do the extra effort to detail my car for free. Communication is great throughout the repair process. Look no further for your next collision shop!

Why would you have to sign papers before they dismantle your vehicle? Saying that s when we make an estimate. No other car garage would act in such a unique, non viable, untrustworthy manner.

I was rear-ended and sent here by my insurance, GEICO. They did a great job, and my Honda Pilot looks like new! The lift gate was replaced along with the bumper. I'm very pleased with the work!

Service King in Troy, MI is without a doubt the finest business to take your vehicle for repair. The work done is flawless. The helpfulness of the folks in the shop goes above and beyond anything expected. And Suzanne at the front desk is the best example of customer service anywhere. She makes the whole trial of having repairs done more of a joy. I highly recommend them. I guarantee you will not find a better place to have your repairs done. This place is a perfect example of a bad business. The customer service is the kind that makes you feel like they are doing you a favor. after scheduling my car for fixes 6 in advance, the day before it was supposed to be fixed, they called and canceled. Not rescheduled...Cancelled! the reason given is even worse, they had other vehicles come in and those vehicles are more important so they took my place in line. I can not believe this the vehicles are more important because they are not drivable. What good is it then to make an appointment and schedule a repair?then the person that calls me tells me you need to go to another place. Go to another place wait again and go through the process again..Do not use this place they do not keep their word and will waste your time.Service: Body & Trim

Top notch service! I had a small repair that needed to be done. I had the part already, I just didn t have the proper tools to take apart my vehicle to fix the issue. I called last minute to ask if I could bring my car in for service around my lunch break. The receptionist (a really nice lady) told me to come on in. I got there at 1:20 and was out by 1:30. WOW. While I sat in the lobby, an employee greeted and smiled as he walked by. John, who helped take care of my car, was also very nice! He even walked me out to the the parking lot & opened my own car door for me. AMAZING. I seriously am floored by how much attention to detail and professionalism the staff here have. Hopefully I don t have to come back soon, but if my car ever has issues I would love to see these people again! Thank you for making me feel welcomed receptionist lady, happy employee, and John!

We actually thought we were booked at another collision shop and ended up with Service King by accident. This is why I think things happen for a reason. My husband and I felt like we stumbled upon the best kept secret in collision places. Service King was quick, professional and the craftsmanship is impeccable. Had to get body work done on my work truck. They fixed the damage and got it painted and it looks perfect. they were able to get the truck fixed 4 days ahead of their quoted time. I also appreciated the daily update calls from the shop manager. If i ever have to get body work done again this is where i will take it.

Please SToP using that cleaner on the inside the car. Detailing looked great but not a pleasant aroma.. unfortunately it's all I think about every time I get in my car now.Great job with the repairs.Call center provides false information. Go with what the individual collision shop tells you.Excellent customer interactions. Manager even went out of his way by giving me the battery from his own key fob to replace my dead battery when I picked up my car.

Thoroughly impressed! I had a big dent in my bumper that I claimed with my insurance to get repaired. I also had some serious scratches on it on the other side that wasn't part of the claim as well as a serious dent in my passenger's side door. Not only did they manage to keep the original bumper and make it look brand new, they also fixed the other side of the bumper at no extra cost AND got the nasty ding out of my passenger's side door for a very low price. They kept the costs so low that it didn't even reach my deductible. Oh and I have to add they cleaned the inside of the car as well. Mark was great, I couldn't be a happier customer!!

Why would they use a foam wash on brand new leather seats?! Not even four months old when a deer hit my 2017 Sahara Smoky Mountain Wrangler. I came here because it was recommended by my insurance company and they offer lifetime warranty. My front seats went from a new matte black to a dusty gray! They don't match the back seats! They never put back on my "wrangler unlimited" sticker & tried to convince me to take it home and bring it back, NOT! It's not lined up evenly to the other side and the fender they replaced needs to be sanded. I rubbed it and it scratched my hand and isn't smooth like the other side that WASN'T hit by the deer. I don't care if your parts manager was out sick, don't dismiss me and act like my concerns aren't valid. $2,100 worth of damage and I'm responsible for my $500 deductible. I will not pay if my Jeep doesn't look brand new again!!

The service is great: everything is done on time, you are called every three days to let you know what s happening, and you don t have to worry about your replacement car as they handle it for you.The job is perfectly done .I recommend that place to anyone who needs collision repairs.

Brought my rear ended vehicle (bumper and tailgate) through my insurance's preferred collision program. I was glad I picked Autometric instead of other collision store. I've had bad experiences with other collision shop before, so I was skeptical about this one as well. After dropping off my vehicle and getting it back 3 days later, I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience.My vehicle was fixed like it was new, all parts purchased or repaired were detailed in the estimate summary, and they detailed my vehicle! Not a simple run it through the car wash but almost a full detail. Exterior wash, interior wipe, even washed my rubber floor mats. Very impressed. Definitely put them at the top of your list.

I have worked with Matt on many occasions and have always been thrilled with the quality price and service. Everything from simple work on my domestic work trucks to extensive projects on my wife's import the repairs were completed timely but more importantly with top quality.Being a business owner I am always short on time, Matt made sure to keep me posted with updates but never demanded much of my time, he handled all the details with the insurance company.When the vehicle was completed it was immaculately detailedKeep up the good work, you are an asset to the Troy business community.

Work was done on time. Insurance covered. By the looks of it, it was properly done. Never heard of refinishing paint needing 30days to cure though.Forgot to install accessories and I had to go back to pick up part.

Autometric Collision is a one stop shop! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience there. It was so convenient to have the rental car in the same building. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He and his team did those little extras which make you want to return if you need them. My wife is super picky and she was even happy as her van looks brand new again. Thanks so much guys!

All the collision centers i called turned me down because i just wanted an appraisal and then was planning on going to my dealer for the repairs. Called Service king and got an appointment immediately. Went here the same day and got things done in less than an hour. Definitely recommend.

Went there for a quote on a small paint job, talked to a representative and never heard back. Two weeks later called to follow up. They apologized and promised to email it before the end of the day and another 2 weeks later I am still waiting for that quote.

Terrible, spend 6k to get the car repaired, side panel pop up within a month, went back they just screwed it. Went back second time because they put the wrong size of screw caps. Now the struts are bumping. The guy's name is Matt. He told me he will realign the wheel, but he never did. Later I found out from Suburban Toyota.

Shame on these people. Had an accident that broke my front bumper area. Gave me an unbelievable quote of around $7,000. Warned me that he will call the police if I leave their place. I asked him why. He said my hood will fly and kill his family. We pulled the hood and found it is secure and fit. This place can't make enough to support them.
