UPDATE: Two thumbs up for the PRINX HICITY HH2 exceeding expectations on snow and ice. They're also very quiet and handle well on dry roads. (The self service free tire pressure check / air pump is great! At the Maple Road location it's actually working properly most of the time, unlike many other businesses.)

Friendly and professional. They checked all my 4 tires for air leak and they fixed one of the tires, because there was a metal causing the air leak. And they did not charge me a single dollar. Zero charge! Excellent service! Kudos to Belle Tire! I'm a happy repeat customer!

I bought a set of new tires from this location and the employee clearly explained the process for receiving my rebate offer. Both times I've had appointments at this location the service was completed in a timely manner. I felt respected here and didn't feel they were constantly trying to up-sell me. My vehicle drives great after having an alignment done here for about half the price of what the dealership was asking. Would definitely come here again to have my car/tires serviced.

This belle tire has always been amazing. They've fixed my suspension system (I hit ice and slid into a curb pretty hard), replaced a burned out tail light, and done multiple alignments. They've always been able to get me in and out the same day. I would take my car here over the dealership any day of the week.

Came in with a tire slowly losing air, they pulled a small screw from it and patched it for free! Excellent service, very quick. Matt was very polite and got me taken care of quickly! These guys are very customer oriented.

I went to this Belle Tire with my 8+ year old car to see whether the shocks and struts need to be replaced. They promptly put the car up on a hoist to evaluate and told me that everything looks fine at this time - no need to replace the parts. Rather than just going for a 'quick sale', the honesty and integrity of this evaluation is very much appreciated. I will return for my future needs!

I was experiencing a slow leek on one of my tires. Luckly I was in the vinctey of Troy and found Belle tire on Maple rd. They very kindly checked it and found a minute leek which they repaired very quickly. The manager did not charge me which was extremely gracious. I have over the years gone to belle tire and have always had a pleasant experience. A happy customer.Andrew Donaldson

Brandon has been PHENOMENAL! He ordered my tire yesterday and had it for me the very next day! Brandon and the team at Belle Tire on maple have treated me like a absolute princess and I m so thankful! This location will continue to get my business because of Brandon and everyone here being so polite and accommodating! Thank you so much for all of your helpful service! I truly truly appreciate it so much!

Not a great place at all. Lost 3 hours for the second time and they want to change everything to fix . Could tell me the first time or could be more reasonable and not change everything just to charme more does not make sense

These guys are great. They have done most of the work on my car. Sometimes things happen and you think of problems been fixed and when it didn't end up being the right fix they always just took care of it and made it right without charging me more.

made an online appointment then the morning of the appointment they said they would not honor the appointment and would have to come in and wait in line. when did get the alignment they did not adjust the rear camber stating it doesn't have adjustment. I researched this as it sounded weird and my car does have rear camber adjustment. I even went under my car to verify. so if you want lies and incomplete work then Bell tire is your place.

came in sat morning to fix a leaky tire. normally a busy time. fixed while i waited. excellent counter service. no charge! came in to replace tires a few months later. they did job in 30 minutes! Always recommend.

I am constantly seeing their technicians flying through their parking lot, squealing tires as they accelerate onto Maple Road and performing donuts with vehicles in their snow-covered parking lot with other vehicles parked nearby. I would definitely BOT go there, as I don't think the technicians respect their customers property.

The guys here seem to really hate their job, they all have a horrible attitude. Literally huffing and puffing to the customer's face, I have experienced that every time. Another customer said the same thing happened to her there when purchasing tires. They not only did not do the alignment properly, but they wanted to charge me full price to do it again. They charge over $100 for an alignment. Everywhere else is much cheaper, Muffler man is $55. Worst Belle Tire I have ever dealt with. Will never go back here again.

I've yet to need this location service on my vehicle, but I received an unexpected and great surprise today when going to fill my tires. Brandon was helping a gentleman nearby and offered to fill mine as well out of the kindness of his heart! I've never had good service at previous locations (White Lake is the worst) but Brandon was so kind to offer that up on a beautiful summer day. Thank you, Brandon!

very pleasant staff and customer area. counter staff are clearly salesmen first. would like to give 5 stars but as professionals, they should have more options, skills at their disposal before burning off stuck lug nuts . And cost for job was exorbitant .

I've had great experiences at other Bell Tire locations. Not so much at this one. $600.00 bucks for break pads and a ball joint. Ok, fine. Stuff is expensive, but I asked them to look at an oil leak, and the reception person told me that I didn't have one. I DO have a leak, but the mechanic simply couldn't see where it was coming from. The reception guy told me the oil level was fine. Then, when I spoke to the mechanic, he said he did NOT check the oil level and then went ahead and did so. Bad communication and to me high pricing.

This Belle Tire location has amazing service. This was the third location I visited this morning - all others could not provide fast service, wanted me to drop my car off for the day when I needed one tire patched, and acted like they could care less. The representatives at this location (Maple and Crooks), were the exact opposite. They were courteous and gave me an accurate estimate of the time it would take to repair my vehicle. They repaired it in less time than they estimated (30 minutes). The atmosphere in the waiting room and store was calm and professional - so different than the other locations. I highly recommend this Belle Tire location!

Took my car in to get my flat tire repaired they fixed it for free and put it back on for me. This small gesture earned my future business will be my go to place from now on. Great friendly service ( very rare these days) from Brandon his helpfulness and professionalism was refreshing.

IF YOUR CAR NEEDS REPAIRS GO HERE!!! My AC was out, my tires were leaking and my oil needed changing and they did it all in a great amount of time for a great price! GRANT DID AN AMAZING JOB! I won't go anywhere else in the future!! He's my guy!!

Great experience! Friendly service from beginning to end, extremely efficient, and very helpful! Special thanks to Brandon who answered all of my questions and kept me informed from the time I called until I was back in my car after tire service and diagnostics on my alternator! I will definitely recommend Bell Tire Troy to my friends!

There a problem with all belle Tire especially the franchise. The belle tire Mechanic always put 40 psi or higher pressure in tire which above then the OEM recommend and that causes a general fail in suspension in all auto and it could blow a tire in highway specially in hard brake .

I have been to this location a handful of times and have always had a positive experience. Their customer service is consistently professional and courteous.Today, I went in without an appointment to address a leaking tire. They patched it for FREE, and in less than an hour, I was safely back on the road. I will certainly be back when my tires need replacing.

As a manager, I always told my crew, "Customer Service BEGINS in the parking lot." They clearly do NOT follow this at this location.I pulled into the parking lot and proceed to an empty bay door to see if someone could check my tire pressure. I'm an Amputee and getting down to the valve stems is difficult for me. So here I am at this Bay door with my handicap placard hanging from the rearview. There were at least 5 people in and out of the bays or standing talking with one another.Yet NO ONE so much as greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. After several minutes, I backed up to the self serve air station but couldn't use it.I've been a Belle Tire customer since moving here 7 years ago. I just moved into the neighborhood. So this was my first visit to this location. This, however, is the third time a Belle Tire location has ignored me. It'll be last time, as I'm not likely to return.Clearly you don't want my business. Message noted and receivedCustomer Service BEGINS in the parking lot! 05-05-2023 4pm
