My Daughter had a tire issue and took it to a place to have it fixed and while she was there they also told her she needed a bunch of work and it would cost about 1,500 to fix. I told them that we could not do it at this time, so a few days later I decided to take the car to Automotive Castle to have them look at it. Fred and Sam have always been upfront with me on any previous repairs and I knew they would tell me the truth. In the end Automotive Castle found no issues with the car. Thank you Fred and Sam for always being there and for your honesty

I have been blessed to know these guys Fred and Sam, for years. All my vehicles have been serviced by them. What I truly appreciate is that they will NEVER oversell me any of their services. Had tire repair done at an incredibly reasonable price. I've never experienced such kind, genuine people in an auto repair shop. A family-run business that treat you like family. Very grateful to have them very close to my home. Highly highly recommend!

I have had multiple phenomenal experiences with Fred s Auto Castle. My Dad swore by these guys for years and over the years has used them almost exclusively. I have the same trust in these guys. My 07 FJ Cruiser appeared to have major engine trouble. After taking it here these guys were honest and told me something that would have cost 8000 only cost me 1100. Fred & Sam are top notch. It s hard finding a reliable mechanic who is talking about things you may not understand. I m no car specialist - but these guys made me feel comfortable and explained the issues my van was experiencing and what was causing them. They aren t here to up sell you and rip you off. These guys are the real deal and thrilled I found them. My van drives like it s brand new and the AC feels like I m in Antarctica. They went above and beyond! Fred and Sam have now helped fix my car four times in the last couple months. They are always straightforward, honest and extremely helpful! They don t try to sell you their services for something you may not need. They fixed my AC, compressor, belt, alternator, etc. They are very responsive and work fast! I got my car towed here and within a day they had everything fixed. Prices are very reasonable. Could not recommend them more!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

My company moved in the local area right by this place and we gave them a shot to fix some trucks that we had. They did front end work on a pick up truck and break work for us on our work van. Work was done in a professional line of clear and honest communication from the owners. The price was what they said before the repair and they were very grateful for the business. Have been going here for three years now with many different cars and we keep going back because they are honest people. Please disregard the comment about the $40.00 tire plug that is false information, the people are very honest.

Automotive Castle recently repaired the noisy exhaust on my food truck and did an outstanding job. My truck is now quiet as can be! Plus they did the work quickly and at a good price. I ve taken my car there in the past for brake work too. I like working with them - Sam and his crew are nice guys and they always get the job done in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. I m really glad I found them!

Straight forward honest shop. Fast and reliable.Update: I've been taking my vehicles, any make and model to Auto Castle for years, since 2015. Always leave confident with the repairs and have developed a deep friendship with the staff since I first started going here for all my vehicle service.They fix vehicles, the right way, and faster than everyone else without taking any shortcuts.They do the job right.

Absolutely love this family owned place. Fred and his son are top tier professionals doing honest work, a rarity in today's society. These are the people you want handling and maintaining one your largest financial investments you make in your life. I find solace in the face of mechanical issues knowing these guys have my back.

This family owned shop is run by father and son. Both gentlemen are very pleasant, informative and helpful. They are truly happy to have your business. They promptly check your car and let you know what s wrong, what s needed and give you an honest estimate. Fred and Sam were recommended to us by another mechanic at a used car dealership, almost five years ago. He said Fred is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy person, (not the most trustworthy mechanic, but most trustworthy person), that you will meet. He was absolutely right, and we have never looked back. I have never trusted a mechanic in my life, in any city that I have lived in, so we always got a second, and sometimes third estimate, but Fred and Sam were not always markedly more inexpensive, but their workmanship is SUPERIOR. I have never had to go back!!! I have recommended many people to Fred and Sam, and I know they are happy because they always go back, even for regular maintenance. The peace of mind you have, knowing that when you drop off your car you are not going to get bamboozled, is priceless. I wish Fred and Sam had a Castle Plumbing, Castle Painting, Castle Electrical etc...Thank you for your kindness and honesty!!!!

They do great work. Very courteous and catering. Fair prices, very honest, have always had good quality work done and will continue to do business with them.They can always get parts very quickly even for older foreign cars.It's been over a year and I still continue to have them work on my cars. Very good work still being done here.

If you need an honest opinion about work on your vehicle, Fred is your man. Fred and Sam have worked on 2 of my vehicles and have been very honest in their assessment of what needs to be done on each of the vehicles. They do quality work and haven't disappointed me at all. I've been taking out family's cars here for almost 5 years. The quality of service and the value is always outstanding. I've never had sticker shock. I use them regularly for oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, headlamps and even wiper blades. They treat you like family. You will not be disappointed.

Very Very Rude and disrespectful.Went in there with bad brakes I just needed them to take the Lug nuts off as I was having trouble they said no it's too dangerous for you to drive let us do the work, I was short $12 they said well you want to go ahead and go get the rest of the money I guess my brakes were good enough to drive off and get the $12 I needed. I wouldn't trust this place to work on a matchbox car and what's up with no receipts kind of shady I would say. -10*In response to his response so I've only been there two other times and apparently I'm not one of his regular customers that lives across the street but since when do I have to be a regular customer to get SAFE service with a receipt.And yes you are correct I did pay you the $50 to take off one lug nut and you gave it back to me three times so I'm sorry I took up your time for that one lug nut for $50

Sam and Fred are the best guys in town. Everything I've ever had done on my vehicle weather it be an oil change or full suspension job has be done quickly and with beyond fair pricing, they don't try and over sell anything only what you need. Being a family owned business they treat you like family. The guys at automotive castle are the only ones I trust to get me back on the road. Quit your looking and come see them.

This is the best place to get your car fixed, hands down. As a woman, when I walk into a vehicle repair shop, I usually get ripped off and get take advantage of, but never have I ever gotten ripped off at Auto Castle! I love Fred, Sam and Dee. They always make sure to give me the best deals and they always get the job done as fast as possible so that i m not left without a car. They are honest workers which is hard to come by these days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO CASTLE! :)

Time tested for years. Fred and Sam are family now. ( they even came and helped me out of a bind in a parking lot today ) Honest guys with honest prices. They always go out of the way to show me the problematic parts and give me options for short and long term repairs. I will continue to go there as long as the castle still stands.

5 stars! If you need any work done on your vehicle I highly recommend giving Automotive Castle a try. Sam is very helpful and knowledgeable and the work is done in a timely manner and at a very respectable cost. I first came here due to other good reviews I've read on Google maps and I wasn't disappointed. I've had them work on 2 different vehicles fixing multiple things. Each job was finished on time (or early) and at a great price. I will continue to bring my vehicles here when something goes wrong. Thanks Sam and Fred!!!

I called for a quote, He told me to bring it in so he could look at it. When I brought it in, he didn t even look at it and he told me that it was too difficult for him to do. So I went home and did the repair myself, even though I recently had open heart surgery. It only took me one and a half hours to complete the repairs. I was willing to pay up to $500 for the repair. All I can say about this place is that I ll never go there again and I m going to tell all of my friends not to go there.Thanks for wasting my time, Frank!Oh, and thanks for saving me $500!The repair that I wanted was rear leaf spring shackles replaced.

I was having brake problems with my 2011 Kia Optima and I started having brake problems and I only let dealership that I bought my car from to work on my car, but it was sat & they were closed so I was driving & I saw Auto Castle and I met the Owner Fred & his son Sam. So they told me what was wrong so I let them fix it and I haven't had a problem since. They are Great knowledgeable guys that know what they are doing with smiles on their faces the whole time. Great prices as well.

Our family has been taking our vehicles to Automotive Castle for the last couple of years whenever we need maintenance or repairs. They have fair prices and always do a great job. If you are looking for a different place to service your vehicles give Automotive Castle a try and you will probably be glad you did. Fred, the owner, has been great as well as his son Sam.

My wife and I have been coming back to Fred's for years. They have always been very fair with their pricing and do quality work. They have even given us rides home when we needed to drop off a car overnight! Even though we have moved out of the area, we still come back across town whenever we need work done, and that's saying something!

I had my car serviced by Fred and was very pleased with the work and the price.We then brought in a family members van for some extensive repair work and they did an excellent job at a very fair price.Good guys!

I started having handling issues with my Pontiac G6 and I scheduled an appointment with Fred at Automotive Castle. I dropped my car off in the morning and they inspected the vehicle to identify the problem by noon the same day.Fred called me around noon and explained to me exactly all the issues that needed attention and gave me a fair price for the work. He also was very honest and told me that I did not need a new catalytic converter. I had explained to Fred and Sam (son) in previous conversations that I thought this was the problem but it was not needed.The work on the car was done before 5pm the same day and I took it for a ride that night, The car drives and runs great! I will always trust Fred and Sam with my vehicle. I hope this review helps other people because I know it is very difficult to find a fair and honest mechanic these days.
