This place is the best! I ve been going to Auto Pro for years, and you will always find a professional, kind, and knowledgeable technician. From the first phone call to showing you the parts on the car-they explain to you what is going on in a relatable way-and I know nothing about cars. The repair costs are more than reasonable coupons are available.Customer service is beyond what could be expected. It s the little things like a clean bathroom and waiting room, the place smells good, and kind smiles from the workers. I brought my kids once and AJ brought out chocolate chip cookies for them. As a whole, they truly care about their customers and it is consistently like this with each visit. Highly recommended!

Paid for them to inspect a used car I was thinking about buying. They were honest, straightforward, and willing to answer my follow up questions. Might've saved me from buying a lemon. Also appreciate the offer to inspect the next vehicle I wanted to look at for free. Honest and professional - I recommend.

Let me tell you my experience with this car shop. I took my car there to fix the window controls due to an electronic problem. I got there and I was told there will be a $160 fee to check the car which will go towards the repair fees. After they got done checking my car I was forced to pay half of my invoice in order for them to order the part although nothing was repaired in my car. I argued with the cashier why i had to pay half of the invoice for a part to come in when there was no sign that stated i had to. I just didn t bother until I went to my car. I noticed there was dents on the door panel. It didn t bother me until I got a call a week later for me to come in and get my car fixed. So I didn t hesitate to take a picture of my car door before I came in which my lawyer has. After the repair, the cashier gives me a different credit company which is called Snap Finance(untrusted credit line) which was different from the first credit company on the day I got my car looked into. I also got charged the $160 and apparently he was doing me favor by not charging me another $200 for the wire replacements which he never mentioned from the start. And before i called to make sure the price, he said it would come to $406 but when i got there i paid a total of $600. I also confronted the manager and the technician about this repair problem. After I showed the pictures to the manager of the before and after repair. The manager said he would order me a new part to get it fixed. After two weeks later, I haven t got a single phone call to get my car fixed. I had to call again but apparently the manager moved to a different location. After i spoke to the new manager named AJ, and he said he would contact the old manager about this situation. I still haven t gotten any information till this day. It s been 3 weeks now and this company hasn t said a word to me. Don t worry, they will hear from me soon.Update: I've spoken to the owner Zain about this whole situation. He took credibility for the actions of what happened in his business. He was able to replace the part that was damaged. He also accommodated for both of my kids on their birthday by buying them a bounce house for a day. The owner was a down to earth man who cared for his business and his customers. AJ the manager also contacted me and accompanied me throughout the process and repair. Snap Finance also got ahold of me about my credit situation and was able to resolve the problem.Service: Electrical repair

Auto Pro Troy did an amazing job servicing my Chevy Malibu. I had multiple issues with the car and they handled them all in a reasonably time and at a great price. A.J and Ryan both assisted me, while the entire staff customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them for your car repair.

Had a great experience here! Tried the dealer first and wasn t able to get scheduled for a month. Got forwarded to automated messages every time. Called Auto Pro, got a response immediately and offered to inspect the vehicle for free.The facility is nice and clean. Was greeted by Huzaifa, who was super friendly and always had a smile on. They fixed my car in a day. Gave frequent updates via messages and phone calls. Pricing was fair. Huzaifa also gave me a free oil change since it s my first visit.Overall would definitely return. Car is working great and won t need to be serviced for a while. Highly recommend!

A repair shop I trust enough to recommend to anyone. I started coming here because of their oil change price, then when mine and my wife s cars needed repairs. Honest and genuine, they treat your car like it s their own and don t try to oversell. My favorite part is they re not afraid to take you in the back show you the repair or provide pictures via text. Transparency is key to trust and they excel.

Good service. Clean facility. Quick turnaround. Friendly and professional staff. They are pricey ($180 to run electrical check and diagnostic codes). Not sure if their supplier is just expensive or my problem was really that costly. As they started the repairs, they called twice with updates on more and more that was wrong (and more $$$) Not sure if I will be returning. Definitely shop around.UPDATE: The following day after posting my review, the Auto Pro - Troy staff called me, apologizing and offered to refund about 16% of what I payed. They then asked if I could do them a favor and update my review to 5 stars. To be clear, I did not have a bad experience here. The people working here are very friendly, they have great professional service, and the facility is well-kept.But it does make me wonder why they couldn't have just given me a better price to begin with rather than waiting for me to leave a review and then reaching out to "buy more stars" so to speak. Let me be clear: this place is very friendly and professional.I just think that those of us who know little about cars need to be aware: shop around to make sure you are getting the best price. If that is Auto Pro - Troy, great. I did not shop around like I should have, so maybe they do in fact have the best prices. It just seemed very expensive to me.

Auto Pro has been a dependable, professional place that has gained my trust to service my vehicle. So far I have taken, 3 vehicle there, and I am pleased with the quality of service from the front desk to the shop mechanics. I have been here twice in the past year. The staff is consistently professional, timely and thoroughly honest. I would trust any car in their care. Huzaifa made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. He provides great customer care. Would go back to them in a heartbeat!

Huzaifa was awesome. Auto Pro has great customer service. Would highly recommend.My husband and I both switched from going to the dealership (Mini dealership and a Ford dealership) to Auto Pro. We received better customer service and better pricing. Convenient location and they will shuttle you home after you drop off your car. Kept in consistent contact in regards to my vehicle. Excellent team of people. Thanks!!!!

this place is fantastic!! they have been so nice to work with - they call you every step of the way, explain everything to me in a way that makes sense, answer my hundreds of questions i have along the way without seeming annoyed, and so much more. i ended up having some expensive work needed and they helped me feel a lot better in the process. i saw all their good reviews so i decided to give them a shot an i now understand why there are so many good reviews! they also have a shuttle service to give you a ride home/pick you up if they ll need your car for an extended period of time!! can t say enough good things

They spent almost 3 whole days replacing my entire suspension and various other components and were very diligent about their work. I was always kept up to date on their progress, they made recommendations with utmost honesty, and they generously gave discounts wherever possible. The team is great and I will most definitely visit again next time I need to!

Great Service at affordable prices. I had my Mazda CX-5 AWD brake pads and rotors changed in here recently. All four wheels cost me around $900 which is way lesser compared to Dealership. The whole thing took less than 2 hours and the customer service was excellent. Very polite employees. I would recommend this place.

These guys are awesome. I've been going to them for a couple years now without any problems. I recently had my back brake light go out on me and they changed it at NO charge. Huzaifa helped me through the entire thing. Thanks again guys, keep up the good work.

Absolutely the most affordable and best customer service shop around. They were able to quote, diagnose and preform an oil change and brake fluid flush within 2 hours with little waiting time! AJ at the front desk was absolutely a pleasure to meet and extremely informative, I would highly recommend coming here to anyone.

Yo this place is literally the best place ever. I have received better treatment that at this place. They changed my oil with lightning speed and the customer service was the best I have ever seen in my life. If you are looking to get something done with your car this is the place to do it. I would recommend this to literally anybody. These guys are the best, don't miss out

I have always had a great experience at auto pro Troy. I have brought my car, as well as my wife s in multiple times over the last few years for all our repair and maintenance needs. They have always been extremely welcoming and very efficient with any work that needs to be done. They have consistently provided exemplary customer service. Most recently, my 2018 ford escape had an electrical issue with the center console screen. After several days of trouble shooting and running into some coding difficulties- auto pro arranged to have my vehicle transported to a nearby dealership to ensure the issue was fixed in a timely matter. Since my car had been in the shop for several days and they personally were unable to solve the issue in house- they arranged for the transportation and work done at the dealership free of charge to me- something that was truly remarkable and illustrates their phenomenal service and dedication to their customers. I highly recommend them and will continue to bring mine and my wife s vehicles into them for any and all vehicular issues that arise.

The employees at Auto Pro in Troy were incredibly thorough, quick, and a pleasure to work with. Huzaifa did an excellent job explaining everything to me when I had questions and the manager I worked with, AJ, was also incredibly accommodating and helpful. They were also very fair with pricing. Great service!Took my jeep in for an issue with the transfer case. Found out needed to go to the dealer but Huzaifa and his team were supportive and spotted the issue with my vehicle. Helped me give me a ride home and did not charge me for the diagnostic due to needing to go to a dealership. Would highly recommend people check the place out for their car servicing needs!! Thank you again Auto Pro, I will definitely be coming here for changing my tires.

Had major work performed on my 2015 Wrangler to bring it back to new, 100,000 mile condition: brakes, tune up, all four fluid changes, oil & filter, 4 new shocks, new front suspension, radiator flush, serpentine belt replacement and replace air bag clock spring. Work took day and one-half. Kept me appraised of status/new issues. Offered rides. Very professional in every way. Excellent service so courteous Huzaifa Rabbani worked with the owner to cover the cost of my brake service, given that it was just out of warranty. Couldn t have been more professional, understanding, and accommodating. Could not have expected this, he really went above and beyond. Extraordinary experience. I recently had an oil change at auto-pro Troy. Everyone is not only friendly and courteous but also hold themselves responsible for timely and professional services. They make sure that their customer s time is valuable and strive to complete services in allotted time frame. They were apologetic when the oil change took much longer than anticipated and compensated for the delay that occurred at their end!
