On June 19,2023 ,My friend and me was involved in a accident in are brand New Slingshots. Her machine was totaled and mind was repairable. This was a very bad situation.Jason and Derek made every effort to make this a better situation and they did. Both of them Young men when above and beyond. Job well done. These guys are awesome, truly went above and beyond for me and my sled.They made sure to use OEM parts as I requested, kept me updated frequently on what was going on and most importantly, were very knowledgeable about my particular sled and what needs to be serviced every year.The guys even showed me how to clean the plastics and my seat since I couldn t find a product to work.Will definitely be going back.

I called to get a quote on some parts for an old sled I was working on and the prices were great. They knew exactly how to help after I explained what was going on and the real problem ended up being something totally different than what I had thought! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Call em up, explain the situation and let them help. I was very close to buying parts I really didn t need and spending time and work with installation before they helped me diagnose what was really wrong. These guys don t just want to sell you parts, they really want to help you get the right stuff! Again, can t recommend enough!

If you have a small motor ride with problems. All terrain will solve your problem at a fair price. I had major issues with my side by side and Derek took it all apart and made sure he fixed it right. When no one else would. This guy is dependable and will get it right.

I highly recommend the gang at All Terrain Powersports. They were very knowledgeable, fixed the problem quickly and did the work at a fair price. There was no upselling on things you didn t need, which I appreciated.

Derek and Jason were both great to work with. They were up front, honest, and didn t try to up sell me, which is hard to come by. The turn around time was quicker than I expected. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to others.

Dereck and Jason are knowledgeable and efficient mechanics and have attended to the repairs of a motor cycle and four wheeler of mine that hadn t been working for a couple of years. They did a great job and were more than fair for the work done. I highly recommend them for all your off road vehicle repairs. Absolutely outstanding customer service! Seriously, these guys are heroes that saved my annual Memorial Day weekend camping trip. You just don't find shops that understand the customer and go out of their way to provide such excellent service very often. I brought my Can Am Outlander in for what turned out to be a new fuel pump. They were able to troubleshoot the issue, rule out any other issues and locate a part in a matter of hours. Sure, the part was in Grand Rapids.. and it was getting late... But, I was able to acquire it and get it to them in time for them to have me on my way up north right on time! I will 100% be recommending them to anyone who will listen and I'll be bringing all of our ATVs in for their regular service. Quality people, doing quality work and taking pride in their business. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with Derek and Jason. They got my Seadoo checked out and repaired quickly. The dealer couldn't even look at it for four weeks. Derek looked at it same day and had it ready four days later. You won't be disappointed with them.

Actually my experience with them and finding the problem then fixing was awesome. Had Mama's toy up and running right on time for fun. Highly recommend for all who what quality work and your toys working properly. Thumbs up for sure! Will always go back!

Brought my quad in for some upgrades when other places ether couldn't or wouldn't touch it Derek was super nice and the guy's got it done fast and the right way I will be bringing in my sled and all my business here from now on

Great to have someone around who can resolve your atv problems, give you a fair price and fix your problem quickly. The guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. My atv is ready to go now. I will definitely seek their services again..

Great service . Brough my 2022 can am x3 in for some performance and maintence. Love the kit he installed and new whip lights. i have to say the wiring and attention to detail on how they were installed was amazing. Will be back for some wheels and tires soon.

I can t say enough about Derek and Jason!! They did a great job on my Arctic 4x4. If you need repairs on your machine these are the guys you want to use!!! Very timely and the cost is reasonable!!

I cannot say enough good things about Derek! I brought my new to me 2013 Arctic Cat 1100 in for pre season maintenance. It had a small issue I wanted him to check out. He found a lot more problems that were not obvious when I bought it. I basically bought a lemon of a sled and he was upfront and honest about what he found and what it was going to cost before starting to repair anything. Biggest thing for me is his honesty. You can trust he knows what he s doing and his pricing is more than fair for the work he does!

I'm am absolutely sold on this shop. I took in a 1996 Yamaha Big Bear with several problems. They reviewed the ATV and to me the cost was more than worth it to get this vehicle running again. When I got it back it was running and looking much better than I could have ever imagined. Absolutely the place to go.

I m extremely impressed with the quality of service. They went through my machine thoroughly and treated it as if it were their own. This is the best experience I ve ever had at a power sport shop. Never again will I go back to my dealer for service. All-Terrain Powersports is the real deal.

Derek is a great mechanic and a better guy. Took care of my jet ski this year and even helped me out when I got into some trailer trouble leaving his shop on 75. Thanks again and looking forward to working with you in the spring!!
