Jack's has completed small and large repairs on two of my vehicles. I've never had issues, they're quick and professional. They recently did a complete brake job on my 2016 Escape and even charged me less than they quoted me. I'll continue to give them my business. Thanks Jack's!

They put in my new engine, didn't reconnect my battery/alternator, kept taking it back to them they never once checked it, just kept sending me off after resetting codes. They also never reconnected my intake. They also ran my car out of gas and gave it back to me. I would say everyone should avoid going here. I know service is hard to come by but this is pretty darn bad. They told me to "take it somewhere else" after I paid them and the job wasn't done. So yeah I wouldn't recommends Jacks. Wasted so much of my time, put my safety at risk because they said I could drive it when I really couldn't. This went on for about 2 months. And I'm still having someone else fix the issues they caused.

Quality mechanics, fast service and cheap prices. They replaced my thermostat the same day I dropped it off and charged way cheaper than the dealership would have. Saved time and money going here. This place is underrated I highly recommend them.

Had a problem with my 2020 Equinox! Jacks fixed it in two days! Quick, reliable and reasonably priced! I am so greatful for them and how quick I was helped! 10/10 would recommend!

I've been going to Jack's for decades. He is a good honest mechanic. The other mechanics working for him, have been with him for years. As testimony to his quality work, the garage is always full. As busy as this business is, the turn-over time for repairs is usually only 1 to 3 days. His prices are reasonable and I have taken my car in many times only to have him call me and tell me the problem was simple and there would be no charge.

Good fast service. Prices are not unreasonable. I've gone to Jack's a number of times and when he fixes something it stays fixed. The biggest thing is I trust him to tell me what's really wrong and fix it.

You can trust Jack, he will be totally honest with you. No frills or advertising hipe. Take your car to him and he will fix it or tell you its not worth it. He has fixed every car I have ever brought to him at a fair price. I have learned alot from him about cars and now when I go to look at one to buy I ask him to check it out. Give him a try, you will not be dissapointed. ~~~

I highly recommend Jack s Garage for any automotive repairs, I have taken one of my older vehicles here on more than one occasion and they have always given me a fair price, and fixed my issue in a short amount of time. These guys don t try to rip you off like Toms Family Auto on Allen Rd.

Family s spent 10s of thousands getting stuff fixed here always trusted them until they had my vehicle for over two weeks and only did an oil change and lied to me the whole time about it being worked on. Also lost my engine cover.

I wanna thank jacks garage put my hood latch on and refuse to accept my money told me come back when I have a serious problem I will definitely do that and advise anyone in the area to please go here.i haven't had that type of hospitality in a long time loved this place

The mechanics they're at Jack's Garage not only care about their customers but they take great pride and what they do and they do it right they have never once in almost 10 years I've been going there and Counting given me a hassle or misdirected me in any way
