Every part of my experience was amazing. Getting an appointment was quick. I was asked all the right questions, so they knew everything about the car before it was even in their possession. Once they had my car, I was given updates when needed. Despite being a busy shop, they took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. They never tried to upsell me on work and their prices were lower than expected. Everyone I spoke to made me feel like I was part of the company family. The knowledgeable women at the front desk knew more about cars than most mechanics that I have known in the past. I felt like my car was in the right hands from the moment it was dropped off to the moment I picked it back up.Special thanks to Mae and Shawn. You have made a customer for life out of me.I cannot express my gratitude enough.

After asking a local car group who they'd recommend to work on my 13 Audi A4 these guys (and gals) were by far the most recommended. After scheduling an appointment with the lovely and knowledgeable receptionist for a timing chain replacement. I dropped the car off and within one day I received a call stating my car done! I almost couldn't believe it! The next day I picked up my car and got to chat with the tech that worked on my car. He himself was not only very knowledgeable in his field but was a very polite and genuine guy. The work was completed to my satisfaction and their prices are very competitive! Shawn and Mae are the only people I trust with my cars. I've taken 3 to them since 2017 and have referred countless people. Amazing service. They got me in for a diagnosis within 2 days of calling, it turned out to be a small issue and they fixed it right away. There aren't enough stars to represent how good we think the folks at Worldwide Import Automotive are. Up here on vacation from 400 miles south in Indiana, our BMW Z4 decided to suddenly show two warning lights -- potential brake problems that could have sidelined the car. I know "everybody's busy" and "we don't have enough people" but the first two places we stopped said they wouldn't even be able to look at it until next week or next month (meaning September!). Last recommended stop was Worldwide and Mae and Shawn saved the day. They are crazy busy too but Shawn was willing to take the 10 minutes it required to run computer diagnostics and found no problems that can't wait until we're home. Vacation saved! And no 800-mile return trip required. What a great team. Special bonus? Finn, the shop's 120-pound Bernese mountain dog. What a great pupper! Thanks again! These guys are amazing, with a month long backup they were able to have my come by with my pepper white mini and throw it on the computer to diagnose a check engine light. It was just a loose hose, and it was replaced immediately. Have use them for major repairs before as well, and they were as awesome as ever. Super kind, super knowledgeable and super fast. ONLY take your euro car to worldwide. Thanks Sean and Mae, I truly appreciate you guys.

Mae and Shawn are amazing! I usually put car mechanics in the same bucket as lawyers...not sure who you can trust or who's out to get more money from you. I can tell you that they go above and beyond for you at Worldwide Import. Shawn and Mae are incredible people and business owners. I ve never trusted a mechanic like I trust them before and I would recommend them to anyone. I owned a 2005 Volvo S40 that inevitably with age had some issues and Shawn went far above and beyond for me. He also taught me a lot about what he was doing and explained the work in a way that a (very much) non-mechanic could understand. He s a really patient person and Mae might be the kindest woman I met in Traverse City.

My check engine light came on, and I took it here. Shaun diagnosed and fixed my car and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is correct.Definitely a place you can trust.Fair pricing, and very personal, friendly and transparent.They don t try and con you into things you don t need. Very good experience overall.

WorldWide Auto Service is precisely the type of company that I enjoy doing business with. A local business owner with a very personable approach to the car repair market. Curt and Shawn communicate very well with the customer to meet their needs and address the repair issues. These two gentlemen have made problem solving a first priority and treat each vehicle as if it were their own. I will always take my cars to World Wide Auto and would strongly recommend them for their character and expertise in a service industry that needs more people just like them. I would recommend anybody to Worldwide Auto without any hesitation. I've requested a lot of upgrades to my Audi over the past 6 months and Shawn and his team have been great in taking on those jobs and advising me about complementary parts. I will certainly return there in the future.

I was recommended to Worldwide Auto by a friend when the engine on my BMW 335i blew. The repair process took longer than expected, but at no fault of anyone at Worldwide Auto.The replacement engine was difficult to aquire and took a few tries before a proper one was found. Kurt and Shawn made sure every part of the car was running at 100% before giving me back the keys. I've had the car back for almost two months now and I couldn't be happier with the repair.I will definitely be taking my BMW to Worldwide Auto for expert service and repairs from now on and I recommend you do the same!

Shawn and Mae are the owners. They are literally the first auto repair facility that actually cares about the customer. If you don't need they will tell you so. They are very busy and have a back log but they always take care of the customer. If it is an emergency and just dont have enough hours in the day they will suggest someone close that they personally know and trust.

Worldwide Auto is an absolutely top-notch shop in every way! We have been going there for almost 20 years and wouldnt even consider going anywhere else! Completely honest, reliable, reasonable prices, flexible, and geniuses when it comes to fixing complicated problems! It's so challenging to find an honorable, competent, and reliable shop, so Worldwide Auto is an absolute jem!

Curt and Shawn at Worldwide have worked on all three of my vehicles for 6 years now ('85 BMW M635CSi, '95.5 Audi urS6 & '03 A4). They are always extremely honest about what needs to be done, what can wait and always do great work. Curt's knowledge even extends to rare older models of which most mechanics have never even heard of. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After using Worldwide several times over the course of the past year I don't know why I would go elsewhere. Great service, great pricing, great people - and now an APR dealer too! A+++ Worldwide Auto Service came highly recommended to me. Could not be happier with their service and quality of work. Kurt is extremely honest and this is rare these days. I also strongly recommend them as an auto service shop.

My son's car needed work while he was away at College. It's scary to work with someone whom you have never met. Worldwide came highly recommended. He took the time to listen and explain things. He earned my trust, referrals, and future business.

I had the most costly experience I have ever had, Curt threw parts at my 2001 bmw x5 to a total of $2400 and the problem was never fixed. Took the car to the bmw dealer and it was repaired for $347 I called Curt about my issues and all I got was a bad attitude from him. Iam in the car business as a sales person and now when ever a customer take one of my cars to Curt for an inspection he makes sure that the car dosent pass in his eyes all my cars are not good enough to be sold, I would never recommend this guy for any repairs after my experience. His unprofessional way of dealing with my customers for inspections because of being called out on his miss diagnostic on my personal car shows me what kind of guy he really is. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE.
