Great experience with Williams Auto Max in Traverse City! Adam Wolpa made the process so quick and easy. I bought the perfect car in less than an hour - they had everything ready for me when I arrived. Shannon in the loan department was also a lovely person to work with! She was sweet and really had my best interest in mind.

We were in to look at used cars and Eric was very helpful. I did not feel like he was tying to shove a car down my throat. He was open, honest and willing to go the extra mile to help my husband and I. His communication and follow up was top notch compared to other dealerships in the area. Can I give ten extra stars to my salesman, Max, that I dealt with? He was so awesome!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with exactly the car that I wanted! He thought outside the box. There was no pressure, just 100% excellent service!!! I had never bought a car before and he was very patient and understanding!!! I highly recommend that if you are looking for a great car, you stop in to Williams Chevrolet and ask for Max!!! Thanks so much for everything!!!

Bought a used car from Williams and I had an awesome salesman, Adam Wolpa. He's awesome and super easy to talk to and was good at explaining everything to me since it was my first car from a dealership. The "numbers guy" (not Adam) kind of rushed me through the paperwork and I ended up getting a warranty that if I knew how much it costed, I wouldn't have gotten it but they break it down by monthly payments and lump it in with the price of the car so you don't know what the full price of the warranty is. READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING, even if they're rushing you. Thank you Adam! You were awesome!

Stacy Victor is friendly and attentive. She made it known that she WANTED to sell us a car. After she sold us our first car she said she d keep her eyes peeled for the perfect second vehicle and called us the minute it came in!We did have to wait 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment but overall good experience.

As you can see, i am almost a level 8 Google Contributer. Most of my reviews are good. But from time to time, i find a bad apple. I was very disappointed with this dealership. I saw a Facebook ad saying i would have "credit forgiveness" and ZERO DOWN financing on a new car. So i clicked it and was taken to messenger. I left a message and was soon contacted by someone who led me to believe i was talking to a sales agent at the dealership. I explained in detail my credit situation, my scores, work life, my time on the job, and time at my current address. I explain my credit mishaps. They told me they could help me. We made an appointment for a Saturday. Well, i went in, and i did not have an appointment on record. I asked why, and the agent explained that who i talked to was not a sales agent. They don't even work at the dealership. They are at some call center. They dont actually make appointments with anyone at the dealership. So that was their first decieving event. Then i gave my credit info to the agent. He ran my credit, putting a hard inquiry on my report, and he walked out of the building to the used lot to hand me off. He told me he couldn't help me due to credit issues. I was told i would have to fix some credit issues myself, pay off my current loan, use my current vehicle as a trade-in, and have cash to put down. So, what we have here is misleading advertising, false advertising, and bait & switch. There is no credit forgiveness. And there is no zero down financing with credit issues. That proves there is no credit forgiveness. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Unless, of course, you have perfect credit.

We love our car. We had a great experience with our sales person (John) and the finance person (Kevin) but the others we dealt with made us feel rushed, pushed into the purchase, didn't listen and were more concerned about getting a car sold and the survey results that we would potentially be giving them. Will not do business again there because of how we felt when we left. You should be excited about getting a new car not sick to your stomach.

My experience at Williams was positive. Adam Wolpa was helpful and not pushy at all. Even though it was later in the day, I was able to test drive multiple Chevy Equinox to narrow down the best option for me. The team also got the financing & paperwork done quickly and I was able to take the car home that night which I didn't expect.

Maksim (the sales person I dealt with) was amazing! He answered all my questions, was extremely professional, and spent as much time as necessary covering all the bells & whistles on the vehicle. I would highly recommend giving Williams a shot!

Eric gets 5 stars and was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He took my preferences and educated me on a new opinion of different vehicles. My only improvements for Williams would be on the loan officer for asking so many times to get the warrenty. I said no at least 4 times in 2 minutes and I was still pushed to get a warrenty. Second, the desks are too sterile. Pictures and personal display items are a way for customers and sales reps to build rapport and trust. I am in sales and understand the need for the ice breaker vacation picture or item that would take some of the anxiety away from buying a vehicle.

These guys are great to work with! Adam, had the inventory ready for us to test drive and knows the product and value. Gordon, made the price work for us on the sale and the trade in. We had a problem with the brakes shortly after the purchase and they stood behind the issue and resolved it for us. Mike, in Service is on of the best Service guys I have worked with. We are very happy we made the drive to Williams to purchase our truck. Highly recommend Williams.

The issue with the "Service Charging System" that was displayed by my 2014 Volt was resolved relatively quickly, or at least within the time frame that was suggested when I called to set up an appointment for the work. That was satisfactory.I do think, however, that the total charges for this work ($150 diagnosis/$300 software update reprogramming) are rather steep for what was apparently a "known" issue with the vehicle. Per Repair Invoice 36219, "a software update ...is available to correct this condition." While this may not have fallen under "warranty" provisions, especially with the age of the vehicle, it would have been good had GM made the information about the potential problem and the available resources to correct it more readily know to vehicle owners so it could have been included in a regular service appointment.

Everybody at this dealership was beyond helpful. As a first time car buyer, they gave me all the tools I needed to make an informed decision. Adam Wolpa did a fantastic job showing me around the lot and getting all of the information I asked for including a detailed car maintenance history. The finance team was a breeze here and I was in an out with a brand new set of wheels in a short time! Highly recommend this place for a great deal and great service!

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle at Williams, with Alec Schryer as our salesperson. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Williams helped us finance our new car so that it is affordable for us, and we found the vehicle that is perfect for our family! We would definitely buy another car through Williams Chevrolet again, as their prices are fair and the quality of vehicles and service is high.

Very disappointing experience with Williams. Have gotten 3 trucks from there. First transaction was great. Second was terrible. The Salesperson had double booked herself and I sat there for 5 hours. The terms and price also changed than what I was originally told.The last transaction was a nightmare. Had put down a deposit on a new truck. It took multiple phone calls to ever get anyone to call me back. The terms that I put the deposit down completely changed by the time the truck arrived. Very disappointing experience. I left with the Salesperson supposed to call me back when the wheel well liners came in. It's been over a year now.... NO call back. I gave up on the call back a long time ago.I just watched a Williams Chevy commercial on TV. Don't believe any of the prices and terms they advertise. Unless you work for GM you won't get it. I believe this is deceptive advertising.Will NOT get a 4th truck there.

My husband and I had a much better experience looking for a car at Williams Honda than any of the other dealers we had looked at for a 2020 CRV. The prices were competitive and we really appreciated the service team. Adam Wolpa was great and very responsive to our questions. He was very helpful and made the process easy. He was not pushy, like some of the other dealers we had went to. We would highly recommend both Williams Honda and Adam!

Dealt with Maks. He was very professional but yet down to earth to talk too. He's not pushy in trying to persuade you into a vehicle. He answers all your questions and returns your calls should you leave him a message. He knows his vehicles and the features on them. If you are looking for a used or new vehicle be sure to stop and talk to Maks as he will help you get the vehicle that fits your needs and budget. He also likes it when you buy his lunch for him.
