Suer sales staff! Great selection of new and used vehicles. John Mogila was very friendly and was very attentive to my wants and needs for my new vehicle, and found me the perfect fit. Casey Scott the finance manager was Great! He was able to get me a lower interest rate and payment than I expected! Thank you Williams Chevrolet!

The place to go for all Corvette needs! . Old or new! =b. Friendly staff and a nice little waiting room but best of all, super close to the mall so when it opens you can easily walk over there and distract yourself doing whatever at the mall while your vehicle gets serviced

I bought my new Hyundai from Auto Max, i live over an hour away, sales manager Cody worked with me great through email, he was very professional and easy to talk to, after deciding on this vehicle, everything was set and ready to go for me upon arrival to pick it up, I can t say enough about how great he was to work with. 10 stars in my book!

My son's car was in for repair. They were so very helpful. 2 of the team members I remember are Drew and Randy they were extremely helpful in getting my son a loaner car. I had my car in for an oil change. I was a little flustered that day as I'd just lost my dad, they took the time to explain everything with my sons car and the time frame for my oil change.Great group of people to work with and if I could give them more than 5 stars I most definitely would. Thank you to everyone at William's Chevrolet.

Didn't have what I was looking for and unfortunately their power was out (awesome of them to keep working). Fred and Joey were great to work with. Nothing fit my budget today for what I was looking for. If the power was on we could have done some more searching. I will have to come back another time.

Nice place but very very expensive just for them to change light bulbs and change a fuse

Matt was very friendly, but they have a real scarcity of parts. What should've been fixed in a day is now taking over a week. They gave us a loaner that had zero options on it.If you have car trouble, make sure your in the suburbs of a big city.

Very cordial over the phone. Seemingly short staffed, subject due to COVID-19 and this time it may change as qualified people become available. Sent my vehicle there for a recall event on it. Kindness goes a long way when handling a situation when everyone is stressed and trying not to show it. I had toschedule my recall around the availability of their technician to do my recall on my vehicle. No foreseeable issues with this dealership otherwise.

I had been communicating with a sales guy here via text messaging and I informed him of my budget I was working with. When I came in for my appt and test drive everything was great, fun, informed of vehicle, he was kind but then when it came down to paperwork and numbers it seemed he had forgotten all that we talked about. I felt embarrassed and ignored.

I would not recommend this place to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle. I found the salesman I spoke with to be very unprofessional. After setting an appointment to look at vehicles within the price range I specified, the salesman informed me that there were no vehicles within that price range. People don't enjoy driving two and half hours one way just to be lied to.

Josh in service was great. I recently purchased a new/used Honda Element and knew I would need to fix a few things and get a spare key ($100 )Wow. Was thoroughly shocked when they inspection said I needed over $7500 in repairs, I didn't even pay that much to purchase. Ugh

Pretty friendly place but I found another dealer easier to work with. Williams made me fill out paperwork for a road test and they keep all the vehicles locked. Other dealers keep their vehicles unlocked and all they did was scan my license and I was off for a road test. Ultimately I bought from another dealer even though they are 45 miles further away. I did however receive a follow up call from the dealer after my review and since they proactively improve their experience I upped them to 5 stars. Just reaching out after a somewhat negative review is easily worth two stars all by itself. Thank you.

Customer service was very poor. The only good employee was my technician Ryan. The other employees did not even acknowledge me, which was upsetting because my experience with the Honda dealership in Muskegon was wonderful and they even washed my car! Not impressed with how customers are treated here.

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Management is never interested in working with their customers especially after the sale they have no time for you. Had brake issues Nathan said he would contact me never called me I had to call him back several times to get nowhere. If it's a good car you're looking for do not go to Williams you're looking for good customer service do not go to Williams

I wish I could give 0 stars.Very displeased with a recent purchase from the wholesale lot. One of my grandfathers dream cars is an 8th generation Honda Civic Si. Well, took a trip from Alpena and turns out there was a 2008 Honda Civic SI on the wholesale lot. So on my grandpa's 77th birthday, he purchased it. 20 miles from the dealership, serpentine belt shredded, put on a new one in Advance Auto parking lot in Acme, belt shredded again in front of Turtle Creek Casino. Had to get a ride back by the mall to AutoZone since they were the last near person to have one in stock. Had to idle it home to save the belt. After checking the issue, the motor mount bolts are broke off in the head, car also needs both drive axles as the boots are ripped. Matt won't help with any of the damage, will only refund for the car, but being as its a dream car, he's wanting it fixed, not returned. If the bolts can't be extracted, the cylinder head with need to be replaced and that's $600 in parts, and 19 hours of labor. Absolutely ridiculous, will not recommend this place to anybody.
