My husband and I were in Traverse for the day and desperately needed our truck tires balanced. Not only did the guys at Tire Factory answer the phone promptly but they also got us scheduled right away. The service guy that took care of our balancing was extremely thorough with explaining why our tires were out of balance. Our truck no longer shakes and drives flawlessly. The overall experience and service at Tire Factory was great from start to finish.

I have been in to Tire Factory three times in the past few months to get new tires. All three tines the staff was friendly and polite. They always seemed to have good attitude as well. All three tines I got tires I liked fir a decent price (often better price then Discount tire). Even the tire technicians seemed to be decent to me when I was there. Staff gave off the vibe that they enjoyed working there as well. Frwat place to go get tires if your open to hearing thier suggestions on what be as well of a known tire company. And they were open on Saturday, when other tire shops are not.

These guys were top notch on time, polite, professional, and they swapped out four new tires on my daughters car in 45 minutes flat very impressive. They were extremely busy, but did not rush us through. Discount tire has lost my business for a long time. Just keep aware of that discount tire as I do. Pay attention to service. Thanks tire factory you guys are awesome great job

Always helpful, professional, and friendly. We had seen a slow leak in one of the new tires. Stopped in, and they discovered we had picked up a nail. Repaired and back on the road in under 20 minutes!

Great tire place and awesome prices! I got a new set of all season tires at a fraction of the price that I was quoted at other places on the area. I highly recommend then for all your wheel and tire needs

Watch out if you haven't bought tires here and just want to get your snow tires put on. I didn't inquire ahead of time (my bad), assuming it'd be about $80, like most other places. I was shocked to find out they charge $150 for a 20min tire swap

As my family was coming home from Leland to Sterling Heights a notice popped up on my info screen. Low tire pressure, not indicating which tire. I was able to put air in all tires and found out the passenger tear tire was very low. Not knowing anything about tire stores in Traverse City, I looked them up on google and found the Tire Factory on Garfield. We drove to the store and I explained my issue. They put the correct pressure in all totes and took off the passenger rear tire and gave it a full inspection. Found nothing wrong with the tire. Put it back on the car and recalibrated everything. They did not charge for this service. The techs were great and the store was clean and spotless. I would give an outstanding recommendation to anyone I need of tire replacement or service. Thanks four outstanding service.

The Tire Factory on South Garfield in Traverse City offers service which as good as anyone could ask for. I called them on a Friday morning regarding a slow leak in my Ford Ranger s left-rear tire. I d already tried places such as Junior s Tire; they couldn t get me in until mid next week. Tire Factory s manager got me in almost immediately; the staff had me out within an hour. It s been a couple days since the work; the repair is holding just fine. And the Factory s price can t be beat. So if you need a tire repaired, give the Tire Factory on Garfield a try.

As I am an older woman and have to figure out all the car stuff myself, it s a real fear of being ripped off by unscrupulous businesses. The Tire Factory is so professional, patiently answering my million questions, and helping me to get the right product for my car. Go here you ll be happy you did!

I've dealt with Tire Factory for years, always finding them courteous, timely, and helpful whether purchasing the most appropriate tires for my need at a competitive price or simply getting air for free. I have no interest or need to consider others

Avoid this establishment at all cost - no idea what they are doing. They caused severe damage to my vehicle by not knowing where to jack a car form. Hit my gas lines and now leaking gas. Jacking a car should be the most basic aspect / training for a business like this. The "president" (also an incompetent unprofessional) would rather a verbal altercation than simply admitting fault or addressing damage done to my car

We were on vacation at the tip of leelanau. Got a slow leak. Drove into traverse city on a Saturday. The fixed our car and we're extremely pleasant and fast. They even told us to come back when our trip was over to check the tire again. Top Notch

I've used the Tire Factory in Traverse City for the last several years to change out my snow tires. Today I had to call and them to say I would be late for my appointment because I was stuck at a Fox Motors service appointment. The Tire Factory said get here when you can. When I finally got there, they took my car in immediately. I was so impressed by their flexibility and outstanding customer service during their busiest time of the year.

I called Tire Factory in TC about getting snow tires put on. Justin said that they were booked up but if I could drop the vehicle off he was sure that they could get to it. I went over there and without an appointment they were able to fit me in and I had my truck back in just over an hour. The staff was very friendly and I am very pleased with the service!

These guys did an awesome job and got it done super fast! I was worried because the whole city is going crazy over snow tires right now and these guys fit us in changed out our spare and rotated our tires all in the middle of a crazy hectic insane day. The front desk guy was super nice and although it was crazy and overwhelming at the desk he was super cool chill and on it. Highly recommend this place for tires and any tire services

I had been putting off getting new tires, then I had one that went completely flat. They had my tires in stock and got them on quick while I was at work. They showed me the differences between types of tires and gave me 3 different price points to choose from. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend going here. The other places I called didn't even answer the phone.

We found out that one of our tires was losing air quickly at just before 5:00 on a Saturday. We had to drive home 7 hours the next day, so it was critical to get it fixed. We got to the shop at 4:45 and asked if they could check out our tire. He said that it takes 45 min to do a repair and they quit in 15 min so they couldn t do it. We rushed to Discount Tire across town and got there 3 min after their closing time. They fixed our tire in 10 min so we could get home. I will never go back to the Tire Factory.

Fantastic service!! I was in Traverse city for the weekend, and ended up getting a nail punctured in my tire which had to be fixed immediately since I had a 4-hour drive back home that day. The guys got my car in and fixed up the tire within an hour. Thank you so much to Little Jesse who went above and beyond to help me out when my credit card got declined and I was short a few bucks cash. He pulled out his own wallet and spotted me the difference. I don't know any place that would do that and I'm so thankful for his generosity!! Thank you again Little Jesse and to Tire Factory for fixing up my tire so quickly!!

Great Place! Super busy in winter months, but great service and fair prices. I have been here a few times, once for a simple repair and twice for new tire purchases. My husband has also purchased a few times and always speaks well of the service. A+++ Highly Recommend!
