From the time I contacted Glass Guru to replace a window in my pole barn to completing the installation I was kept up to speed on overall timing to complete the job. Communications is so key and they were excellent on this. Their overall work was excellent as well. it was a pleasure working with this company!

We had several casement windows that had developed fog. The frames are still in excellent condition so we were looking for an alternative to total window replacement.The Glass Guru was able to replace the glass units at a fraction of the cost of new windows. They were honest and easy to do business with.

We had Glass Guru replace four thermopanes in some windows. They did a nice job and we no longer have to look through hazy windows.

By far the fastest company to get somebody out for an estimate. The other company that did come out was 2 weeks later and their estimate was twice as much. Glass Guru was fast, accurate, and reasonably priced.

Who knew you could crack a window with a weed wacker?Steve was very speedy getting to my house and preparing my estimate. When it came time for installation Josh came by, at the appointed time, and was very professional.Josh was very personable, efficient and honest. He was respectful of our house, always removing his shoes at the door and using his drop cloth and bucket for debris and was all around fun to work with. Plus, our installation looks great!Next time I need window repairs, my only call will be to Steve and Josh!

We are very pleased with The Glass Guru! We had 8 Glass panes replaced in one day. They look beautiful. Josh was so polite and cared about the quality of his work. Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend them for all your window needs

Amazingly fast response. Polite and professional. Replaced numerous (14) badly fogged window panes in half a day. Quality installation and way less expensive than installing entirely new windows. Will definitely look to use them again on future projects. Thanks Steve!

Had an inner pain broken and moisture was always present in the winter rendering the window useless. I was expecting to have to replace the complete window removing the outside trim etc. The glass Guru was able to come out, measure my window and order only the glass portion resulting in significant cost savings and no exterior damage. Wished I used them earlier and would use again.

We had been told, our windows could be done in spring, called countless times, only to hear Steve say he was to busy, finally in the fall, he shows up alone, I jumped in helped replace 28 glass panes, two days only to have him, reduce our bill by 100 bucks, really???? Then gooped caulk all over the glass, and says oh you can take care of that can t you?? and we have not heard from him since. Terrible work, would rather have a real glass company do professional work. Would run the other way, when considering this hack, to do any work...

Steve came right out to look at what I thought was a broken latch on my son's window. Well, it wasn't broken at all, just a slight adjustment to get relocked. He was kind enough to make me not feel like a fool and did not charge me a penny. Would hire him in a heartbeat. Thanks Steve!

I'm very pleased with the work performed by The Glass Guru. Steve kept in touch as we had to work around the weather. Replacing the glass in 2 of my windows went smoothly and to my satisfaction.
