Hit a huge raccoon, and it made a huge dent in my front bumper, took out half my wheel well! Tates Auto Body did an amazing job fixing it! Gave me a super cool curtesy loaner and fixed my car in three days time! AND they detailed the whole interior too! Very satisfied with the amazing service! Jacob is awesome and super happy I set up service here! See pictures!

I had an awesome experience with Tate s Autobody. My truck was rear ended and came away with some heavy damage to the bumper and tailgate, but Tate s Autobody made it look good as new! They also detailed the interior of the truck before giving it back me. It is cleaner inside now than when I bought it from the dealership - great customer service! Highly recommend.

Hit a 6 point on Halloween night with my Cadillac truck, did some front end damage that needed to be fixed. My insurance company advised me to get quotes. I went all over town as well as calling companies and tates autobody was the only company in town that showed interest in repairing my vehicle of the places my insurance company recommended. What a great experience with tates. Don at the desk was nothing shy of professional and payed great attention to detail. After a week I got the call my truck was complete, to my surprise upon showing up to pick up my truck the crew went above and beyond. Complete interior detail as well as complete outside detail. My truck looked like the day I baught it! Best repair job, best repair center in town and by all means, best customer service experience I have ever had with a company. Highly recommended.

Jacob and the team at Tate s Autobody far exceeded my expectations with recent repair work done on our Honda CRV. The car looked like new when completed. They were very courteous and professional along with completing the work in a timely fashion. Kudos to the entire team!

A big buck did major ($14K) damage to my Toyota minivan. Tate's sent a tow truck and worked with my Auto-Owners insurance to keep me informed all the way. I was back on the road in 3-weeks and 2-days. My car looks and drives like new.

Great people there. Honest work for a competitive prices. The work is done with love and care to asure you are happy when you leave. Judy makes sure estimates are done correctly in Billing is taken care of through Insurance Company. Very happy with my car her when I received it back

Amazing work!November I hit a deer they did everything to help save my van from going to the crusher, RIP van by insurance.March I his another deer with my new car and they fixed it in 7 days! 9,000 in damage! Insurance paid and I have a new car again that runs amazing, no lights or dings going on. I can drive after dark safely.April I took my back up car after a car hit it to get estimate cause I knew it be honest, 8,000 and they are doing everything to make sure the other person's insurance can do a claim.I'll be back if I hit another deer or if someone hits me again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

The auto body shop our insurance company recommended us to had rescheduled our car repair three different times. The last time they called us, they told us they lost a technician, and since our car had the most damage they were putting our repair out farther and were going to keep it a whole month. This would make our car still unrepaired for over a year from the accident.We called Tates Auto Body and Don told us to come over and he'd be glad to do the estimate.Once we had our estimate done with Don, he had us in the shop for repairs in one month. They worked on our car for 10 business days and the car was complete. We picked the car up and it was beautiful. They did an awesome job. We are very satisfied customers. I had a deer run into the passenger front fender on a dead run and totaled my car. Don was fantastic. Within 24 hours of my car arriving on the lot, he had an estimate to me and my insurance company. The estimate was very detailed with over 150+ items that needed to be repaired/replaced. Also, when he submitted his report to my insurance company on the condition of the car and all of the options my car had on it, was extremely accurate. Because of this, my insurance company paid me well over what I figured was the value of my car. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises. (Hopefully not, though).Service: Welding

After a fender bender, Tates made the process with our insurance so easy. All I had to provide was our claim number, and Tates coordinated directly with our insurance agency to provide an estimate, facilitate an appraisal agent inspecting the car, and then receive payment for the work completed. It made a stressful experience much easier, and our car looks better than it did before!

I needed an entire new door on my vehicle, Don at Tate's made the entire process so easy! My door ended up being on back order and he still was able to get the entire job done in 2 weeks! I was able to get the rental car delivered to Tate's when I dropped my car off and they made everything very stress free. I was very pleasantly surprised that they even detailed my car after the work was done. My car looks brand new! Highly recommend Tate's :)Service: Body & Trim

We hit a deer a while back, over a year ago now. We brought our truck here for all the repairs. Fender, hood, grill, headlights, and bumper damage. Well, as of today, nothing that was repaired has failed. Everything still looks as new as the day we bought it. I can't thank you guys enough for doing an outstanding job that does not fail. We highly recommend Tate's Auto Body for your car repair needs.

Tate's Auto Body did a fabulous job on my vehicle. I will be honest, it took awhile to get my vehicle in to get my bumper fixed, but totally worth the wait Very meticulous, courteous, and Don went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Tate's did a fabulous job on our 2018 Subaru, which had gotten side swiped in a parking lot in New Mexico. My Auto Owner's agent recommended them, the estimate was quick and reasonable, and the job expertly done. They even accommodated our request for expedited service as we needed our vehicle for a drive out West. The interior cleaning was an added plus! Our insurance said we could choose an auto body shop and gave us 3 options. We chose Tate's based upon their great reviews on Google.I called Tate's and was greeted by a personable, kind lady who made the initial check in easy peasy. When she said, "We work with that insurance company all the time. We'll take care of it," that put me at ease.Tate's fixed our front fenders and detailed the entire car - inside and out. The work they did on my 2007 Prius exceeded my expectations. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. My 15 yr old car looked almost brand new after the body work and literally shone after the unexpected exterior and interior detailing. Incredible service! Jacob, along with the other staff, were extremely helpful and professional in getting my car fixed. They were very transparent and upfront with estimates, and a timeframe. They kept me updated throughout the 10 day process of getting my vehicle all fixed and situated, and were helpful in valeting me to the nearby rental car location. Highly recommend!

Professional from the first phone call to my pick up! Jacob was very helpful, and even gorilla taped a few spots for me until everything was approved with my insurance. The loaner vehicle was clean and well maintained. Plus, Judy went above and beyond to accommodate my availability for pick up time. The work is beautifully done, and as I drove away smiling already, I realized my interior was immaculately detailed! Highly recommend!

From beginning to end every conversation was extremely professional and the body work was completed on time. Our Subaru looked as if it came right off the car lot. The guys a Tates are very nice and friendly. They did an incredible job on my bumper and thanks to Luke my SUV was spotless when they returned it. I hit a deer in my 03 Odyssey. The insurance company needed an estimate, so I sheepishly took it to Tate's, fully knowing it was totalled and they wouldn't make a cent off of me. The people there treated me like I was a long standing customer. A couple of weeks later, my 07 Expedition got backed into on the driver's door. They fixed it up in less than a day and polished up the whole vehicle -- making it look like new. Many thanks. Fast, friendly, and fantastic work.

This is the second time that we've used Tate's in the last few years, both times we are blown away by their ability to make are vehicles look new again. My experience was beyond exceptional. I will not take my car anywhere else for repairs. They did a beautiful job in a short time. Customer service was above and beyond. The receptionist went out of her way to call my insurance company to secure a rental for me. All I had to do was pick up the car. Awhile back I hit a tree at my work and smashed my drivers side front fender. Took it to tates auto body and WOW did they do such a great job! We had both front fenders replaced they matched the paint perfectly. The detail they can do is unreal! They even cleaned the inside, buffed the outside and even cleaned my tires and rims!!!! I responded to the ad I always have heard at the Beach Bums games, and I'm glad I did. Judy was right on top of things and exceptionally friendly. She did a quick once-over and let me know what I was up against. She worked directly with my insurance company and Hertz rental services and everything went as planned. At the end of the day, my vehicle looks brand new, service was great, and we barely had to lift a finger. I would definitely recommend this place!
